Item Name: Construction Helm Possible Holder(s): Turtonator Result: Construction Worker Turtonator New Type: Rock Abilities: Sturdy / Rough Skin (HA; only obtainable if held in the wild) New Moves: Power Gem, Earth Power, Slack Off, Spikes, Strength New Stats:
HP: 60 -> 70 (+10)
Atk: 78
Def: 135 -> 125 (-10)
SpA: 91 -> 101 (+10)
SpD: 85
Spe: 36 -> 46 (+10)
BST: 485 -> 505 Flavor: With industry booming, human enlisted the help of many Pokemon in order to help build big buildings, including Turtonators. Turtonators were good at carrying multiple things on their pointy backs, whether it's on all fours or standing while carrying helmets like a rack during lunch breaks. To prevent sudden explosions during contructions, a trainer's Turtonator is given a special hat that not only protects it's head even more, but also makes Turtonator less prone to spontaneous combustion and, for whatever reason, makes their backs a bit less pointy and overall safer. Competitive Analysis: Rock isn't the best type on either sideo f the coin, but that doesn't mean that Turtonator can't do interesting things. Firstly, it's a pretty good Shell Smash user, with good bulk to allow setup, access to EdgeQuake + Fire both physically and specially, which has outstanding coverage and a good 101 Special Attack to use special sets with. 46 Speed, while not great, does outspeed base 140s and below at +2, which is most of the metagame barring scarfers. Also, with good bulk, Slack Off, Shell Trap, and Spikes, as well as Rough Skin for a Hidden Ability if you're able to get it, Turtonator can pull off a pretty good defensive set, setting it's self apart from other bulky Rock-types by having reliable recovery.
How the heck, for whatever reason, did you have ideas similar to me? (Your turning a Grass starter into a Rock-type, Fire starter into a Ground-type, and Water starter into an Electric-type) I am not a accusing you of copying me and I'll let you use the items I made. (Those can be found in an earlier post)
Sorry to be a party pooper but please don't give costumes to Pokemon with DNA evolutions, Harmo forms or new Megas...
We just removed Tsareena and Ledian costumes because one had DNA evolutions and the other had a new Mega. We also removed Harmo Luxray line because it had a costume.

Samtendo09 to the rescue! Reserving Psychic/Fairy costume Rhyperior line (Magical Contract), Bug/Steel costume Golem line (both Kanto and Alola, both Compound Goggles) and Normal/Fairy costume Shiinotic (Synthesizer) line.
New Moves - Psychic, Psyshock, Flash Cannon, Aura Sphere, Nasty Plot Design - The Rhyperior line had covered in purple and pink sailor clothing, complete with indigo chained stones that acts like hairs. Competitive - While much slower than Tapu Lele and Special Attack nowhere as good, as well as no access to Calm Mind, it got access to Filter to reduce weakness, or can use Mist Shield to become bulkier or Mist Cannon to hit harder in Misty Terrain, and have access to Nasty Plot which can serves well as a wallbreaker. And should I mention that this and Psyshock can be very dangerous for Blissey and probably Chansey?
----
Because the Golem line had a Kantonian line and an Alolan line, I need to use Hide code for that.
New Moves - Meteor Mash, Bullet Punch, Megahorn, Sticky Web, Sword Dance Design - The Golem line, upon wearing the Compound Googles, had their rock particle suddenly changed into metallic material, and they now wear an armor that looks like a Goliath Beetle, right up to the solid, metallic horn from the beetle helmet. Competitive - The only damaging move Bug-type move Goliathus Golem can reliably use is Megahorn. And thanks to Compound Eyes, it will not miss, nor will the Stone Edge coverage. Sturdy will help it to make a revenge kill or to make a Sticky Web/Sword Dance + Bullet Punch set up, Regenerator will help it to sustain its survivability. Although nowhere as strong as Scizor, it does have coverage move, better bulk, and access to Sticky Web, as well as, if using Compound Eyes, not to worry about moves with Accuracy lower than 100% (not lower than 50% obviously, but still).
Goliathus Golem-AlolaTyping - Bug / Electric Item - Compound Googles Abilities - Compound Eyes | Volt Absorb | Galvanize HP - 90 Atk - 125 Def - 80 SpA - 40 SpD - 80 Spe - 100 BST - 555
New Moves - Meteor Mash, Bullet Punch, Megahorn, Sticky Web, Sword Dance Design - The Alolan Golem line, upon wearing the Compound Googles, had their rock particle suddenly changed into a metallic material, and they now wear an armor that looks like a Goliath Beetle, right up to the solid, metallic horn from the beetle helmet. Their electronic particle and Golem's "beard" had become neon yellow. Competitive - A frail but much faster variant of Goliathus Golem, which while gaining the same moves, Alola Goliathus Golem still had good old Earthquake against Fire-type and Rock-type threats. It also kept Galvanize, which means it can now make full exploit of Galvanized Return thanks to the faster speed. It is certainly step-up of Golem-Alola, and what Vikavolt should be (and Galvantula should be better at); a fast Electric/Bug-type sweeper.

New Moves - Tail Glow, Thunder, Hyper Voice, Happy Hour, Thunderbolt Design - The Shiinotic line had lost their illuminating effect but gained attribute of a hula-dancer toy. Shiinotic's mushroom cap is also a bit larger. Competitive - Look at this. Even with a costume, a Pokémon with awfully low BST like Shiinotic may not be able to see light of the day in OU-- Wait... Is that Simple? With Tail Glow, Cosmic Power and even Z-Happy Hour!? This is madness! Of course, it is, and after a single set up, Dancing Shroom Shiinotic is a big terror when not prepared for! Take it out before it had a chance to shine, as it still had Strength Sap to heal itself and to hinder Physical sweepers, but it is walled by Poison and Steel-type if you do not resort with Ground-type Hidden Power. Of course, Z-Happy Hour is not affected by Simple, but does give much needed boost all around.
If any of that sounds too powerful, please warn me.

Lightsaber Aegislash Item Name: Plasma Crystal Holder: Aegislash Result: Lightsaber Aegislash Abilities: Magnet Pull New Type: Fire/Steel New Moves: Flare Blitz, Thunderblade, Plasma Claw, Laser Blast, Ion Deluge New Stats:
HP: 60 Atk: 120 (+70) Def: 90 (-60) SpA: 90 (+40) SpD: 120 (-30) Spe: 60 BST: 540 (+20) Design - Looks like Honedge/Doublade/Aegislash fused with a lightsaber from Star Wars. May the Force be with you.

New Moves: Charge Beam, Earth Tremor, Thunder Wave, Flash Cannon, X-Ray Design - Wears a suit of electrician with rubber gloves on their hands. Their spikes also engage electricity around them. Competitive - An Electric/Ground Special Sweeper would not be too threatening, but when it is a freaking Rampados, who got surprisingly great Special movepool beforehand, then it can be terrifying does to insane coverage. It also got Charge Beam to steadily boost its Special Attack at the cost of power, Thunder Wave for spreading Paralysis and X-Ray to deliver Badly Poisoned status.

Really cool submission! I love the idea, but wouldn't Fire & Electric reflect the lightsaber / plasma aspect better? Also, shouldn't Ageislash have two formes as well?

Problem is that Cookie Butter wouldn't want Gen 1 to have Costumes since they already got Megas, and we do not want to give a Generation more than one special Mechanic.
(Gen 1 and 3 got Megas, Gen 2 and 5 got Harmo formes, Gen 4 got Costumes made by me, Gen 6 got nothing but Ash-Greninja which we might solve, Gen 7 and New Gen 1 got Z-Moves.)
However, you can still make a Telsa Coil costume for any Pokémon other than Starters, but Cookie Butter would suggest no Electric/Flying, Electric/Bug, Electric/Ice, Electric/Ghost, Electric/Steel or Electric/Fairy, but the rest is alright. That way, no conflict.

whaddya mean gen 2 and 5 got harmo forms, they were never restricted to gens. there's harmo aurorus, harmo tyrantrum, harmo breloom, etc etc
costumes weren't restricted either, with chimecho, raichu and mightyena not being from gen 4 along with many of the other costume mons
gen 6 also has a mega in clawitzer, ledian wasn't from either gen 1 or 3 and got a mega
i have no idea where the hell you got that from

Oops, my bad, I meant changes to actual existing abilities, but very well...
Leaf Guard: Heals status conditions in sunny weather
I mean, you could put it in a defensive Pokemon under Sun and work like a status absorber and giving it Rest to have a reliable way to recover health. Alternatively, it could be in a wallbreaker like Manaphy to avoid status when it breaks stall.
Anticipation: Give +1 of priority to user in the same turn opponent selects a supereffective move
That could make opponent tries to avoid using a superefective attack if the Pokemon with Anticipation can have a superefective coverage move, or being used in Pokemon to gain momentum using a status move to cripple a Pokemon with a superefective attack
Magician: Removes and then copy target's ability after an attack
A way to cripple ability reliant Pokemon by forcing them to switch and probably taking some advantage of the new acquired ability
