How to get pokemon for battles?

I am curious how people get pokemon with full IV's, the nature they want, etc.
What do you use? Very difficult to do this legitimately BTW.

Like Cereza said, since we've learned how to manipulate the games' random number generators (RNG), getting legitimate shiny\max IV Pokemon is now very easy to do.

You should take a look at the stickied guids and help threads sometime, and direct future questions to Simple Questions, Simple Requests.
