To answer your questions: trc is alive, just busy soleave him a message on his wall, and like i said previously, any pokemon that dropped this past shift aren't allowed. The suspect will not alter the stauts of both Vigoroth or Exeggutor if they're banned, so they can still be used regardless if they're banned.
