VGC is not part of the OMs, they have their own separate thing going on in Smogon. As the new gen has just started, I don't know if VGC has a particularly strong forum presence rn, but they have in the past (shown here: https://www.smogon.com/forums/forums/vgc-2016-2018.127/)

Regardless, this is not the place to ask for stuff like that, tho I am glad to hear your enthusiasm
