GirthWolf and FullWidthWolf won by their original owners idling for over half the game by sheer benefit of needing so many dead in common with Sam and his key alliance members. They were also virtually never targeted with anything and went into the endgame with pretty much full HP so they were difficult to kill off as the number of people left in the game capable of ganging up on someone diminished.
