Gen 7 OU Hyper Offense wannabe

Introduction
Hello everyone, so I've been trying to build a team around speed boosting Blacephalon, it's an unexpected set that can tear through unprepared teams. Now, this team must be bad; I am not a good battler. In fact, I suck:smogduck: Still, I tried to do my best to build a viable playable team. Any criticism is appreciated, from smallest changes to team makeover(although try not to do that please) . Anyways, here I present the team.

Added kartana, as it muscles through bulky water types.

Koko and Greninja helps them sweep by providing screens/spikes.

magearna provided a setup sweeper that took advantage of screens, while alakazam got rid of toxapex.

after a bit of testing, I added band kyurem-black, Mega Gyarados, and changed kart to scarf.

In-Depth Analysis

Blacephalon @ Ghostium Z
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 232 HP / 4 Def / 20 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Flamethrower
- Shadow Ball
- Substitute
- Calm Mind
This is the set from Smogon. (I mean, all of my pokemon are- as I am not good enough, but you get the point) 20 SpA allows it to get a speed boost upon securing a KO, making it deadly for offensive teams. SubCM allows Blace to act as a stallbreaker; It can set up on many common stall pokemon such as chansey, venusaur etc. 4 Def investment allows Blace to use 4 substitutes, which actually does help against slower teams. Ghostium Z nukes through usual checks.

Kartana @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Leaf Blade
- Sacred Sword
- Smart Strike
- Knock Off
Choice scarf Kartana with Blacephalon has amazing sweeping potential together. Kartana takes care of bulky water types as well as knocking items off. I opted for choice Scarf as it helps with my rain matchup. I also see myself needing the speed than the power. Nothing to explain here, really. Leaf blade serves as its main STAB, Sacred Sword provides coverage, blah blah.

Magearna @ Iapapa Berry
Ability: Soul-Heart
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Shift Gear
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam
- Fleur Cannon
Magearna is my setup sweeper of choice, it has good snowballing potential with shift gear+soul heart. I used for Iapapa berry as Blace is holding the Z crystal, and it honestly isn't bad. BoltBeam is self explanatory. I went for Fleur cannon over F Blast Focus Blast because magearna is my only source of a fairy move. (+I find myself missing the power)

Gyarados-Mega @ Gyaradosite
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Crunch
- Earthquake
- Substitute
Gyarados helps me break past toxapex, while forming a good core with Blace. Substitute makes Gyara harder to revenge kill, + it can dodge status. Crunch is its main STAB move, having good neutral coverage. Earthquake is used over waterfall due to its better coverage. Dragon Dance is.. well.. dragon dance. Jolly nature allows it to outspeed Koko after a boost.

Kyurem-Black @ Choice Band
Ability: Teravolt
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Lonely Nature
- Outrage
- Fusion Bolt
- Iron Head
- Ice Beam
Kyurem-Black is my wallbreaker. It well.. Breaks everything. like, everything. Band outrage can 2hko even resisted pokemon and just OHKOes a huge portion of the game. Fusion bolt is good coverage, allowing it to hit water types effectively. Iron head kills fairy types, and Ice beam is the only STAB Kyurem gets, apparently. Lonely Nature Buffs its physical damage output while keeping Ice Beam powerful.

Greninja @ Focus Sash
Ability: Protean
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Taunt
- Spikes
- Toxic Spikes
- Ice Beam
Last but probably least, my lead. Greninja is almost always the lead. It taunts the opponent, sets hazards, and Ice beams everything until it dies. Protean does prove useful, letting it set up one more layer of hazards / blocking volt switches. Maximum Speed investment allows it to be as fast as possible to taunt opponents.

Threatlist
These aren't the only pokemons the team is weak to. These are pokemon I've encountered in my low ladder laddering.

Scarf Lando-T sets are a huge problem. At first I don't know if it's scarf, so I taunt it. Then its scarf. It u-turns, takes 85% of greninja. Goes out to priority user. Gren dies. I don't have hazards, but they still have the chance to set them. +If kyurem dies, It can sweep

Rain is usually unwinnable matchup. I have scarf kartana but it can only do so much. Pert in rain can literally sweep with a few conditions matched.

Heatran can take advantage of kartana being choice locked. Without Gyara it can be hard to kill.

Ditto
ditto can literally copy anything besides Gyrados with sub.
