Me again. Just wondering if you still had any Cleffas in 'Johto Breedables'. I have several spit backs of Pokemon that have 4IVs that are competitively viable.

Are they all in regular Poke Balls? And can you elaborate on the IVs? A term like '4IV' doesn't give me the info I want.
