we agreed on a different time, you talked to me on 1pm, how was I supposed to respond
calling act, we scheduled for 4 to 5pm UTC, my opponent contacted me earlier and when I tried to contact them on the scheduled time they didn't respond, proof on wall
my timezone is UTC-3 not UTC, I told you that

These facts make the act call eligible.
Any misunderstandings regarding the scheduled time (and the timezone it was scheduled in) should've been cleared up between the players.
