Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
I don't remember exactly who posted it but it seems really interesting with two setup options in volcarona/azumarill and the sheer power of mega kangaskhan.
Thank you for your disturb!
So the first thing i did i added Aegis to the mix.Because this team had no real answers to MixMence i got aegis in the mix.It also gave me an answer to obama room which even if not that common it really hurt the team when i tried it.The spread lets it survive a Dark Pulse from Specs Boosted Hydreigon 87.5% of the time and a heatwave from Bulky Zardy always.i chose the life orb because i think right now is the best item because it gives damage output every time in the cost of some HP.
Breloom.Breloom was added to beat sand.It was a big problem and it hurt me.It was also added as a Politoed beater which does its job the best in the game IMO.I also added him because he was dangerous in tailwind with fast spores and BSeeds. The spread is very standard and so is the moveset. There is not much else to talk about this boy here, other than he is dangerous.
I added landorus for a fast hard hitter as this team so to say lacked one w/o support,i also added it for the ROCK SLIDE FLINCHES,and because it served as a great Offensive pressure to many teams and i added it to dent pokemon such as kang thund heatran etc etc.It also had great synergy with zard X except for Earthquake Crits, and then it has supporting intimidates also having Flinches Fo Dayzz. But yeah in general this pokemon was great.
Zapdos.Zapdos was added as a tailwinder and as a speed control freak which this team needed. The spread lets it survive a double edge from Megakang and have 75% chance to live a draco from specsdreigon,It also was like a Mence + Lando Check cuz this team lacked one.I chose Hidden power ice because i didnt think i need heat wave due to the fact that i have charizard.Hope you enjoy it Sardus21

Thanks Yugi!
Only a couple of questions:could you explain me what do the ev spreads accomplish exactly?
And also, why two Wide Guarders on the team?
Anyway, I like the team, Zapdos was the first addition I did actually :D
Thanks!
Ive already did read it carefully haha but because i have volcarona + zard + zapdos the RS weakness was too big to ignore and 2 would fit better aswell.
Ok, now I will explain my idea.
I wanted to try the Gardevoir/Amoonguss core, and I studied all the possibile weaknessess.
The most glaring ones for me where Charizard-Y (that can spam Heat Waves without mercy) and Aegislash,so I added Tyranitar that can somewhat deal with both.I went against the most common Choice Scarf set because of my Trick Room, but still I didn't want a full Trick Room team so I simply gave him a Life Orb and an Adamant Nature (because max attack orbed rock slides and chrunches hurt).Third attack is for Lando-T and dragons. At this point I added excadrill for having a secondary speed and sand mode and I gave him Drill Run instead of Earthquake for not hitting his teammates and f***ing Wide Guard Aegislash. The item choice is a tricky one:Focus Sash helps him to survive hits, but I found useful White Herb because Excadrill is greatly hindered by Intimidate and this item can f*** various intimidators like salamence.
I think that this can be a really fun core for building because of their offensive/defensive sinergy,so I hope that the builder could have fun as well!
Thanks!

Done. Had 5/6ths of an alternate version of my team laying around so I finished it. My team is different, has legends and such :P
I'll keep the Char-Y / Venusaur sets posted the same, I run different variants myself atm but they should be fine. Here we go:
Charizard-Mega@Charizardite Y
Ability: Solar Power
Level: 50
EVs: 4 Def/252 Sp. Atk/252 Spe
Modest nature
- Heat Wave
- Solar Beam
- Fire Pledge
- Protect
Swampert @ Life Orb
Ability: Torrent
Level: 50
EVs: 188 HP / 4 Def / 236 SpA / 4 SpD / 76 Spe
Modest Nature
- Water Pledge
- Earth Power
- Ice Beam
- Wide Guard
Starter Core is the one you picked; I think you know what my babies do by now, what they outrun, and how they work. If not, I can explain in brain-melting detail. :P
Togekiss, I've ran for a while, and it pairs great with the above three; massive Speed control helps a ton, and Follow Me Togekiss makes the entire team immune to Hydreigon in all forms, which is a huge threat to the core. The hax power of Thunder Wave + Serene Grace Air slash is obnoxious and wins games you have no business winning, or makes you win more when you are winning. Outruns Adamant Scarf Lando-T and +1, max Speed Gyarados when you have Tailwind up (Jolly, 252 Speed Gyarados after one Dragon Dance, if that was too much shorthand), so basically the entire meta bar Scarf Hydreigon - which is obviously screwed anyway. Very bulky, and sticks around a while for multiple Tailwinds.
Scrafty covers Rock, Psychic, Ghost, and Dark types, but mostly acts to counter Mega Khan (The #1 threat to starter core), Lando-T, Hydreigon, Garchomp, Cresselia, Gengar, etc. while supporting all three of the core with Fake Out and Intimidate, especially Char-Y. Spread is somewhat standard; max HP because Scrafty, Speed outruns Jolly Garchomp, Mega Khan, Timid Char-Y, etc with Tailwind up, remainder in Attack to 2HKO MegaMence, Mega Khan, Landorus-T (even at -1), and just to hurt stuff. AV makes you bulky as possible. Scrafty's weaknesses to Intimidate and WoW are handled by a Special-heavy team and 2 mons immune to Burns, Fairy is covered by 3 resists, and Flying by our last member:
Rotom-H complement's the dual Megas well, and synergizes well with Swampy. Solidly crushes Talonflame, Ferrothorn, Charizard-Y, Gyarados, Mega Salamence, Thundurus, and just helps everyone in general. Scarf variant helps check faster threats, and Sun+STAB Overheats hurt. Trick decimates Cresselia, Amoonguss, non-Mega Sableye, and anything Paralyzed by Togekiss. Could also switch into a Ground Move and TrickScarf it to be a total douchebag, I would.
You could also Scarf your own Togekiss / Swampert for a horrifying sweep of your own.
Outruns Max Speed Mega Salamence and non-Mega Alakazam, Sp. Atk 2HKO's MegaMence (Factoring DE recoil or minor (like 5%) chip damage), 252/4 Leftovers Milotic, 252/52 Suicune (Sitrus Berry makes 2HKOing hard but you dodge a 2HKO yourself in Sun), and decent general damage. OHKO's Gyarados and Talonflame. Remainder in HP. :P
Pairs well with Mega Venusaur to check Talonflame and Grass types that give Mega Venusaur trouble.
Volt Switch is just for bad matchups, to hit and run. Also trolls PerishTrap. Feel free to replace with Will-o-Wisp if you want more anti-physical support for the large base Sp. Def stats on every member. Swampert's the "Frailest" mon here.
Also, you resist every single type in the game except Normal at least once - with no "Steel Type in Sun" derpyness \0/
No legends, no Hidden power, all breedable, enjoy. :3
Oh dear, I'm so sorry I let this go for a while - thank you so much! This definitely looks completely doable, and I really do appreciate you picking it up. I'll play around with it a bit and let you know how it goes!
sorry about that that was the old version of the team*** and the speed EVs were to speed creep aarons Aegis from nats which is quite popular for me atleast.
Scrafty @ Lum Berry
Ability: Intimidate
Level: 50
EVs: 244 HP / 252 Atk / 12 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Fake Out
- Detect
- Drain Punch
- Knock Off
Ok, Milotic provides Lando-T + Heatran hate, while also switching into common special moves that Mawile does not like taking.
Breloom provides a way to deal with Milotic effectively, while exerting a lot of pressure together with Gothitelle's trapping.
Rotom-H provides a good fire type check, and specially one that can beat Charizard Y and isn't that weak to Landorus-T. It also provides an Amoonguss check which the team was lacking.
Scrafty's synergy with Mawile is amazing, while provides a good Kangaskhan check and helps breaking Heatran as well.
Well, i know i might have been too late, but this team required a lot of work to make it functional, while being fun playing it. Well, that's it! Hope you like it!

Metagross/Virizion are hopefully obvious. Togekiss, it's my age-old set. Tanks 252+ Mega Khan's Double Edge, Char-Y's Overheat, and 252+ Magnezone's LO Thunderbolt. Outruns Max Speed Mega Gyarados after a Dragon Dance, and Scarf Landog with Tailwind.
Metagross looks noobish, I know, but do realize - Zen headbutt, if it even hits, doesn't hit anything but... Mega Venusaur and Conkeldurr SE anyway, and neutral coverage of Psychic is pretty bland. Thunder Punch 2HKOs Toed, Milotic, and basically every Water type bar Suicune and Ludicolo. Ice Punch, even at -1, KO's MegaMence, Landog, and everything else I give a fuck about. And they don't miss. Thunderpunch also OHKO's Mega Charizard-Y. WIth the above set, it threatens half the top 12 (Landog/Thundurus/Sylveon/Gardevoir/Charizard/Toed) plus plenty of less common mons like Togekiss, Garchomp, etc.
Togekiss provides excellent support, with complementary typing, Tailwind + T-Wave support, and redirection of shit like Sucker Punch, Hydreigon's entire life, Scald, Knock Off, Talonflame and Blaziken, and checks Fighting / Grass mons. Plus, the flinch spamming. When in doubt, fish for hax.
Virizion feels right, being faster than Khan, and able to handle threats like Khan, Heatran, Scrafty, Water types, Rain, TTar, Ferrothorn, Excadrill, and Hydreigon. Char-Y gets boned by Thunderpunch so it's pretty moot.
Fire and Ice is an issue, along with opposing Metagross, so something like Char-Y as a double Mega, Moltres, Rotom-W, Rotom-H, Milotic, Gyarados could be cool. Will work on this myself too of course but if someone has ideas do toss.
Oh and Aegislash. Utterly fucked by Aegislash.
Could be talked out of Thunder Punch if we have adequate Water hate with Rotom-W + Virizion or something. Just remember Politoed + Ludicolo + Mega Gardevoir is the main bitch on my list.

I ran a core very similar to this at UK nats (although with breloom instead of virizion, and zen headbutt over thunder punch on metagross) and I just want to mention that protect on togekiss is very useful, because teams will often try to get rid of it as quickly as they can, often doubling into it on turn 1.

Yes I know; I saw your post on it when I was combing the forums/nuggetbridge for MegaMeta teams. I'm not a fan of Breloom, and the biggest beef I have with my Dought team is it's just so damn slow and Breloom's right in that same speed bracket. I've been running that Kiss for quite a while, typically paired with Garchomp, Aegislash (the primary inspiration for the new team), or something dangerous that draws attention. It does get doubled on, and Protect would be unquestionably useful, but I often find Thunder Wave to be vital in breaking Tailwind on both sides. Even with Togekiss I haven't flinched anything in... fuck, I don't even remember the last Air Slash flinch or full paralyze I inflicted. Anyway, it's a great, often unexpected, move on Kiss, especially if you pair it with something to break Ground types (Thundy is just going to Taunt it anyway). Protect is very much the first move I'd replace Thunder Wave with though.

I was heavily considering virizion for a while -- the only reason why I went for breloom over virizion was that I felt like my team needed some priority on it (and otherwise I had none). But yes its slow speed was one of my biggest complaints as well.

So considering the Bulky Offensive nature of your core I decided to go that route with the rest of the team. I noticed Kangaskhan + Porygon2 both had issues with standard Rocky Helmet Amoonguss and Toxic Aegislash, so I added Volcarona. With a Charcoal, it's able to OHKO SpDef Amoonguss and SpDef Aegislash with ease. Another neat tool with Volcarona is Rage Powder which allows it to support Kangaskhan by redirecting moves from it to makes its sweep much easier.
Next, Aegislash gave you a solid answer to the fairy types that are still running rampant in the format, and also doubles as a Mega Salamence check. Its spread lets it tank a Modest Choice Specs Dark Pulse from Hydreigon. Your team wasn't exactly weak to Fairies but this gives you extra insurance against Hyper Voice spam. Wide Guard is also nice against Rock Slide spam which is nice for any team, especially one with a Volcarona. I have Azumarill there because I had Azumarill originally before realizing that Volcarona was your only switch in to Pixilate Hyper Voice which is not fun. If you're not digging Aegislash or any of the other adds then Azumarill is a fine fill in.
Thundurus was added because your team was pretty slow and it added some necessary speed control. Not necessarily Thunder Wave, but offensive Thundurus gives you a way to threaten faster pokemon before they can attack your team. Grass Knot on Thundurus is mainly for Terrakion, but also helps in dealing massive damage to Gastrodon. Not much else to say about this, Offensive Thundurus is a solid pokemon in the metagame right now.
Finally Garchomp was added because it helped with the Charizard-Y issue. Its spread gives it a good chance to survive a Life Orb Timid HP-Ice from Landorus-T. I gave it Stone Edge because its your strongest move against Bulky Thundurus and is able to 2HKO after Sitrus. It's also nice because it has a good chance to OHKO 252 hp Charizard even after an Intimidate. -1 252 Atk Garchomp Stone Edge vs. 252 HP / 20 Def Mega Charizard Y: 180-216 (97.2 - 116.7%) -- 81.3% chance to OHKO for reference. Garchomp is a nice pokemon in general right now because of its speed tier, ridiculous bulk and typing which makes a solid switch into rock slide spam. Btw if you don't personally like Stone Edge for its accuracy you're welcome to put Rock Slide instead.
Don't have much else to say this time, I just really hope you like the team :]. If there's anything wrong that you notice just let me know

I see one big wrong thing. Where the fuck are the details for this team? Like, really. I need an importable of this team because it's pretty nice to test TBW teams to see how bad I am.
Edit: Nvm, bad internet loaded the importable like, 15 minutes later.
