Dracovish continues to adapt in a BSS meta with restricted legendaries with a bulky Assault Vest set, capitalizing on the surprise value of it often carrying a Choice item instead to take a specialized role against some of the common restricted Pokemon. Aside from not caring about Kyogre's Water Spout, this Dracovish survives a Dynamax Cannon from Timid Life Orb Eternatus, as well as being able to take two Astral Barrages from Focus Sash Calyrex-S and KO back with Crunch. Meanwhile Fishious Rend will always be a powerful tool that makes it difficult to switch into Dracovish safely. Draco Meteor seems unusual, but it's the most reliable option for hitting Dragon-types, since locking into Outrage is not worth the higher power especially in a metagame with Zacian-C. While Draco Meteor doesn't OHKO Eternatus, the damage is still valuable for setting up a teammate to sweep. Lastly, Rock Tomb provides speed control utility and also simplifies the Kyogre matchup. Relatedly, Dracovish is a good partner for Zacian-C to pressure opposing Fire-types such as Volcarona and Heatran while also easing matchups against the aforementioned restricted legendaries.

Looks good. Might be worth mentioning that Draco is nice for not locking into Outrage in the Dracovish mirror as well. Also this set really thrives off of its unexpectedness since virtually all Vish are choice-locked and you can bait your opponent into thinking they're safe going into their water resist once they see you click Fishious Rend the first time. Not sure if you can find a way to word that in, but it is an important part of using this set effectively.

I reworded the appeal of Draco Meteor to emphasize the general value of not locking into a move a bit more, seems like the best way to handle that. Also added the surprise value being notable for this set. Otherwise this is ready for GP!
