Ability: Suction Cups / Technician / Mega Launcher
Base stats: 70/110/70/125/70/85 (530 BST)
Useful Moves
Physical
: Gunk Shot
Special: Water Spout, Hydro Pump, Water Pulse, Scald, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Flame Cannon, Aura Sphere, Dark Pulse, Dragon Pulse, Ice Beam, Energy Ball, Sludge Wave
Technician: Water Pulse, Icy Wind, Incinerate, Hidden Power, Mud Shot, Charge Beam
Status: Thunder Wave, Cleansing Fire
Flame Cannon: Fire, Special, Pulse, Bullet, 70 BP, 95% Accuracy, 30% to burn target
Sprite: Octillery, but it is more sinister, its body is olive green, and its mouth looks like a gatling gun
Weight: 50 kg
Gender: Male/Female
Competitive use: A powerful wallbreaker on both Water and Fire - on Fire, it provides a way to hit other Fire-types, and on Water, it provides a way to hit Grass-types.
Is it broken?: It has middling speed, and not very good bulk to match.

Ability: Terraform (Ground-type Lightningrod clone)
Base stats: 75/70/75/120/85/105 (530 BST)
Useful Moves
Physical
: N/A
Special: Shadow Ball, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, Dazzling Gleam, Dark Pulse, Hidden Power
Status: Thunder Wave, Nasty Plot
Sprite: Mismagius but its hat is yellow and shocks come off of it
Weight: 25 kg
Gender: Female only
Competitive use: A great setup sweeper for both Ghost and Electric (since neither like Ground).
Is it broken?: It can be revenge killed by base 110s and Pursuit trapped.

Ability: Intimidate / Shed Skin / Regenerator
Base stats: 90/115/60/60/100/105
Useful Moves

: Gunk Shot, Poison Jab, Superpower, Sucker Punch, U-Turn, Earthquake, Fire Fang, Ice Fang, Knock Off
Special: N/A
Status: Toxic, Coil, Glare
Sprite: Arbok but its body has three heads
Weight: 35 kg
Gender: Male/Female
Competitive use: A fast offensive pivot or setup sweeper that can come in multiple times on an opponent.
Is it broken?: It has low physical bulk, low BP coverage, and is underwhelming offensively if not boosted.

Ability: Suction Cups / Sniper / Galvanize
Base stats: 75 / 125 / 85 / 115 / 85 / 45
Useful Moves Octillery movepool +
Physical: Superpower, Thunder Punch, Wild Charge
Status: Coil, Moonlight
Sprite: Octillery surrounded by small, dark clouds and lightning
Weight: 50.6 kg
Gender: Same as Octillery. no one uses gender-related mechanics make this optional
Competitive use: A powerful Wallbreaker for Water. Electric coverage helps break other water teams and also helps clear the way so something like Corwhal can sweep. It can also set up using Coil and make it harder to take down on the physical side. On Electric, it can possibly help the ground matchup, but it's low bulk means it can't really take any Earthquakes.
Is it broken?: It's slow and not particularly bulky, and it can be worn down pretty easily. Moonlight is its only form of recovery and it might not be worth using due to its low pp.

Ability: Levitate
Base stats: 60 / 60 / 65 / 115 / 115 / 115
Useful Moves Mismagius movepool +
Special: Earth Power, Earth Duality (
/ 85% Acc / 50 Bp / 24 Pp / Special / Hits 2 times, first hit on opponent's Def, second on SpD.
Sprite: Mismagius split in half, (left-right halves) one half in the ground and one floating above.
Weight: 19.36 kg
Competitive use: A nice special sweeper for Ghost and Ground type teams. It has a good speed to act as a revenge killer. Earth Duality makes Misdualus hard to switch into because of it hitting both defensive stats. Misdualus also has a really good movepool in general with lots of coverage and setup options. Seriously, an amazing movepool, including stuff like Heal Bell, Nasty Plot, Energy Ball, and lots of other coverage.
Is it broken?: Very terrible physical bulk and some 4mss probably prevent Misdualus from being too good. It also doesn't have a typing that really adds anything special to either type.

Ability: Intimidate / Shed Skin (Rough Skin)

Useful Moves: (New moves in Italics)

: Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse
: Dragon Dance, Coil, Toxic, Glare, Substitute
Sprite:

Size:
Egg Group(s): Field and Dragon
Competitive use: Bulky set up sweeper or Utility mon that can shuffle opponents and spread Toxic. Provides another Fairy neutrality to Dragon teams, and has useful Poison STAB to smash through opposing fairies. Abilities wise, it can use Intimidate to give itself set up opertunities, or Shed Skin to protect itself from burns, and recover to full HP with Rest, before shedding off the sleep.

Ability: Intimidate / Shed Skin
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Dragon Tail
- Gunk Shot
- Earthquake
- Fire Fang

Is it OP?: It's STABs are completely ineffective against Steel Types. Its low speed makes it more vulnerable to being revenge killed.
Pokedex:

160747
160748
Inspiration: Octillery's Pokedex entries focus on it grabbing prey and trapping it with it's tentacles. This builds around that style of attack.
Ability: Long Reach / Entangling Grasp (Suction Cups)
Entangling Grasp: User Takes 0.75x damage from trapped opponents.
Base stats: 125/125/75/75/75/55 (530)

Ability: Prankster (Prankster)
Base stats: 65/65/65/110/110/110 (525)
Useful Moves:
:
: Shadow Ball, Psychic, Psyshock, Energy Ball, Mystic Fire, Thunder Bolt, Power Gem, Dazzling Gleam
: Parish Song, Nasty Plot, Calm Mind, Destiny Bond, Mean Look, Substitute, Pain Split, Will-o-Wisp, Taunt
Sprite:
Weight:
Gender: 100% Female
Size:
Egg Group(s): Amorphus
Competitive use: Strong Utility mon. With Prankster, it can protect itself with Substitute, Will-o-Wisp, Taunt, etc, and it still can threaten things with it's pretty good base 110 Special Attack. Alternatively, it can try to Parish Trap with Mean Look.
Is it OP?: A Prankster mon with good stats needs a massive weak spot to not be OP, and Missorcerus is EXTREAMLY weak against Ghost and Dark Types. Not only does it take x4 damage from those moves, but Prankster boosted moves have no effect against Dark type mons. Its low physical bulk means it still might die to a Knock Off from a burnt foe, and it is vulnerable to Pursuit Trapping. Speaking of trapping, Ghost types cant be trapped, so Parish Trapping sets are dead weight against Ghost Teams.

Type: Water / Grass
Ability: Suction Cups / Sniper | Double Barrel (HA)
Double Barrel - This pokemon deals 50% more damage with ballistic moves ( moves blocked by Bulletproof )
Base stats: 90 / 120 / 85 / 120 / 85 / 30 | BST: 530
Useful Moves ( Octillery's movepool )
Physical: Gyro Ball
Special: Giga Drain, Focus Blast
Status: Synthesis,
Acid Spray, Bullet Seed, Energy Ball, Focus Blast, Gyro Ball, Octazooka, Rock Blast, Seed Bomb, Sludge Bomb

Sprite: An upright squid, standing on its shorter tentacles, which turn from blue squid to green algae about halfway down. Its two longer tentacles have blunderbuss-style cannons at the end of them, and it has a patch over one eye.
Weight: 63.1 kg
Gender: Default
Competitive use: A wall breaker for Grass and Water teams; 135 BP Energy Ball off of its high SpA and likely Modest nature is going to hurt a lot; with a Meadow Plate it can 2HKO SpD Toxapex. It also has pseudo-STAB on a lot of different attacks, and very useful Ice and Fire coverage. Trick Room isn't exactly common on these teams, but Blunderbusc would be deadly in it. Finally, it can go mixed with Seed Bomb or Bullet Seed, if you're feeling lucky. Both are boosted by its ability.
Is it broken?: It's bulk isn't stellar and its Speed is bad, so I don't think it's broken. It would be a terror to Water stall teams, though, especially if it ran Sludge Bomb for Azumarill.

Type: Ghost / Flying
Ability: Echoing Voice - This pokemon's sound-based moves become 10% stronger each turn they are used consecutively, up to 50%. The effect resets when a different move is used.
Stats: 62 / 62 / 62 / 113 / 113 / 113 } BST: 525
Useful Moves ( Mismagius' movepool )
Special: *Howling Winds, Air Slash, Heat Wave, Boomburst, Focus Blast
Status: Tailwind
*Howling Winds - 95 BP | Flying type | Special | 100% Acc. | Sound move | 30% chance to lower SpA
Sprite: Kind of like MIsmagius but with a long tail that sweeps back like it's flying
Weight: 10.2 kg
Gender: Default
Competitive use: One of Mismagius' issues is its lack of STAB options, having only one type and relying on an 80 BP attack. Howling Winds fixes this issue, giving Banshriek a great, spammable main STAB that combos well with Shadow Ball. Its ability is a pseudo-Metronome, which can help it break through defensive pokemon that try to switch in and recover off damage. Both Ghost and Flying should appreciate its great speed tier and powerful attacks.
Is it broken?: It has an achilles heel in its 60 / 60 physical bulk, and it's also weak to Stealth Rock. It might be tough to beat if you lack a faster pokemon, but many faster pokemon will have no problem revenge killing it.

Type: Poison / Rock
Ability: Intimidate / Shed Skin | Weak Armor ( HA )
Stats: 105 / 107 / 84 / 75 / 94 / 65 } BST: 530
Useful Moves ( Arbok's movepool )
Special: Power Gem
Physical: Stone Edge
Status: Stealth Rock
Sprite: It's a cobra covered in solid color tiles, with the hood pattern looking like a mural, and has jewels for eyes.
Weight: 235.8 kg
Gender: Default
Competitive use: Lodi sports great 105 / 84 / 94 defenses and Intimidate, giving it a fairly easy time setting up Coil, Stealth Rock, or Glare. Although Poison / Rock has a horrible 4x Ground weakness, its great bulk and threat potential should make it work. Both Rock and Poison will appreciate the addition of a bulky Intimidate pivot. Poison may not love the Rock typing much, but it will appreciate gaining a Stealth Rock tank, as it doesn't have too many setters. If you're feeling lucky you can go for it all with Weak Armor.
Is it broken?: It has an achilles heel in its 4x Ground weakness, and it isn't that fast, so these factors should keep it in check.

Water/Steel (Octillery's evo)
Name: Octwitzer, the Jet pokemon
Abilities: Sniper/ Skill Link
/ Mega Cannon (Increases both attack stats by 33%)
HP: 95
Atk: 110
Def: 95
SpA: 115
SpD: 85
Spe: 30
Total: 530
Physical moves: All of Octillery's moves plus Iron Head, Gyro Ball, and Icicle Spear
Special moves: All of Octillery's moves plus Water Shuriken, Dark Pulse, Moonblast, and Aura Sphere
Status moves: All of Octillery's moves plus Autotomize, Coil, and Calm Mind
Sprite: Beta Octillery's in dark red and grey with a longer mouth/"cannon"
Weight: 205.6 lbs/ 93.3 kg
Gender: 50% male/50% female
Competitive use: The god of coverage gets a few new toys, and a new ability in Mega Cannon which allows it to nuke opponents with powerful Rain-boosted Water attacks on water teams, and slows for it to blast the Fire types that Steel teams normally struggle with.

Poison/Dragon (Arbok's evo)
Name: Daehreppok, The Viper pokemon
Abilities: Shed Skin / Intimidate / Neurotoxin
(All physical moves have a 30% extra chance to poison, and attacks are crits if opponent is poisoned. Merciless + Poison Touch Clone.)
HP: 75
Atk: 130
Def: 80
SpA: 65
SpD: 80
Spe: 110
Total: 530
Physical moves: All of Arbok's moves plus Outrage, Dragon Claw, Shadow Claw, and Iron Head
Special moves: All of Arbok's moves
Status moves: All of Arbok's moves plus Dragon Dance
Sprite: Slightly bigger Arbok in dark purple, with small arms. It also has a few copper and black sales as well.
Weight: 175.7 lbs/ 79.7 kg
Gender: 50% male/50% female
Competitive use: Daehreppok gives Dragon teams a chance to break through Fairy teams with its Poison STABs, while Poison teams get a powerful Toxic Spikes-abusing sweeper when it uses Neurotoxin. However, low defenses and a mediocre offensive typing make the snake not that hard to break and wall.

Type: Poison / Ground
Ability: Intimidate/Shed Skin/Sand Rush
Base stats: 90/117/77/69/87/90 | BST: 530
Useful Moves Arbok's movepool +...
Physical: Knock Off, Power Whip, Fang Charge, Venom Strike
Special: None
Status: Swords Dance, Purify, Dragon Dance
Venom Strike - Poison Brave Bird clone
Sprite:
160527

Weight:
194.7 kg
Gender: Default
Competitive use: Sand? Whats a sand? I'm a sand! Using the ability-move combination of Sand Rush + Power Whip + Earthquake to take down sand abusers by abusing sand itself, Adnocana is the perfect counter to ground types. SE Damage to Ground types? Got it. SE Damage to Steel types? Got that too.
Is it broken?: Seeing as it doesnt have the fastest speed out there when not under Sandstorm, Adnocana needs to either take time to set up, or be really frail with its mediocre 90/77/87 defensive stat spread.

Ability: Suction Cups / Sniper / Mold Breaker
Base stats: 85 / 95 / 85 / 125 / 75 / 65 [530]
Useful Moves
: N/A
: Acid Spray, Energy Ball, Fire Blast, Flash Cannon, Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Psychic, Scald, Sludge Bomb, +Focus Blast, Shadow Ball
: Thunder Wave, +Recover
Sprite: Malamar with a cannon for a beak
Weight: 165 lbs, 75 kg
Gender: 50% M, 50% F
Size: 4'11'' ft, 1.5 m
Egg Group(s): Water 1 / Water 2
Competitive use: Bardimari is a slow special wallbreaker with access to a plethora of special moves. Its movepool can be customized to fit its team's needs. Mold Breaker allows it to ignore ability-based immunities like Water Absorb, Storm Drain, and Flash Fire, reducing the number of Pokemon that could otherwise switch into it for free, especially if locked into a move. While Bardimari is offensively-oriented, Water/Steel is a strong defensive typing that makes it a bit easier to switch in. Recover can be used on non-Specs sets to heal damage taken from switch-ins.
Is it broken?: It has a good defensive typing but only moderate defenses, and if not running Recover it can be worn down. Bardimari is very slow, so it will often be forced to take a hit before moving. It has weaknesses to Electric, Ground, and Fighting, stacking weaknesses with either type team it is used on.
Pokedex: Bardimari's mouth functions like a cannon, firing powerful bursts of energy to stun or kill its prey before sucking them in.

Ability: Prankster
Base stats: 75 / 60 / 60 / 115 / 105 / 115 [530]
Useful Moves
: N/A
: Dazzling Gleam, Energy Ball, Hex, Mystical Fire, Power Gem, Psychic, Shadow Ball, Thunderbolt, +Volt Switch
: Destiny Bond, Heal Bell, Magic Coat, Mean Look, Memento, Nasty Plot, Pain Split, Perish Song, Taunt, Thunder Wave, Trick, Will-O-Wisp, +Wish
Sprite: Mismagius with thunderbolt wings
Weight: 16 lbs, 7.3 kg
Gender: 50% M, 50% F
Size: 4'08'' ft, 1.4 m
Egg Group(s): Amorphous
Competitive use: Mistressius has a massive support movepool that can be abused with Prankster, with strong options like Heal Bell, Magic Coat, Taunt, Memento, and Wish. Its high Special Attack and Speed mean it is not passive, with Nasty Plot and a wide variety of special moves to use. It has immunities to Fighting and Normal, easing switch in predictions for Electric teams. Prankster Will-O-Wisp can be used to weaken physical threats like Mega Lopunny, which can be OHKO'd with a Z-Dazzling Gleam or +2 Dazzling Gleam, though Mistressius cannot switch into it.
Is it broken?: Low physical bulk is its main weakness, leaving it especially vulnerable to priority like Sucker Punch, Aqua Jet, and Pursuit trapping. It doesn't provide much defensive backbone for its team, stacking Ghost, Dark, and Ground weaknesses with Ghost and Electric teams.
Pokedex: Mistressius enjoy shocking people and Pokemon just to hear them scream and panic. If you are walking around at night and feel your hairs standing on end, it may be a Mistressius preparing to shock you.
252 SpA Mismagius Dazzling Gleam vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Lopunny-Mega: 166-196 (61.2 - 72.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
+2 252 SpA Mismagius Dazzling Gleam vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Lopunny-Mega: 330-390 (121.7 - 143.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 SpA Mismagius Twinkle Tackle (160 BP) vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Lopunny-Mega: 330-390 (121.7 - 143.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Ability: Intimidate / Swift Swim / Strong Jaw
Base stats: 72 / 115 / 79 / 75 / 89 / 100 [530]
Useful Moves
: Crunch, Dragon Tail, Earthquake, Fire Fang, Gunk Shot, Ice Fang, Seed Bomb, Sucker Punch, Thunder Fang, +Liquidation
: N/A
: Coil, Glare, Switcheroo
Sprite: kind of like Seviper
Weight: 198 lbs, 90 kg
Gender: 50% M, 50% F
Size: 16'06'' ft, 5 m
Egg Group(s): Field / Dragon
Competitive use: Ayilak is a fast physically offensive Pokemon, differentiating it from Toxapex and Tentacruel. It has access to Strong Jaw-boosted coverage in Crunch and elemental fangs, as well as things like Earthquake and Seed Bomb. Coil is a potent boosting move, raising Attack and Defense as well as making STAB Gunk Shot more reliable. It also has support moves in Glare and Switcheroo, with the 100% accurate Glare being able to paralyze Ground-types and other opponents to help its team outspeed them and Switcheroo being able to ruin walls and removing other useful items. Dragon Tail is an alternative to Haze that can be used to phaze opposing set up attackers and bulky Pokemon that Ayilak may have trouble with. Sucker Punch can be used to take out weakened attackers attempting to revenge kill it. This wide movepool gives Ayilak some versatility, allowing you to tailor its moves to fit its team's needs.
Is it broken?: It's rather frail and base 100 Speed isn't amazing for an offensive Pokemon, leaving it vulnerable to revenge killers and faster threats. It suffers heavily from 4MSS, wanting Coil, Glare, Gunk Shot, Liquidation, Earthquake, and pretty much everything else mentioned above. By virtue of typing, it still faces competition with Toxapex, a high-tier defensive backbone Pokemon for both types with extra utility.
Pokedex: Ancient legends tell of large snake-like entities that lived in rivers, with the ability to poison the entire river at will. It is widely believed these beings were ancestors of modern-day Ayilak.
252 Atk Life Orb Strong Jaw Ayilak Fire Fang vs. 252 HP / 68+ Def Ferrothorn: 348-411 (98.8 - 116.7%) -- 87.5% chance to OHKO after Leftovers recovery
252 Atk Life Orb Ayilak Seed Bomb vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Swampert-Mega: 385-458 (112.9 - 134.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Life Orb Ayilak Gunk Shot vs. 252 HP / 240+ Def Venusaur-Mega: 148-175 (40.6 - 48%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

0 Atk Ferrothorn Power Whip vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Ayilak: 148-175 (51.9 - 61.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
0 Atk Ferrothorn Power Whip vs. 0 HP / 192 Def Ayilak: 120-142 (42.1 - 49.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
252+ Atk Swampert-Mega Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Ayilak: 482-570 (169.1 - 200%) -- guaranteed OHKO
0 SpA Venusaur-Mega Giga Drain vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Ayilak: 106-126 (37.1 - 44.2%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

Octillery evo:
Type: Water
Ability: Suction Cups, Sniper, Sheer Force
Base stats: 75 / 95 / 75 / 125 / 75 / 85 (530 BST)
Useful moves
Physical: N/A
Special: Scald, Ice Beam, Energy Ball, Fire Blast, Sludge Wave, Water Spout, Focus Blast
Status: Nasty Plot
Sprite: Octillery coloured gold
Weight: 45 kgs
Size: 1.5 m
Egg group(s): Water 1 & Water 2
Competetive Use: Tentacular is a strong wallbreaker for more offensive Water teams. Boasting a high Special Attack, decent Speed, Sheer Force and great coverage, there aren't too many Pokemon able to switch into it. With Sticky Web support from Araquanid it can even run a Nasty Plot set.
Is it broken? Its bulk doesn't get any better as it evolves, leaving it still pretty average. Pure Water typing also isn't the best defensively. What's more, while its Speed is much better than it was, 85 is still pretty average without Sticky Web support, leaving it easily revenge killed.
Pokedex: It is able to crush almost anything in its tentacles. Its slippery body allows it to escape nets, and there are even reports of it prying open Cloyster.

Arbok evo:
Type: Poison / Fire
Ability: Water Absorb / Intimidate / Mold Breaker
Base stats: 80 / 115 / 79 / 65 / 89 / 100 (528 BST)
Useful moves
Physical: Gunk Shot, Fire Lash, Earthquake, Iron Tail, Sucker Punch, Ice Fang, Thunder Fang, Seed Bomb, Aqua Tail
Special: N/A
Status: Coil
Sprite: Arbok coloured Red
Competetive use: It's a strong physical wallbreaker on Poison and Fire teams, thanks to Coil, high Attack and typing that gives it an immunity to burns and Poison. It gives Poison teams a way to fight back against Steel, and Fire teams a Toxic Spikes absorber.
Is it broken? Its typing gives a nasty 4X ground weakness, on two types that already struggle with that matchup. There are also plenty of faster Pokemon, and without Intimidate its bulk is nothing special either.
Pokedex: It slithers through boiling Water every day in an effort to negate its biggest weakness. It squirts boiling acid as a defence mechanism that scars its victims for life.

Mismagius evo:
Type: Ghost / Fairy
Ability: Spellcaster (summons Magic Room upon entering the battlefield)
Base stats: 70, 60, 70, 115, 105, 105 (525 total)
Useful moves
Physical: N/A
Special: Shadow Ball, Moonblast, Mystical Fire, Power Gem, Aura Sphere, Hidden Power, Hex
Status: Taunt, Nasty Plot, Mean Look, Moonlight, Will-O-Wisp, Toxic, Glare
Sprite: Mismagius coloured pink
Competetive use: It's a strong wallbreaker / stallbreaker, with its ability letting it bypass items like Shuckle's Mental Herb, Doexys-S's Focus Sash and Heatran's Air Balloon. Its typing is pretty nice, shared only with Mimikyu.
Is it broken? Despite the slight buffs, it's still frail on the physical side, and it no longer has a ground immunity thanks to losing Levitate. Low powered STABs mean it's not especially powerful before boosting.
Pokedex: It has the ability to form utterly convincing illusions that trap its victims in a fake world. There, it feeds on their emotions. Sometimes this Pokemon is used in torture, to create a nightmare world for its victims.

Update time: I am now in the process of adding another sheet to the one in the OP. This will list the Pokemon in order of what slate they were subitted. If you have any suggestions for the viability rankings, please post.

Edit: finished

OK everyone, voting time! Vote for your favourite evolution. As usual, no voting for your own creations. My votes

Octillery: Destrhulu
Mismagius: Misdualus
Arbok: Ayilak

Hey this made it into PMGS II, that's pretty cool! I think this is a really fun meta with great competitive potential. However, I know me and some other people have some balance concerns. Here's some stuff that I think needs to be nerfed.

Flooduel
This is one of my top concerns balance wise, and I know a few others agree. Good SpA and Spe combined with No Guard, very powerful attacks including Hydro Pump, Focus Blast, Thunder, and Blizzard, and access to Nasty Plot push this thing over the edge. It may have less SpA than Keldeo, but Keldeo is forced to run Icy Wind and HP Electric while Flooduel has access to the same coverage with much higher damage and lower accuracy cancelled by No Guard. It basically fills the same role as Keldeo but with better coverage and Nasty Plot, if it's not running the powerful scarf set.

Contrunion
Contrunion is still kind of broke tbh. A speed nerf is probably a good idea considering Sheer Force is a very good ability, it has a great STAB combo, and it can viably run physical, special, and mixed sets. I don't really think it needed the signature Ice move in the first place so that could potentially be another thing to remove. Edit: Didn't realize Sheer Force was removed, that was my mistake.

Possibly Souldier
These are things that I am less sure about being broken and might need to have an eye kept on them. Souldier is very strong for both Ghost and Fighting teams as a revenge killer and scarf sweeper. In the few games I've played with it it has secured a very large number of KOs due to Moxie letting it spiral out of control quickly. It's especially helpful in the Psychic matchup on Fighting due to no viable pokemon not being weak to Ghost.

Buffs
It's silly to think that every pokemon we make will be viable, but some seem just really unviable. I think we should make sure these pokemon either gain a new niche to avoid being outclassed or just gain some other kind of buff if they're just trash without being outclassed. I'll just list a few that I think

Scorpiod
This is very much outclassed by Nidoking as a Stealth Rock setter on Poison. It doesn't seem terrible due to it's powerful STABs and Swords Dance but it's severely lacking in the coverage department while Nidoking has it's incredible coverage for almost any situation.

Gryphoid
This has very lackluster stats all around and even though it has a great typing, it can't abuse it with it's poor stats and terrible ability. I think we should diversify the stats a bit and give it a better ability to make sure this actually sees some use.

Lupina
I don't see this ever being used. I think it was originally made to have a good speed tier for a Dark type but it seems severely outclassed as a scarfer. It's coverage isn't great even with Strong Jaw and the pure dark typing doesn't do it any favours.

There are definitely others but I think these are some of the most severe. I hope this post was helpful to give a direction to some balance!

A speed nerf is probably a good idea considering Sheer Force is a very good ability, it has a great STAB combo, and it can viably run physical, special, and mixed sets. I don't really think it needed the signature Ice move in the first place so that could potentially be another thing to remove.

Contrunion hasn’t had Sheer Force for a while it got replaced with Magic Bounce. It also lost some Speed, so it’s now slower than Mega Lopunny. Flooduel I agree with, Souldier still not so sure - it’s super frail. Lupina is more of an AoA wallbreaker than a Scarfer. Dark already has Greninja for that
