Sub Power Up Punch Mega Metagross by JTD783 and Reflect Type Gengar by Amir are the other winners!

Honorable Mentions are Earth Power Celebi, HP Fire Latios, Colbur Berry Reuniclus and Reflect Type Starmie

HP Ground Jirachi - Sucker Punch will have a 100% change of 1HKO'ing if it takes a Flash Cannon first. Offensive Jirachi's with LO would be expected to have some speed, most likely to outspeed Bisharp, so that makes it harder to use imo. Drain Punch might've worked better.

Mega Gardevoir - As other people said, Bisharp doesn't wanna switch into Mega Gardevoir simply because it can easily kill Bisharp with Hyper Voice. Bisharp also don't outspeed to KO with Iron head so it'll be dead before it can do anything.

Week 3 Sub Calm Mind Keldeo

Keldeo @ Leftovers
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Secret Sword
- Substitute
- Calm Mind

Easily one of the most used pokemon in OU, Keldeo manages to get itself on most offensive teams. It's speed tier of 108 is fantastic, and it's Special Attack of 129 is no joke. It's special move Secret Sword gets to hit for physical damage, while it's other stab, Scald, can be a game changer with a single burn. This set allows Keldeo to avoid a hit, in order to set up, deal damage, and possibly get a burn with Scald.

Bisharp @ Life Orb
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Knock Off
- Iron Head
- Sucker Punch
- Aerial Ace

Bisharp exploits the fact that Keldeo, Chesnaught and Mega Venusaur loves switching in on it by 2HKOing all of them with Aerial Ace after Stealth Rock. Granted, this is harder to use against Keldeo which outspeeds it but it will make Keldeo think twice before coming in again.

Don't let your memes be dreams

Heatran @ Power Herb
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Magma Storm
- Earth Power
- Taunt
- Solar Beam

Keldeo likes to switch in against Heatran and Heatran likes to OHKO Keldeo with Solar Beam gg
252 SpA Heatran Solar Beam vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Keldeo: 286-338 (88.5 - 104.6%) -- 68.8% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock

Weavile @ Life Orb
Ability: who cares
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Knock Off
- Icicle Crash
- Ice Shard
- Aerial Ace

Keldeo is often used as a Weavile check, however it is outsped by it and 2HKOed by Aerial Ace :

252 Atk Life Orb Weavile Aerial Ace vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Keldeo: 177-208 (54.7 - 64.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Tyranitar @ Tyranitarite
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Crunch
- Ice Punch
- Thunder Punch

Keldeo is a strong check to most variants of Tyranitar and usually switches directly in to check it. If Keldeo switches in as Tyranitar sets up a DD, Thunder Punch takes its life (esp after Rocks). Because this Keldeo variant is not Scarf, it is easily outsped at +1.

+1 252 Atk Mega Tyranitar Thunder Punch vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Keldeo: 318-376 (98.4 - 116.4%) -- 87.5% chance to OHKO

Sharpedo @ Sharpedonite / Life Orb
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Waterfall
- Crunch
- Zen Headbutt
- Protect

Thanks to its typing, Keldeo is generally one of the better checks to Mega Sharpedo (and regular Sharpedo too) on offense, avoiding being 2HKOed by almost any move Sharpedo typically uses. Sharpedo with Zen Headbutt, however, is able to kill off Keldeo with small amounts of prior damage.

252+ Atk Life Orb Sharpedo Zen Headbutt vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Keldeo: 257-304 (79.5 - 94.1%) -- 43.8% chance to OHKO after 1 layer of Spikes
252+ Atk Mega Sharpedo Zen Headbutt vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Keldeo: 220-260 (68.1 - 80.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
252+ Atk Sharpedo Zen Headbutt vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Keldeo: 198-234 (61.3 - 72.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Not entirely sure if this counts as a lure since it is so common but

Politoed @ Damp Rock
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 248 HP / 164 SpD / 96 Spe
Calm Nature
- Scald
- Toxic
- Encore
- Rest / Ice Beam
Many CM Keldeos will setup in front of Politoed since it can't really threaten with anything only to be Encored giving free switchin/setup to whatever you want.

Choice Band Switcheroo Crawdaunt

Crawdaunt @ Choice Band
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 252 Atk/ 4 Def/ 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
-Crabhammer
-Knock Off
-Aqua Jet
-Switcheroo

On many teams, banded Crawdaunt is very difficult to switch into. Often times the best the opponent can do is go into Keldeo, which resists both STABs and can scare Crawdaunt out with Secret Sword. This Crawdaunt set doesn't have access to aerial ace :( capitalizes on this by using Switcheroo as Keldeo switches in, essentially giving it a permanent Taunt and making Keldeo much easier to deal with. The new-found leftovers admittedly don't do a lot for Crawdaunt, but gives it a little more longevity.

Glad to see that the project is going on even though I had problems irl, might as well join the discussion.

Liechi Berry Tyranitar

Tyranitar (M) @ Liechi Berry
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 248 Atk / 8 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Crunch
- Natural Gift
- Earthquake

After a Dragon Dance Tyranitar can outspeed Keldeo and kill it with Natural Gift easily lureing it out, the berry also have other purpouse, as in greatly weakening Hippowdon at +2, ohkoing Manaphy (sr) at +1, a chance to ohko 248/216+ Rotom-Wash after Stealth Rocks at +1, oh and Quagsire/Seismitoad on those boring goth stalls, if the grass move isn't useful in a battle Tyra can still use the berry's natural effect and raise its attack
8 Special Defense evs on allows Tyra to resist Avest Tornadus' Focus Blast, since you are not a mega and as such slower against him after a single dance.

Have you considered Psycho Cut over Aerial Ace? It does more damage to Keldeo specifically and allows Bisharp to reach the Sucker Punch KO range with Life Orb.
I admit Aerial Ace might be better especially with Chesnaught though, it'd be quite funny to see it in action.

I hope it helps, good luck to everybody, very interesting thread, I'll try to participate next round!

Tyranitar (M) @ Leftovers / Chople Berry
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 248 HP / 80 Def / 180 SpD
- Stealth Rock
- Pursuit
- Stone Edge
- Thunder Wave

Instead of trying to reach a 2HKO / OHKO Keldeo with a specific gimmick, this Ttar moveset uses a conventional moveset (Support) with a twist to cripple some checks for another members. For example, when this Ttar is paired with Zard Y, you can use the Pursuit support to remove Latis, and Thunder Wave to avoid revenge kill scenarios with Manaphy or Keldeo, supporting it even more. Although it's pretty convenient against some common trends like (obviously) Keldeo, Clefable, Weavile | Zam | Gar (if Chople Berry), it loses too much momentum against Ground-types, so offensive pressure + Ground-immunity (Air Balloon Excadrill, Latis, for example) are really welcome.
