[SET COMMENTS]
Though it has an opportunity cost in not being able to be run with Wonder Guard Xerneas, Mega Audino is a premier Wonder Guard user in the Pure Hackmons metagame due to having an amazing defensive typing, being a very slow pivot, and being able to soft-check the likes of Mega Gengar lacking a Poison-type STAB move and Mega Latios lacking Shell Smash. Mega Audino can make use of either Recover to keep itself healthy or Wish with its high HP stat to keep both its teammates and itself healthy, though relying on Wish to heal makes it significantly more difficult to retain momentum. Aromatherapy and Defog are two of the best forms of support any defensive Wonder Guard user can offer its teammates. The former cures Mega Audino and its teammates of status ailments that they would otherwise be annoyed with, while the latter helps to minimize the amount of chip damage that offensive teammates take over the course of the game. King's Shield gives Mega Audino the chance to scout offensive Pokemon that like to switch into it, such as Huge Power Mega Mewtwo X and Mold Breaker Mega Rayquaza, as well as allowing Mega Audino to force out many variants of said switch-ins after an Attack drop. Magic Coat helps Mega Audino's longevity by reflecting back status-inflicting moves like Spore, Dark Void, Will-O-Wisp, and Glare, as well as moves that would otherwise force Mega Audino out, like Taunt and Encore. A pivoting move is almost always required for Mega Audino to retain momentum for its team; Parting Shot is a solid option that can weaken offensive switch-ins, but it causes Mega Audino to struggle to maintain momentum against teams with a Magic Bounce user; however, Baton Pass is the preferred option due to its high PP and freedom pivoting. Mega Audino wants to be as physically bulky as possible in order to scout and pivot out of powerful physical attackers such as Mega Mewtwo X and Primal Groudon; a Relaxed nature with maximum HP and Defense investment and minimum Speed IVs help Mega Audino perform this function of a defensive cleric, soft-check specific Mold Breaker users, and act as a slow pivot. Shed Shell is the preferred item to prevent Mega Audino from being removed by Shadow Tag users, while Safety Goggles helps Mega Audino against Spore users like Mold Breaker users and Prankster Giratina.

Mega Audino should only be used in rare semi-stall teams, bulky balance teams, and teams with enough offensive pressure to prefer the defensive roles Xerneas cannot perform as well in. Semi-stall is rare due to limits in teambuilding, but these teams can have Ho-Oh and Mega Steelix cover Mega Audino's weaknesses. Glass cannons, such as Mold Breaker Mega Gengar, Mold Breaker Mega Diancie, and Choice Band Mold Breaker Mega Rayquaza, appreciate Mega Audino's ability to bring them onto the field safely. In addition, these Pokemon also all appreciate Mega Audino's ability to clear entry hazards and cure status. Mega Audino also Imposter-proofs most offensive teammates lacking Poison-type and Steel-type moves, including Mold Breakers like Mega Rayquaza, Mega Latios, Dialga, and Mega Tyranitar. Mega Audino's vulnerability to Mold Breaker Primal Groudon and coverage attackers like Mega Mewtwo X and Mega Latios in an unfavorable matchup makes -ate Speed users like Mega Rayquaza, Kyurem-B, and Mega Abomasnow valuable teammates. Notably, Mega Abomasnow is able to revenge kill the majority of Primal Groudon sets thanks to its resistance to Thousand Arrows, a powerful Boomburst, and Primal Groudon not being able to fit in a Fire-type STAB move and King's Shield on the same set. Mega Audino appreciates being part of most Wonder Guard cores. Cresselia, Mega Scizor, and Mega Manectric are all great examples of solid Wonder Guard partners, since Mega Audino compresses a lot of utility into one teamslot and carries distinct weaknesses. SubPass Wonder Guard users like Mega Swampert and Primal Groudon make for strong partners, since they appreciate the support Wish Mega Audino gives while providing the main support Mega Audino cannot offer. Offensive Shell Smash Wonder Guard sweepers like Mega Lucario and Primal Groudon also pair well with it. Finally, King's Shield Mega Audino can form a solid Wonder Guard core with Wonder Guard users weak to contact moves like Blissey and specially defensive Primal Kyogre.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

Mega Audino can run Knock Off to fully dismantle Mega Gengar, weaken opposing Mega Latios, and remove Prankster Giratina's Safety Goggles for offensive teammates running Spore. Whirlwind and Perish Song are options that can be used when threatening Mold Breaker sweepers like Primal Groudon try to switch into Mega Audino or when Wonder Guard users like Xerneas try to pass a Substitute to a teammate. This isn't as common because Mega Audino can either just predict a switch and pivot to Pokemon more suited to deal with sweepers, or it can be pressured by the Mold Breaker sweeper through continuous status infliction. U-turn is an alternative pivot move that can maintain momentum against Taunt users such as Mold Breaker Primal Groudon and slightly chip physically frail Mold Breaker users coming in, such as Mega Mewtwo Y. However, the loss of momentum against opposing Wonder Guard users usually isn't worth it. A Lum Berry can help Mega Audino heal from sleep or bad poison from Toxic Spikes, but its one-time use can prove inefficient. Wonder Guard is best for longevity, but Prankster and Magic Bounce give Mega Audino more flexibility to run support moves. OHKO moves can be useful as a shock factor to offensive threats and can OHKO opposing No Guard users, but they almost always aren't worth running due to being inconsistent. Mega Audino can also use hazards to punish opposing switch-ins. Lastly, Mega Audino can run a variety of other support moves like Glare, Chatter, and Will-O-Wisp to help advance its teammates further.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Unfavorable Matchup**: Various Pokemon including Huge Power Mega Mewtwo X, Protean Mega Latios, Protean Mega Mewtwo Y, and Wonder Guard Xerneas often run super effective coverage moves against Mega Audino to force it out.

**Giratina**: Giratina can be sent out against Mega Audino to run Curse against it, as Curse can be passed by Baton Pass. Additionally, a Giratina with Magic Bounce would not be able to let Mega Audino run Parting Shot in to escape and a Prankster Giratina can force Mega Audino out with Encore. However, Prankster Giratina must be careful when using Curse against Mega Audino with Parting Shot, as Mega Audino using the move the same turn Giratina uses Curse prevents Curse from affecting it, while Giratina is left less healthy.

**Mold Breaker Shell Smash Users**: Mold Breaker users carrying Shell Smash can use Mega Audino's passivity to set up on it. They can also put Mega Audino to sleep with Spore or Dark Void—the former requires Safety Goggles to block more than once, while the latter cannot be consistently blocked by any item—or inflict chip damage with a powerful attack. However, some Mold Breaker users, such as Mega Gengar lacking a Poison-type STAB move, struggle to get past Mega Audino without getting lucky with sleep.

**Shadow Tag Perish Trappers**: Mega Audino without Shed Shell is very vulnerable to removal by Shadow Tag users. If swapped in on any move bar Baton Pass or Parting Shot, the Shadow Tag user can Encore Mega Audino, set three layers of Spikes, and remove it with Perish Song.

**Taunt Users**: Taunt shuts down all Mega Audino sets bar those using U-turn, Magic Coat, or non-status utility moves like Nuzzle and Knock Off.

name: Guardian of Wonder Support Wonder Guard Spoke with UT about this to confirm, but set names need to be straightforward descriptions.
move 1: Wish / Recover It’s your call, but I would swap these. I think a Recover, Defog, and Aromatherapy set is overall more splashable than a wishpassing set.
move 2: Aromatherapy / King's Shield / Magic Coat / Aromatherapy Aromatherapy support is much more imperative than Magic Coat’s utility in most matchups and I think it should be slashed first as a result. It’s up to you, but I think you could even move Magic Coat off the main set entirely and into other options.
move 3: Defog / Magic Coat
move 4: Baton Pass / Parting Shot / U-Turn / Volt Switch
item: Shed Shell / Safety Goggles / Lum Berry Lum seems a bit too niche to mention in the main set. I would probably mention it alongside Chesto Berry in other options.

[SET COMMENTS]
Mega Audino is able to use Wish to create half its total HP then safely send it off to any teammate using Baton Pass or Parting Shot during the next turn. Alternatively it can use Recover instead to help itself while performing separate support tasks. Compress this into something like… Mega Audino can make use of either Recover to keep itself healthy or Wish to keep its teammates healthy. Mega Audino's passivity leaves it restricted to using the greatest support moves to help its teammates. Aromatherapy and Defog are two of the best forms of support any defensive Wonder Guard can offer its teammates. ‘s two best bets for additional support moves. The former move can greatly help to clear status such as Sleep, Burn, and Poison from its teammates, while the latter can clear all the hazards that frequent the game. Mega Audino's passivity also leads means its presence on the field often invites in powerful attackers like to Huge Power Mega Mewtwo X and Mold Breaker Mega Rayquaza switching in whenever they like. As a result, This makes King's Shield is a good option that makes Mega Audino more resilient against strong physical attackers and lets it perform a scouting role. nice addition to Mega Audino's movepool to create free turns to protect itself for recovery and cutting the attack of its biggest threats in half. Magic Coat helps with King's Shield's vulnerability to status by reflecting status back when Mega Audino predicts its opponent will opt for this This gives Mega Audino a lot more time to continue running support moves to help its teammates without getting worn down. I would move Magic Coat to Other Options. A pivoting move is essentially always required for Mega Audino to escape offensive threats and build maintain momentum for its team, as it’s otherwise quite a momentum sink. Baton Pass is the preferred safest option due to having the most its high PP and not being directly blocked off by any opposing Pokemon's typing or ability. I think you should just mention Magic Bounce v Parting Shot and Volt/Turn v Wonder Guard explicitly. If Mega Audino runs Wish, it prefers Baton Pass over the other pivot moves. Parting Shot is a solid alternative to weaken offensive switch-ins even further upon prediction but Wish Audino with Parting Shot functions much less heavily struggles to maintain momentum against teams with a Magic Bounce user or opposing Magic Coat users. Mega Audino should not run U-Turn or Volt Switch if it runs Wish due to other Wonder Guards preventing it from safely pivoting to the Wish receiver and killing off momentum. U-Turn and Volt Switch are can be ran as alternatives that can maintain momentum against Taunt users such as Shadow Tag Regigigas and chip incoming Mold Breaker users. However, the loss of momentum against opposing Wonder Guard users usually isn’t worth it. if Recover is used instead for some light chipping against potential Focus Sash offense Pokemon or Pokemon that can fall into a KO range of Mega Audino's teammate after a little damage. I think the main advantage of Volt/Turn is that they make Audino not total Taunt fodder. However, the loss of momentum against WGs is a big deal and it makes me thing these should maybe be moved to other options. Mega Audino wants to be as physically bulky as possible in order to scout and pivot out of powerful physical attackers such as to stand the most chance against Mega Mewtwo X and Primal Groudon; a Relaxed Nature with maximum HP and Defense investment and minimum Speed helps Mega Audino perform this function at its best. Shed Shell is the preferred item to prevent helps Mega Audino from being removed by escape Shadow Tag users Encore; , while Safety Goggles helps Mega Audino against escape Spore set up strategies, allowing for the Pokemon to perform more freely, and Lum Berry is the most Mega Audino can use to help itself against Sleep in case teams use Dark Void instead of Spore. All three of these are important to Mega Audino but it can only choose one item. Move Lum to OO

Fast hard-hitters such as Mega Mewtwo X, Mega Rayquaza, Mega Gengar, and Mega Diancie appreciate Mega Audino the most since Mega Audino can either ensure they're able to be sent out safely and offer them a chunk of its HP or just outright pivoting straight to them for momentum in when it predicts another Pokemon switching into it. These hard-hitters can also sometimes be burned, poisoned, get on revenge-kill range with hazards, or be put to sleep and Mega Audino is has the perfect moveset to clear up all of this. I would reword this to something like… Powerful but fragile threats such as Mold Breaker Mega Gengar, Mold Breaker Mega Diancie, and Choice Band Mold Breaker Mega Rayquaza, etc appreciate Mega Audino’s ability to bring them onto the field safely. In addition, these Pokemon also all appreciate Mega Audino’s ability to clear entry hazards and status. Despite all the support Mega Audino can give, it does not come without its flaws. Mega Audino is not without its flaws, however. First of all, it does not pair well with Wonder Guard Xerneas due to both Wonder Guards sharing the same weaknesses. Wonder Guard Xerneas's offensive pressure makes it an absolute king of this game and teams with Mega Audino would have to suffer the liability of not being able to run Xerneas with its offensive pressure. Most notably, it essentially excludes Wonder Guard Xerneas from its team thanks to their shared weaknesses, giving Audino a significant opportunity cost. Otherwise, Mega Audino serves all the defensive roles Xerneas cannot perform as well in and is a premier Wonder Guard on its own. I think bringing up Audino’s opportunity cost regarding Xerneas was a good idea, but it feels a bit out of place here. I think it should be moved up to the intro. This Pokemon is most vulnerable to a range of heavy physical attackers; specifically Huge Power Mega Mewtwo X and Mold Breaker Primal Groudon. Mega Steelix and Mega Slowbro can use their bulk and type combination to tank Mega Mewtwo X's possible Gunk Shot or Gear Grind, and Choice Scarf / Aerliate Mega Rayquaza can work as a solid partner to outspeed and KO the likes of Mega Mewtwo X, Mold Breaker Primal Groudon, or even Magic Bounce Giratina, which is another notable threat in itself against Mega Audino. Mega Audino’s vulnerability to Mold Breaker Primal Groudon and coverage attackers like Mega Mewtwo X and Mega Latios makes -ate Speeds like Mega Rayquaza valuable teammates. Notably, Mega Abomasnow is able to revenge kill the majority of Primal Groudon sets thanks to its resistance to Thousand Arrows and powerful Boomburst. Or something like that. Is Mega Steelix relevant enough to mention? Additionally, Mega Audino can work with most other Wonder Guards altogether due to many Wonder Guards having a separate range of immunities. What works best is dependent on what combination of moves Mega Audino's biggest offensive threats are most likely to have. Cresselia, Primal Kyogre, and Primal Groudon are all great examples of solid Wonder Guard partners due to physical threats being unlikely to run coverage moves for both them and Mega Audino at the same time. This section can be simplified a lot. Just mention that Mega Audino appreciates being part of a Wonder Guard core. And since Audino compresses a lot of utility into one teamslot, I think you can mention offensive Shell Smash Wonder Guards (that don’t share weaknesses so no Garde/Xern unfort) like Mega Lucario, Dialga, and Primal Groudon pair well with it. A Finally, King's Shield Mega Audino can make a solid pair form a solid Wonder Guard core with other Normal-type Wonder Guards users such as Blissey, Slaking, and Arceus thanks to their weaknesses being primarily contact moves that King's Shield can punish.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

I think Glare, Nuzzle, Will-O-Wisp, Perish Song, and hazards are all options you could mention here. Knock Off is a good call for sure though—as even Secret Sword sets can break Audino with even decent sleep luck. It’s also worth noting that Glare, Nuzzle, and Whirlwind also help Audino check non-Wave Gar. Also, move Magic Coat down here and probably mention its specific utility versus Spider Web No Guards. Also move Lum/Chesto Berry down here.
Mega Audino's typing helps it block most Mega Gengar sets entirely but Mega Audino's passivity doesn't allow for it to do too much back. Knock Off can be a solid option this Pokemon can use to fully dismantle Mega Gengar but it can also be used to knock off items from other Pokemon. This option isn't used extensively due to Mega Audino much more preferring to run cleric and hazard clearing moves to help its hard-hitting teammates. Mega Audino does not tend to get much out of using Knock Off aside from leaving more room for its teammates to work around Mega Gengar. Whirlwind is another option, which can be used for when threatening Mold Breaker sweepers like Primal Groudon try to switch into it. This isn't as common because Mega Audino can either just predict a switchin and pivot to Pokemon more suited to deal with sweepers, or it can be pressured by the Mold Breaker sweeper through continuous status infliction. Mega Audino can also use Prankster to allow it to clear hazards or status with less chance of getting KOed before being able to or it can run Magic Bounce to not have to worry about opponents inflicting status against it. Both Prankster and Magic Bounce can work in plenty of fringe cases but Wonder Guard is significantly more consistent at helping Mega Audino pull off its support. I would reduce both Prankster and Magic Bounce down to a single sentence as they’re both incredibly fringe.

It’s also possibly worth mentioning that because players are so used to seeing Audino as a Wonder Guard that it makes an excellent surprise No Guard user that can steal KOs against the threats it lures in like Primal Groudon or MMX.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Huge Power Mega Mewtwo X**: Every defensive Wonder Guard's biggest check. With Mega Mewtwo X boasting an absurd base 190 Attack and the ability to run Huge Power, it can run coverage moves to eliminate any Wonder Guard. Mega Mewtwo X can either run Gear Grind to beat Mega Audino while targeting various Substitute and Sash users, or it can run Gunk Shot to work around King's Shield. I would combine this with the Steel and Poison move section. MMX is not the only coverage attacker that’s a threat to Audino. Protean Latios’ Sludge Wave OHKOing is probably worth a mention too. It’s more of a weakness to bad matchup than it is to MMX specifically after all.

**Magic Bounce Giratina**: Giratina can be sent out against Mega Audino to run Curse against it. Curse can be passed by Baton Pass. Additionally a Giratina with Magic Bounce would not be able to let Mega Audino run Parting Shot in order to escape this, causing Mega Audino's performance to be stunted. I think Prankster Giratina is maybe worth more of a mention here, as it can force Audino out with encore or chip it with burn or curse.

**Mold Breaker Primal Groudon**: Mold Breaker Primal Groudon can take advantage of Mega Audino's passivity to set up on it. It can also inflict Dark Void, which cannot be consistently blocked by any item, or can just use V-Create to perform significant chip damage if it predicts Mega Audino not using King's Shield.

**Shadow Tag Perish Trappers**: Mega Audino without Shed Shell is can be very vulnerable to removal by Shadow Tag users. If swapped in on any move bar Baton Pass or Parting Shot, the Shadow Tag user can Encore Mega Audino, set three layers of Spikes, and remove it with Perish Song. that can switch in on when Mega Audino uses Wish, Recover, or Defog. They can pressure Mega Audino in by running Encore without Mega Audino being able to do anything aside from spamming Magic Coat. This can create a mindgame in favor of the Shadow Tag user.

**Taunt users**: Taunt shuts down all Mega Audino sets bar those using Volt Switch, U-Turn, Magic Coat, or non-status utility moves like Nuzzle and Knock Off. Taunt users can stop Mega Audino sets without Magic Coat from doing anything. These are not super common but heavily work against a non Magic Coat Mega Audino when they are present.

**Random Steel-type or Poison-type coverage moves**: Various other Pokemon especially running Huge Power, Protean, or even Wonder Guard set up can use coverage moves in order to hit Mega Audino. This does wear down Mega Audino quite a bit upon consistent use but the Pokemon can still usually survive these attacks at least once.
Combine with above. And again, maybe mention Mega Latios’ Sludge Wave as Audino does NOT survive it once.
252 SpA Soul Dew Latios-Mega Sludge Wave vs. 248 HP / 8 SpD Audino-Mega: 440-522 (107.5 - 127.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO

**Sludge Wave Mega Gengar**: Mega Gengar occasionally frequently runs Sludge Wave as an option to improve its matchup versus Fairy types like Xerneas and Mega Audino. primarily to fend off against Mega Audino whenever it's fed up of it. This can come up as a harsh surprise to the Pokemon. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe Sludge Wave has been trending upward for a long time now. Secret Sword is slashed after it in its own analysis.

I said I wouldn’t do this until my QC checks became official because I personally feel no one’s work should go uncredited, but I… also couldn’t help myself. My main comment overall is that this rambles a bit—two or three sentences are often devoted to a subject when only one is necessary.

Edit: I forgot to mention, but I think I would also include a note about which mons Audino imposter-proofs (and thus, is a good teammate for)—that is, Huge Power, Protean, and Parental Bond attackers lacking Poison and Steel moves.

Edit 2: Unfortunately, we can’t have fun set names like “Guardian of Wonder.” I asked UT about it and apparently set names need to be straightforward descriptions of the set.

I kept Magic Coat as a main option because Mega Audino is out in the open a lot with no other real way to counteract Spore (if Shed Shell), Dark Void, or Taunt much of the time. Being freely able to get statused or taunted can significantly harm its longevity, especially with Lum Berry, U-Turn, and Volt Switch not being common options.

I also removed the bit about Xerneas altogether because I couldn't find a good spot for it anywhere.

Mega Audino can make use of either Wish with its hig HP stat to keep its teammates healthy or Recover to keep itself healthy. Knock Off can be a solid option this Pokemon can use to fully dismantle Mega Gengar but it can also be used to knock off items from other Pokemon. idt this needs to be mentioned since its obvious that knock off does that. however, if you wanted to keep it you could mention the utility of removing shed shell and safety goggles for other offensive pokemon on your team. The ability to set up on Mega Audino isn't unique to just primal groudon. I would recommend adding a section about shell smash mold breaker users instead, as they do the same things as what you described here.

**Mold Breaker Shell Smash users**: Mold Breaker users carrying Shell Smash can use Mega Audino's passivity to set up on it. They can also inflict Dark Void, which cannot be consistently blocked by any item, or can choose to chip it with a powerful attack.

I shuffled the list of examples for good Wonder Guards Mega Audino pairs up with, because it repeated both Primal Kyogre and Primal Groudon otherwise. Mega Scizor and Mega Manectric were added in placement of one Primal Kyogre and one Primal Groudon.

Did not include Mega Gardevoir since it shares most of the same weaknesses as Mega Audino.

=========================================

Daylight had some other recommendations from the QC check. I communicated with the QC team including NToTheN about implementing them, which they are all fine with. The following were added

- Chatter as an Other Option
- A mention in the first paragraph about its competition with Xerneas making Mega Audino's usage an opportunity cost with an inclusion of where it does work. This was determined to be important enough to be in the first paragraph.

Though it has an opportunity cost in not being able to be run with Wonder Guard Xerneas, Mega Audino is a premier Wonder Guard in the game but thanks to their shared weakness, using it holds an opportunity cost in excluding Wonder Guard Xerneas as a teammate due to having an amazing defensive typing, being a very slow pivot, and being able to soft-check the likes of Mega Gengar lacking Poison-type STAB and Mega Latios lacking Shell Smash. wanted to stick checking sword gar/lati in somewhere Mega Audino should only be used in semi-stall, bulky balance teams, or teams with enough offensive pressure to prefer the defensive roles Xerneas cannot perform as well in. moved to 2nd paragraph Mega Audino can make use of either Recover to keep itself healthy or Wish with its high HP stat to keep both its teammates and itself healthy, though relying on two turns to heal a Pokemon makes it significantly more difficult to retain momentum or Recover to keep itself healthy. wish after recover, you can change the wording if you want Aromatherapy and Defog are two of the best forms of support any defensive Wonder Guard can offer its teammates. The former clears status such as Sleep, Burn, and Poison that it and its teammates would be annoyed with otherwise, fluff while the latter clears all the hazards that frequent the game helps to minimize offensive teammates' chip over the course of the game. Mega Audino lets in powerful attackers like Mega Mewtwo X and Mega Rayquaza due to its passivity. King's Shield gives Mega Audino resilience chances to scout offensive Pokemon that like to switch into it, such as Huge Power Mega Mewtwo X and Mold Breaker Mega Rayquaza, to these attackers and lets it perform a powerful scouting role as well as allow Mega Audino to force out many variants of said switch-ins after an Attack drop. this was more of a style thing, though kings' attack drop shouldve been mentioned somewhere Magic Coat helps Mega Audino's longevity by reflecting back status moves like Taunt, status inflictment like Spore, Dark Void, Will-O-Wisp, and Glare, and as well as moves that would otherwise force Mega Audino out, like Taunt and Encore. this flows better + imo bouncing back status is more important than doing the same vs taunt/encore A pivoting move is essentially always required for Mega Audino to mainretain momentum for its team, as it’s otherwise quite a momentum sink.; this seemed redundant Baton Pass is the preferred option due to its high PP. Parting Shot is a solid alternative that can weaken offensive switch-ins, but it struggles to maintain momentum against teams with a Magic Bounce user. Mega Audino wants to be as physically bulky as possible in order to scout and pivot out of powerful physical attackers such as Mega Mewtwo X and Primal Groudon; a Relaxed Nature with maximum HP and Defense investment and minimum Speed helps Mega Audino perform this function of a defensive cleric, soft-check specific Mold Breaker users, and slow pivot at its best. Shed Shell is the preferred item to prevent Mega Audino from being removed by Shadow Tag users, while Safety Goggles helps Mega Audino against Spore set up strategies users, like Mold Breaker users and Prankster Giratina.

Mega Audino should only be used in rare semi-stall teams, bulky balances, or teams with enough offensive pressure to prefer the defensive roles Xerneas cannot perform as well in. Powerful but fragile threats, such as Mold Breaker Mega Gengar, Mold Breaker Mega Diancie, and Choice Band Mold Breaker Mega Rayquaza, etc appreciate Mega Audino’s ability to bring them onto the field safely. In addition, these Pokemon also all appreciate Mega Audino’s ability to clear entry hazards and status. Mega Audino also imposter-proofs any offensive teammate lacking Poison and Steel-type moves, provided they don't have Mold Breaker. is this really necessary? i feel like this is a given, i would mention it improofs moldies like ray, latios, dialga ttar etc instead Mega Audino’s vulnerability to Mold Breaker Primal Groudon and coverage attackers like Mega Mewtwo X and Mega Latios in an unfavorable matchup makes -ate Speeds like Mega Rayquaza, Kyurem-B, and Mega Abomasnow valuable teammates. you mention aboma in the next sentence so i stuck kyub + it in there Notably, Mega Abomasnow is able to revenge kill the majority of Primal Groudon sets thanks to its resistance to Thousand Arrows, a powerful Boomburst, and Primal Groudon's usual lack of fire moves not being able to fit in Fire-type STAB and King's Shield on the same set. fire stab don is underrated and imo it isn't fair to say it's rare Mega Audino appreciates being part of most Wonder Guard cores. Cresselia, Mega Scizor, and Mega Manectric are all great examples of solid Wonder Guard partners since Audino compresses a lot of utility into one teamslot and carries distinct weaknesses. Offensive Shell Smash Wonder Guards like Mega Lucario, Dialga, and Primal Groudon idt wg smash dialga is relevant enough to mention also pair well with it. Finally, King's Shield Mega Audino can form a solid Wonder Guard core with contact-weak Wonder Guards like Blissey and Sspecially Ddefensive Primal Kyogre. i would also add subpass swampert/possibly pdon somewhere, as subpass provides support for offensive teammates that audi can't offer besides pivoting + subpassers appreciate wish support

Other Options
=============

Knock Off can be a solid option this Pokemon can use to fully dismantle Mega Gengar, weaken opposing Mega Latios, and remove Prankster Giratina's Safety Goggles for offensive teammates running Spore. Whirlwind is another option, which can be used for when threatening Mold Breaker sweepers like Primal Groudon try to switch into it, or when Wonder Guards like Xerneas try to pass a Substitute to a teammate. This isn't as common because Mega Audino can either just predict a switchin and pivot to Pokemon more suited to deal with sweepers, or it can be pressured by the Mold Breaker sweeper through continuous status infliction. U-Turn and Volt Switch are is an i would never ever run volt switch over uturn alternative pivot moves that can maintain momentum against Taunt users such as Shadow Tag Regigigas Mold Breaker Primal Groudon stag normals don't run taunt and shouldn't be if they are and slightly chip incoming physically frailer Mold Breaker users coming in, such as Mega Mewtwo Y. audis going to tickle everything except for really frail mons like deo-a and smashed mmy (tho i guess audi shouldn't be u-turning against said mmy anyway) However, the loss of momentum against opposing Wonder Guard users usually isn’t worth it. Lum Berry and Chesto Berry chesto only seems better when audi is the main sword gar/moldy latios check, and at that point it feels too niche to mention can help Mega Audino heal from Toxic Spikes or Dark Void sleep, their one-time use can prove inefficient. Wonder Guard is best for longevity, but Prankster or Magic Bounce give Mega Audino more flexibility to run support moves. No Guard OHKO moves can be useful as a shock factor to offensive threats, and can OHKO opposing No Guard users, but isn't almost always aren't worth running due to being consistent. Lastly, Mega Audino can run a variety of support moves like Glare, Nuzzle, Chatter, Will-O-Wisp, Perish Song, and hazards to help advance its teammates further. perish song could be mentioned where whirlwind is, and hazards should be given their own section imo. nuzzle/wisp seem worse than chatter/glare but i'll leave removing/keeping it your choice

Checks and Counters
===================

**Poison or Steel-type coverage moves Unfavorable Matchup**: Various Pokemon including Huge Power Mega Mewtwo X, Protean Mega Latios or Mega Mewtwo Y, or Wonder Guard Xerneas often run super effective coverage moves against Mega Audino to KO i force it out.

**Giratina**: Giratina can be sent out against Mega Audino to run Curse against it., as Curse can be passed by Baton Pass. Additionally a Giratina with Magic Bounce would not be able to let Mega Audino run Parting Shot in order to escape this and a Prankster Giratina can force Mega Audino out with Encore. However, Prankster Giratina must be careful when using Curse against Mega Audino with Parting Shot, as Mega Audino using the move the same turn Giratina uses Curse prevents Curse from affecting it, while Giratina is left less healthy. word it differently if you want, this is the general idea

**Mold Breaker Shell Smash users**: Mold Breaker users carrying Shell Smash can use Mega Audino's passivity to set up on it. They can also inflict sleep in Spore, which requires Safety Goggles to block more than once, or Dark Void, which cannot be consistently blocked by any item, or can choose to chip it with a powerful attack. However, some Mold Breaker users, such as Mega Gengar lacking Poison-type STAB, struggle to get past Mega Audino without getting lucky with sleep. you can word it differently if you want

**Taunt users**: Taunt shuts down all Mega Audino sets bar those using Volt Switch, U-Turn, Magic Coat, or non-status utility moves like Nuzzle and Knock Off.

**Sludge Wave Mega Gengar**: Mega Gengar frequently runs Sludge Wave as an option to improve its matchup versus Fairy types like Xerneas and Mega Audino. feel like this could be merged with the mold breakers section

There's a fair but of red, green and blue but most of it's stylistic and to make the analysis flow better. Great work, QC 2/2 once this is implemented

- Added one sentence of Mega Steelix and Ho-Oh being good partners for Mega Audino in semi-stall.

Paragraphs look fluffy again because Mega Audi has a lot of teammates and a lot of options, sry :psysad:

Finally, King's Shield Mega Audino can form a solid Wonder Guard core with contact-weak Wonder Guard users (what does this mean) like Blissey and specially defensive Primal Kyogre.
