Mega Mirrors
Charizard and Mewtwo, two fan favorites, were blessed with two Mega Evolutions, an X and a Y form, both unique in their own right. But, what if Game Freak spread the love? What if every Mega Evolution had an X and a Y form?
In this Pet Mod, the community will make an X/Y Mega counterpart to that Pokemon's original Mega.
Rules:
Every slate, 3 of the Pokemon that have Mega Evolutions will receive a second Mega, either and X Mega or Y Mega.
1. When making a Mega Evolution, you must give it exactly +100 to its stats and an ability according to the ability rankings below. You can lower other stats, too, but typically no stat is lowered by more than -30. It's important to note that this is an OU-based Pet Mod, so Megas should be made for OU unless specifically stated otherwise.
2. In addition, a Pokemon being given a new Mega can be given up to 2 new moves, Custom moves are allowed, but only if they are a clone of an existing move or if you provide code for it (this rule also applies to abilities).
3. In order to ensure that your creations are unique and have a different role from the original, users submitting are encouraged, but not required, to follow the trends seen below.
Other:
1. For Pokemon whose original Megas are RUBL or under, a buffing slate will be held to bring them up to OU standards
2. When we get to Rayquaza, Groudon, and Kyogre, they will have their own special slate with special rules.

8/7/2019 - Phantom Force quickbanned
Phantom Force was quickbanned because Mega Banette can essentially stay invulnerable forever against faster opponents, using Prankster Copycat to call Phantom Force and not attacking until after the opposing Pokemon moves, then being able to call the move again. While this is gimmicky, it would be extremely annoying to deal with, especially when this Pokemon has a way to KO most Normal-types and such high Attack in general, that it's best to not even mess with it. Also, otherwise, you're not using this move anyway.

X Megas:
- Have higher Attack and Defense
- Lean towards physical attacking, but have more mixed stats
- Better overall bulk
- Differ decently from their base form's stats
- Change the base form's secondary type
Y Megas:
- Have higher Special Attack and Special Defense
- Special Attackers through and through
- Highest attacking stat is higher than X Mega's highest attacking stat
- Highest defensive stat is higher than X Mega's highest defensive stat
- Are more in line with the base form's stats
Guideline for what Megas would fall under which category - this tells you what name to give the Mega you create:
X: Absol, Aerodactyl, Aggron, Altaria, Audino, Banette, Beedrill, Blaziken, Diancie, Gallade, Garchomp, Gyarados, Heracross, Kangaskhan, Latias, Lopunny, Lucario, Mawile, Medicham, Metagross, Pinsir, Sableye, Salamence, Scizor, Sharpedo, Steelix, Swampert, Tyranitar, Venusaur
Y: Abomasnow, Alakazam, Ampharos, Blastoise, Camerupt, Gardevoir, Gengar, Glalie, Houndoom, Latios, Manectric, Pidgeot, Sceptile, Slowbro
Special: Rayquaza (Alternate Mega with a different signature move), Groudon, Kyogre (require new orb), Necrozma (New Z-Crystal)
