Dude, here's the set you SHOULD be running:

Porygon-Z @ Life Orb
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spe / 4 SDef
Timid Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Tri Attack
- Secret Sword
- Shadow Ball

Well, this is my first time posting...

Anyway, I've been thinking for a set for Whimsicott, and this what I think about if you want to actually attack something. I present to you, Parting Shot SubSeed Whimsicott.

Whimsicott @ Big Root/Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 Spe
- Encore
- Subsitute
- Leech Seed
- Parting Shot

Switch into your own advantage after the opponent uses a move that you can resist like Earthquake. Then Encore it so you can SubSeed in peace. A Grass type opponent in front of you or you don't have enough to make a sub? Use Parting Shot to switch into the suitable teammate. And Parting Shot does the same thing as Memento (I think) though it doesn't cause you fainting.

Did you see the calculations? Using tail glow, then hyper beam can OHKO shuckle!

Boosted Flash gains no KOs. I mean you get a flashlight or something but that only helps against ghosts.

Did you know that Shuckle is bad and Hyper Beam is bad? I did.

I'll try
Cloyster @ White Herb
Ability: Skill Link
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 HP
Impish Nature
- Water Shuriken
- Icicle Spear
- Rock Blast
- Shell Smash
> max HP
> Shell Smash Cloyster with max HP
> Impish on a Shell Smash Cloyster with max HP and Attack

So i was bullied into reviving this discussion. Anyways how does this look
Escavalier @ Assault Vest
Ability: Overcoat
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch/Horn Leech
- Megahorn
- Iron Head
- Knock Off
FINALLY HAS RECOVERY

Oh, I almost forgot about this metagame. Let me post some stuff:
Ampharos @ Ampharosite
Ability: Static
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SAtk
Modest/Bold Nature
- Recover
- Volt Switch
- Dragon Pulse
- Focus Blast/Hidden Power Fire
No more RestTalk! :D

Chandelure @ Choice Specs/Choice Scarf/Life Orb/Expert Belt/Leftovers/Whatever
Ability: Flash Fire/Infiltrator
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spe or 252 HP / 252 SAtk / 4 Spe
Modest/Timid Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Fire Blast
- Secret Sword/Earth Power
- Trick/Energy Ball/Pain Split/Substitute

Talonflame @ Choice Band/Life Orb/Leftovers
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant/Jolly Nature
- Brave Bird
- Flare Blitz
- Earthquake/Drain Punch/Close Combat
- U-turn/Roost
GTFO T-tar and Heatran

Drapion @ Life Orb/Scope Lens
Ability: Sniper
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 HP / 252 Spe
Jolly/Adamant Nature
- Focus Energy
- Cross Poison/Poison Jab
- Night Slash/Knock Off
- Earthquake
Drapion is the fastest Pokemon with Sniper and has a respectable 90 base attack plus two moderately strong attacks with a high chance of a critical hit. After a Focus Energy, it gets a boost to its moves stronger than Swords Dance that can't be Topsy-Turvied, lowered, or neutralized with Cotton Guard/Bulk Up/Cosmic Power. Drapion can afford to use a Life Orb thanks to Cross Poison and Night Slash, but Earthquake will only have a 50% chance of getting a critical hit without a Scope Lens. Drapion doesn't fear Aegislash's King's Shield or Landorus-T's Intimidate (It does obviously fear Earthquake though). Drapion's problem is probably its awkward Speed tier, just below base 100's.
Calcs:
252 Atk Life Orb Sniper Drapion Night Slash vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Aegislash-Shield on a critical hit: 367-437 (113.2 - 134.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Sniper Drapion Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Aegislash-Shield on a critical hit: 390-462 (120.3 - 142.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Sniper Drapion Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Thundurus on a critical hit: 373-441 (124.3 - 147%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Sniper Drapion Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Eviolite Chansey on a critical hit: 369-433 (52.4 - 61.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 Atk Sniper Drapion Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 252 HP / 184+ Def Gliscor on a critical hit: 181-216 (51.1 - 61%) -- 46.9% chance to 2HKO after Poison Heal
252+ Atk Sniper Drapion Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 252 HP / 184+ Def Gliscor on a critical hit: 199-235 (56.2 - 66.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Poison Heal
252+ Atk Life Orb Sniper Drapion Night Slash vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Mega Venusaur on a critical hit: 181-213 (49.7 - 58.5%) -- 98.4% chance to 2HKO
252+ Atk Sniper Drapion Poison Jab vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Mega Venusaur on a critical hit: 159-189 (43.6 - 51.9%) -- 10.5% chance to 2HKO
252 Atk Life Orb Sniper Drapion Night Slash vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Mega Venusaur on a critical hit: 164-195 (45 - 53.5%) -- 35.2% chance to 2HKO
Actually, looking at these calcs, I'm thinking Scope Lens with Poison Jab and Knock Off is better than Life Orb, but you need a Life Orb and an Adamant nature to break Mega Venusaur so IDK.

Get Dugtrio and Trapinch.
Give Dugtrio Perish Song.
Stall
On the last turn of Perish Song switch into Trapinch (with Focus Sash)
Insta-kill without damaging moves.
(Maybe even give Trapinch a priority move or Partibg Shot etc.?)

You don't have to switch to another trapper on that last turn FYI. Arena Trap remains in effect the turn the user switches so you could sub Trapinch for something sturdier or immune to their last move.

> max HP

:^)

As for that, max attack is probably the best; speed is naturally good for things it doesn't want to hit with Water Shuriken, and dat special defence isn't doing Cloyster any favours in trying to be bulky, even despite that natural defence, due to crappy HP and an unfortunate Ice typing. That said, I think I'd like to run King's Rock on it, just because a priority move with a ~40% chance to flinch sounds reaaaally annoying to deal with. Lum Berry also sounds cool to laugh at the Thundurus-I who want to ruin the fun with Thunder Wave, only to be subsequently crapped on by a nice Icicle Spear to the face.

Hold on...

Sorry to sound like an idea assassin, but Skill Swap Regigigas is not as great as it sounds. It's kind of hard to explain, but here I go:

Slow Start is like a minor status condition. Take confusion, for example. It can be Baton Passed and it goes away after a while. Slow Start has the same mechanics, it just only starts when you switch in. The Mon on the receiving end of Skill Swap will lose Slow Start when it switches out, so it will never really have to face the negative effects of this ability. Similarly, Regigigas will lose whatever ability it gains when it switches out, so it will still need to go through Slow Start on its first 5 turns in.

So, the only thing Regigigas will gain from Skill Swap is an ability it can use. It can get rid of Slow Start, just not Slow Start's effects. I personally would rater use Skill Swap Slaking, but if you're a Regigigas fan, then go for it. It's still a great idea.
Slow start's effect does in fact wear off if you get rid of it via skill swap, worry seed, or similar.

But... but...
I tried to Entrain it Iron Fist with a Pangoro in a doubles battle and it didn't get rid of slow start.

I did look it up and find that I was, in fact, wrong (now I am strongly considering deleting that post). Whoops. Just whoops.

Well, I might as well post my ideas because why not?

Deoxys-Defense @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Timid Nature
- Agility/Amnesia/Cosmic Power/Calm Mind/Nasty Plot/Meteor Mash*/Power-Up Puch/Whatever 3 boosting moves that could break a sweeper
- Baton Pass

Pretty much just Baton Pass your awesome stat boosts to the sweeper of you choice and then...well...sweep, I guess.
*Edit: Who would use Meteor Mash over Power-Up Punch? I mean, neither is a very efficient way to boost your attack, but if you must, it would be the only way.

Mew @ Leftovers/Focus Sash/Weakness Policy
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Timid Nature
- Transform
- Imprison
- Protect/Psyshock/Taunt/Roar/Roost/2 moves that fill a gap in your team

Imprison/Transform: Because fuck you, because fuck everything.
Other moves are there and feel free to fill that up with whatever you want for they are obsolete imo.
I happen to like the idea of a Weakness Policy because there will always be that stray Shadow Ball Cofagrigus or whatnot trying to screw you over and you will automatically gain +2 Atk and +2 SpA from that. Then just roar that Cofagrigus out and you can pretty much transform into anything and still have more offensive potenital over your transform victim.

Greninja @ Life Orb/Expert Belt/Item that looks cool on Greninja
Ability: Protean
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Three of you moves from your standard Greninja set
- Tail Glow

Mwahaha... haha. MWAHAHAHA! MWHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! HAHAHAHA!!! HA!! HA!!!! HA!!!!

Dusclops @ Eviolite
Ability: Pressure/Frisk. Why Should it matter?
EVs: 252 SDef / 252 HP / 4 SAtk
Calm Nature
- Recover
- Taunt
- Infestation
- Will-O-Wisp

With Recover, Dusclops now adds a scary weapon to his stall arsenal. Step 1: Taunt. Step 2: Trap with Infestation. Step 3: Add on to Infestation's residual damage with Will-O-Wisp. Step 4: Recover. Repeat.

This set may look wimpy, but I have used a similar set in OU to take down the likes of Skarmory, Scizor, and Blissey. More than once.

Aggron-Mega @ Aggronite
Ability: Filter
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake/Stone Edge/Heavy Slam
- Toxic
- Rest
- Amnesia

This is the set I usually run on this guy. And Amnesia? Well, Why not? But seriously, there is logic behind this. When there are no more Poison- or Steel-types left on the opposing team, just stall the crap out of them with Toxic. Rest is, as far as I know, your only form of recovery here.

Chansey (F) @ Eviolite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Bold Nature
- Wish
- Heal Bell
- Rapid Spin
- Seismic Toss

Chansey is my favorite. Not only is it a freaking annoying cleric, but now it is a Spinner as well. I have seen you people running around with your damage calc stats and OHKOing Chanseys here and there, but it is a very cool spinner.

That's all for now. If I think of any more set's I'll be sure to make your butts itch with more long-ass posts that you all don't feel like reading but read anyway because you have nothing better to do.

Tail Glow is better than Nasty Plot. Also, I have discovered that choice items don't work well with setup moves.
BTW, People dislike it when you make multiple posts in a row. Instead of double posting, just edit your last post.

Sorry there, mate.

I'll edit all of that stuff together and maybe people will be happier with me. I was under the impression that people don't like it when you post your whole freakin' team in one post. I'm on that.

I've been posting for less than 2 days on this thread and people are already pissing on my stupidity. Sounds like a new record. But seriously, I hope you all will forgive my erroneous and absurd behaviors in my posts.

It actually doesn't even matter because Deoxys can't baton pass Tail Glow or Nasty Plot.

But yeah for Greninja it works I suppose

edit: oh wtf why is there a random deoxys event with NP zzzz
