Awesome giveaway! Ranking Grass Starters is pretty difficult because I used water starters most of the time (exceptions being Chimchar and Rowlet)... I think my list would go like this:
Decidueye > Serperior > Venusaur > Sceptile >Meganium > Torterra > Chesnaught
I really love Decidueye's design and theme and I was pretty excited to play with it during my first Moon playthrough! Serperior... I disliked it so much when it got revealed but it grew on me over time, its competitive usefulness definitely helped it gaining my attention. Venusaur, Sceptile and Meganium are alle pretty cool in their own right. I'm kinda hoping that GF will do something for Meganium, though, a Mega would be amazing to set it apart from the rest, imo. Torterra is the weakest of the Gen 4 starters imo, I've never used it ingame... same goes for Chesnaught. Overall though, I kinda like them all :D
