Hello everyone! We are proud to announce that this round of Suspect nominations, we have only one Suspect, Yanmega. Although Milotic received serious consideration, the argumentation for making it a Suspect fell just short.

The following is the list of accounts that met the rating/deviation requirements as of the September 8th deadline. If you see your account on this list, please post in this thread to identify all the accounts that you used to ladder in UU in this period. This will help us make sure that you receive the proper SEXP credit that you deserve.

Please note that meeting the eligibility requirements does not guarantee that you will be allowed to vote; all voters will need to submit paragraphs to ensure that their specific rationale for voting Yanmega BL or UU is in line with Smogon's definition of an Uber/BL Pokemon.

We will be accepting special applications for those who believe they should be able to vote, yet who are not on this list. Such applications should include:

1) Shoddy Battle Name
2) Screenshot of Shoddy Record
3) Computed scores for Rating and Deviation on the Standard ladder
4) Explanation of why you did not meet the rating requirements. ("I'm too busy" will get you an automatic denial. I'm the busiest person I know and I made it just fine.
5) Explanation of why you should be allowed to vote.
