With 4 votes, this week's winner is Jmash324 with his SubPunch Golurk ! Congrats ! Also I'm planning on finally updating the archives!!!!

Without further ado, this week's subject is...

173162

Thanks to, notably, its huge unpredictability, centralization, and the 50/50s it creates, Lilligant is currently being suspect tested ! Since this is the last week of the suspect and that Lilligant might get banned, I think that it makes sense for it to be the subject of the week ! Anyway, Lilligant is a terrifying setup sweeper thanks to its many sets, each of them having different counterplay. The only counters it has are Type: Null and Roselia. This is further enhanced by its access to Sleep Powder, giving it more setup opportunities. Furthermore, the Choice Scarf set is able to revenge kill dangerous threats like Omastar and Lycanroc and the Choice Specs set is a terrifying wallbreaker. Both sets are also capable of supporting their teammates with Healing Wish. But Lilligant's movepool allow to potentially use many more sets !! Have fun, and, as always, good luck!!

Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Quiver Dance

Z-Aromatherapy lets Lilligant set up on the mere mortals who try to cripple with Toxic by bouncing back with full health and status clearing. Just broken lilligant doing broken tingz.

Hi, new to PU, so sorry if it sucks:

Lilligant (F) @ Kebia Berry / Wiki Berry
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Quiver Dance
- Covet
- Giga Drain
- Hidden Power [Fire] / Sleep Powder

Kebia Berry allows Lilligant to dance in Roselia's face, which removing the item. The part of the item being gone lets Liligant use Covet vs Roselia, stealing it's eviolite, therefore crippling roselia. The same can be done to Type: Null, but with Wiki Berry to recover health from eating an attack from it. However, it is giving up either Sleep Powder or Hidden Power, which is a huge loss in either coverage or what makes Liligant arguably broken.

Here I present you Psychium-Z Lilligant! A set that makes Skuntank wall you even harde- I mean, that let's you deal with those pesky AV Chans and Roselias and even Oricorios-Sensu with a 180 BP Shattered Psyche!

. +1 252 SpA Lilligant Shattered Psyche (180 BP) vs. 248 HP / 236+ SpD Eviolite Roselia: 294-348 (97 - 114.8%) -- 81.3% chance to OHKO (pretty much guaranteed with rocks)

+1 252 SpA Lilligant Shattered Psyche (180 BP) vs. 244 HP / 0 SpD Assault Vest Hitmonchan: 322-380 (106.6 - 125.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO

+1 252 SpA Lilligant Shattered Psyche (180 BP) vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Oricorio-Sensu: 350-412 (98.8 - 116.3%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO (Also guaranteed with rocks, this is the bulky set btw)

Here we go again. How many things tries to toxic lilligant? I would say literally every mudsdales, quagsire, audinos, lickilickys, gastrodons, metangs and etc in trade of one QD to get timer running. Unfort the timer is not happening thanks to sub, which absorbs those

Have fun with it as long as its possible

- Giga Drain
- Hidden Power [Fighting]
- Toxic

Toxic
wears down its best check in Guzzlord a bit to weaken it throughout the entire game. Hidden Power fighting helps against Alola-Sandslash and Guzzlord,
Giga Drain is a strong Z-Move after a Quiver Dance and is also able to give recovery back non-z-move used.
Toxic in general is a good move as it helps breaking through its checks in AV Hitmonchan, Guzzlord and Oricorio variants, as the latter of those have to Roost more often.

Timid Nature
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
- Quiver Dance
- Giga Drain
- Hidden Power Rock
- Charm

Charm lowers their attack by two and with the Z-move it buffs your Def by 1. This allows you to beat a lot of its checks like Alolan Sandslash, Physical Skuntank, AV Hitmonchan etc. You can easily start Quiver Dancing on them and get to +2 where you pretty much heal the dmg they can output. I dunno about the second coverage, use w/e I just put HP Rock for Pom-Pom. A bulkier spread might work nicely too, but I'm not that heat yet to make this spread.

-2 252 Atk Skuntank Poison Jab vs. +1 0 HP / 4 Def Lilligant: 90-108 (32 - 38.4%) -- 92.3% chance to 3HKO

-2 0 Atk Sandslash-Alola Icicle Crash vs. +1 0 HP / 4 Def Lilligant: 80-96 (28.4 - 34.1%) -- 0.5% chance to 3HKO

-2 136+ Atk Iron Fist Hitmonchan Drain Punch vs. +1 0 HP / 4 Def Lilligant: 54-64 (19.2 - 22.7%) -- possible 5HKO

Lilligant is an interesting Pokémon. It's Speed is just below Oricorio's, below it there is a gap where the relevant mons (stout, skunk etc) usually run adamant/modest natures, yet everyone still uses timid 252 evs. Once you stop doing that, fun things begin to happen. This set in particular is supposed to laugh at our Choice Scarf revenge killers, if you dont have a free Z-move slot. PU scarfers that are actually able to beat lilli are Dodrio, Scyther, Swanna and Primeape - three of them use flying-type STABs and with defense investment you can live ape's gunk shot... so Coba Berry is actually nice even if you are not running those bad unviable half-fast half-bulky EV spreads.
112 speed EVs are used for Adamant Skuntank (unboosted metagame at +1, all scarfers at +2). Sleep Powder is a must on this as going to a scarfer is often the play after one check is asleep and lilli isnt boosted. HP Rock > HP Fire because you want to kill birds now. Use a second sweeper to take advantage of this, its basically a lure. Priority is dangerous, but usually does like 20-30% so.. not completely devastating.
252 Atk Technician Scyther Aerial Ace vs. 0 HP / 144 Def Coba Berry Lilligant: 139-165 (49.4 - 58.7%) -- 98.8% chance to 2HKO
252 Atk Dodrio Brave Bird vs. 0 HP / 144 Def Coba Berry Lilligant: 186-219 (66.1 - 77.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
4 Atk Swanna Brave Bird vs. 0 HP / 144 Def Coba Berry Lilligant: 123-145 (43.7 - 51.6%) -- 10.9% chance to 2HKO
252 Atk Primeape Gunk Shot vs. 0 HP / 144 Def Lilligant: 240-284 (85.4 - 101%) -- 6.3% chance to OHKO

SubSleep Lilligant

Lilligant @ Grassium Z
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Sleep Powder
- Giga Drain
- Substitute
- Quiver Dance

General idea
Here we have a Lllligant with both Substitute (in order to avoid Toxic or Paralysis) and Sleep Powder in order to gain extra free turns to set-up an additional Quiver Dance. 75% accuracy may be a burden, but still the chance is in your favour thanks to Substitute, move that gives you another chance to connect the status move. Also, Sleep Powder allows us to check better some checks that recklessly come into the battlefield.
Giga Drain is not that powerful without boosts, but this build allows you to set up with more ease than usual and you need the recovery due to Substitute.

Grassium Z has some degree of flexibility here depending on the MU you face:
* It boosts the Spe stab with an immediate +1. Keep in mind that Lilligant can't be outsped after a +2 Spe boost;
* It boosts Giga Drain (even though it loses the secondary effect)

Team(mates) support
SR is needed because it weakens most of Lilligant's checks and traditional revenge killer upon entering into the battlefield.
A way to deal properly with 4x resists pokemons is mandatory even though Stealth Rocks help.

Encore is a pretty fun move, as it allows Lilligant to lock plenty of stuff into one move and setup on them. Some good examples of this are Rapid Spin Alolan Sandslash, Defog Skuntank, Stealth Rock Mesprit, setup mons like Gurdurr and Absol, and even stuff like Sucker Punch Kangaskhan, making it a pretty fun set. It's not as reliable as Sleep Powder in most cases, but sometimes it can give Lilligant way more setup opportunities if used smartly.

Submissions phase is over! You can now vote for your favourite set, same rules as always, and voting ends Sunday!!

I'll have to vote for Scizorphobic's Z-Aromatherapy Lilligant set, as it's a set I've been enjoying a lot lately due to its ability to setup on stuff like Mudsdale without being worried about random Toxics. Also the bulk is really nice. I think both of the Z-Charm set and Coba Berry set are also really solid, but I think Z-Aromatherapy is better.
