Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
Guys... I Kind of hate to do this, But I think I should Close down Submissions FOR NEW POKEMON ONLY. Costumes and Harmonian Formes are still open.
Now, If you have suggestions for the complete Dex, (Including altering the stats/abilities of new/old Pokemon), feel free to suggest them. If you have Ideas for new Pokemon, I may Still accept them, but I may remove something else. (If anyone wants to argue about this, feel free. I'm open to hear other peoples opinions on this.

Thing is that this makes it really hard to have any sort of abusers for Toxic and Rocky terrain, as well as Acid Rain, none of which have abilities that set them up on any current Pokemon afaik and none of which have any abilities that they boost.
Also, does this mean the Temporook line isn't happening?

Is it ok if I reserve a fairy type Pokémon/Pokemon line? I noticed that we have little room left in the new Pokémon List. I just need a Misty terrain abuser for the final slot on my gym team :P

Turns Chimecho from a Psychic-type outclassed in almost every way by Reuniclus or to a lesser extent Grumpig into an interesting Defensive Pokemon with an interesting typ to boot. Steel/Ghost is a great typing on Aegislash and I'd say that it would work wonders for Chimecho. Chimecho's movepool is gigantic, with great moves like Recover, Wish, Healing Wish, Psychic, Thunder Wave, Calm Mind, and Heal Bell to name a few and the addition of Will-O-Wisp and Flash Cannon would certainly help.
Flavor wise, something about the chain being able to channel spirits from the underworld and people (Think Dr. Feciler or however you spell it from Disney's Princess and the Frog) using it on something like a bell or a chime in order to revisit loved ones or raise an army.
* - If Spirit Shackle is wished to be kept as a signature move for Decidueye, then replace with Hex
- Not sure what Darken is, but Nocturnal is the ability.
- Intoxicate will be changed promptly
- Raging Winds still hasn't been fully finished
- Blocks hazards whilst it's up iirc
- I'm not too sure about this one
- I'm not going to change Raging Winds, that's up to Pika Xreme. However, I'll change New Moon
Darken is an ability of some costume mons, namely Machamp and Stoutland, and the weather section says Darken summons New Moon.
Anyway, I'll put this forward:
Stunfisk-Harmo
Type 1: Ground
Type 2: Poison
Ability 1: Toxic Surge - Sets Toxic Terrain on switch-in
Ability 2: Poison Point
Hidden Ability: Intoxicate

Take a Stunfisk. Replace its beak with an iron spike dipped in a purple liquid. Make the orange-brown areas of its body purple and cover it in black splodges. Replace the yellow areas with black. Change the flippers on the sides to look like blades, dipped in purple liquid. Make it 1.5x bigger. That's the design.
Stunfisks in the Harmo region were dying out as all the Pokemon they used to prey on found ways to avoid Stunfisk traps. Because of this, Stunfisk had to evolve in order to go and capture prey itself. From many holes on the bottom of its body, a foul, poisonous and sticky liquid pours out in massive quantities and floods the nearby area, making it much harder for many Pokemon to escape and drowning any that are burrowed in holes. It then uses its newfound strength to smash the stuck Pokemon dead. The liquid melts the prey, allowing Stunfisk to easily gobble them up. Afterwards, the Stunfisk sucks all the liquid back up and flops back to the caves they call home.
Poison/Ground is probably the best STAB combo that a Poison type can get. With a Toxic Terrain boost, Stunfisk's Gunk Shot becomes a very hard-hitting move, making up for Stunfisk's mediocre attack. It also has good bulk with its great HP stat, so it can set up Toxic Terrain many times in a match. Unfortunately, its typing isn't particularly good defensively and it's slow as heck.

Boosting Moonblast and Moonlight makes little sense. It's a NEW moon. That's the one where the moon isn't visible, and therefore there is no moonlight.
Also, why is Surf boosted?
Other than that I like it.

I feel like the changes to Flying caused by rocky terrain make no sense because all flying/levitating mons are immune to the effects of terrain. So aside from stopping the rare Bounce, it's pretty much useless.

If you didn't notice, Rocky Terrain gets rid of one ground immunity, so most flying Pokémon will be on the ground(Except for Pokémon with two ground immunities, such as Rotom Fan and Flying types who bring a random air balloon)

Yes, except since they're flying the terrain doesn't affect them so they don't lose an immunity.
If you have a terrain that grounds everything it removes the point of it being a terrain over a weather.
Notable Moves: Quiver Dance, Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Dragon Breath, Bug Buzz, Silver Wind, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Thundebolt, Ice Beam, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Earth Power, Hurricane, Roost Competitive Analysis: Drehemoth is probably one of the best Quiver Dancers out there, Drehemoth also has three amazing abilities to back up its sweeps, Rough Skin can punish physical attackers, Technician can boost Dragon Breath and Silver Wind, but has very little noticable damage difference from Dragon Breath to Dragon Pulse, not to mention that Technician Silver Wind has the same power as regular Bug Buzz, and finally Intimidate can reduce damage from physical attackers, allowing Drehemoth to take a hit and Quiver Dance. A Specs/Scarf set is equally as viable as well, however, those don't make use of Intimdate as Quiver Dance does, but in exchange they boast immediate power. Amazing coverage also helps Drehemoth break past Steel and Fairy types, for example.
Updating my gym:
Type: Dragon TM: 107 - Dragon Pulse Badge: Ascending Badge Battle Format: Single Gym Leader Flavor: The original gym owner, a famous Guru in Auruqing City the Gym is located in, passed away, his grandson, Matthew (The English Counterpart to my name) has the duty to keep the gym. However, Matt is only a few years older than the player and is extremely worried if he'll be able to maintain the gym or if it'll have to be closen down. When the player fist arrives in the City, Matt is actually doing battling the League, and he needs to showcase his Pokemon in a tournament-ish thing (similar to the Animé) and needs at least a Quarter Final finish for the E4 to allow him to take care of Auruqing City's Gym. The player then returns to the City, after obtaining its 5th Gym Badge, and gets warned Matthew lost in the Finals, but still managed to keep his Gym, which is now open for challenges. Matthew isn't particularly a Dragon Specialist, but to maintain his Grandfather's tradition he only uses Dragon Pokémon on his gym. After being able to ensure he got to keep his Gym, he looks like a very confident character and looks very happy and joyful. Gym Theme: The gym is based on a Dragon Graveyard/Museum and the player needs to pass a maze of Dragon Bones to get to face the Gym Leader City Theme: Auruqing City is based on ancient China and the entire city is devoted to Dragons. Auruqing also has a temple devoted to Aurulong, seen as a Lucky symbol for the habitants of the City, that don't realise its greedy and auspicious aspects. Post-Game History involving the Gym Leader and the City: In Auruqing, the leader of the third villain team (Jerry suggested having a third villian team) summons Aurulong and the player needs to defeat it post-game, after beating Aurulong on the villians team, the Dragon escapes from the villain's Poké Ball and flies away, the objective of the player is now to beat the Dragon on all of its different formes in certain places (undecided yet), after that, the player goes to Auruqing City and catches Aurulong on its regular form. Matthew, the Gym Leader then requests a rematch after the Dragon is captured and after beating the Gym Leader again, Matthew can help the player change its Aurulong's form, however, to change Aurulong to its Original form, the player is required the other two main Legendaries on its party as well.
A little question here, will this ever be playable? I feel like it will be very cool to playtest this meta that we're creating. Obviously we won't be creating a Showdown Ladder or anything, but having this be playable somehow would really be amazing!!
EDIT: I realised that we don't have any Toxic/Rocky Surgers yet, so I felt like it was a very important niche to be fulfilled and thats why Im doing this mon:
Evolution Method - Level up while in Rocky/Toxic Terrain Design - Resembles a Mollusc, the first evo has a single smaller monolith on its back, and the second evo has various small obelisks Notable Moves - Sludge Bomb, Power Gem, Scald, Recover, Stealth Rocks, Rapid Spin
Mollisk is a great terrain summoner as it has okay defensive stats and decent offensive presence, just like Gigalith, Pelipper and Torkoal, for example, Corrosion could be interesting, but generally, you're better off running the Terrain that helps your team the most, access to Stealth Rocks and Rapid Spin also makes this Pokémon able to boast valuable hazard control

Im really sorry man :P I completely skipped it, if you want to I can remove Toxic Surge from Mollisk and leave it only with Rocky Terrain though, but Im not sure if its needed, anyways, thats up to you :]
