Welcome to the fifth week of BLT VII! For this year's format, teams will be fighting in a round robin where every team will play every other team. At the end of the round robin, the top four teams will move on to the playoffs where the first seed will play the fourth seed and the second seed will play the third seed to determine who will be this year’s finalists. A win will be worth 2 points, a draw 1, and a loss 0. Obviously, play on PS! (preferably main or smogtours server). Series are played in a best-of-one.

Basic Tournament Rules - you absolutely should read this, especially if you're new to forum tournaments
Sportsmanship: Don't be an ass. Not to your opponents, not to your team, not on PS, not on Smogon, not to me. A bit of friendly banter is ok, but please know where to draw the line. Think before you type, please.

Scheduling and Activity Wins: Contact your opponent as quickly as possible on their Smogon wall, and look out for them on PS. You will have one week from the posting of the week's matches to get it done, and I will not be granting any extensions for any reasons. If your opponent is not responding to your post on their wall, cannot be found on PS, or miss multiple scheduled times, make a detailed activity post in the thread letting me know why you deserve the win. No activity post means no activity call. As long as you have visible attempts at scheduling (such as wall posts), you will be fine.

Disconnections and Timer: A timer loss is a loss. No if's, and's, or but's about it. If your opponent is nice enough to replay that's fine, but they are by no means obligated to.

Ghosting and Identity: Don't take or give battle advice or make moves based solely on the suggestions of others, and don't pretend to be someone else in order to play as them. You will be caught, and you will be disqualified from this season as well as future PS! tournaments (BLT, PSPL, etc.).

Substitutions: Managers are free to substitute out inactive players at any point during the week with any subs they chose during the draft. Be sure to post in the thread when making a substitution.

SS OU: Stareal (45) vs Roginald (55) - two solid players but rog has a better streak going rn. should be close
SS OU: Decem (55) vs Attribute (45) - pretty close in terms of playing ability but decem has been more impressive
SS UU: GunGunJ (35) vs kythr (65) - kyth has been consistent gungun and i believe he's the better player
SS RU: SolarflareRo (??) vs Feliburn (??) - feli is obviously favored here but I'll just not predict against solar until he loses cuz he always proves me wrong
SS NU: ToastedBunzzz02 (65) vs PrinceOfAllTacos (35) - consistent and very impressive
SS LC: parivard (49) vs EternalSnowman (51) - this one will definitely be close, amuse support vs trace support. naturally I'll go circuit finalist trace

Welcome to this 5th week of competition! Minds are put to the test in one of the toughest tournaments there can be. This is why dear friends, They are there ! Back to impress you ! So settle in well because the game schedules just fell a few minutes ago and it's time to discover them together. :jynx:

The tournament is evolving and the players are at the end of their strength, that's why we must support these talented players ! :swole:

  1. If possible, please put the replays of your match so that everyone can enjoy it.​
  2. Small novelty which appears this time so officially in the tournament, the winners of the matches will have the possibility of having a small avatar of their favorite Pokémon in order to represent them at best (I know that it is a little poor but it is the best I can do to support and thank you for making this tournament)​
  3. This is how it will happen at the level of the Pokémon mascot | If you could write with the replays of your match (It is not mandatory but highly recommend under penalty of doing so pull the ears by me :blobpex: TectonicDestroyer Hi :psysly: xD) the name of your favorite Pokémon so that it can appear to honor you with your victory. In case I do not have your favorite Pokémon, I will assign you one automatically based on your avatar with which you will play your match.​
  4. Thank you very much for having appreciated the gesture for the mini Pokémon avatar, you were very numerous to send me PM and to show your positive state of mind to this project so thank you very much !​
  5. A big thank you to the staff who make this tournament possible, a big thank you to all the players who participate in this tournament and we are amazed in this crazy competition.​

SS OU: frisoeva vs Blimax - One cannot simply change the fact that fris is fris.
SS OU: Updated Kanto vs Pradhaaan - should be really close, this is one heat match.
SS UU: TMM vs ORAS-Mega - TMM hasn't been impressive while ORAS-Mega has been.
SS RU: DanDaMan99 vs TheFranklin - I believe Dan has been blessed by the blt gods to never lose in blt.
SS NU: Bad Player vs Skipkan - ironically great player has been performing ironically great, could be close if skipkan doesn't skip out on prep.
SS LC: imjustgray vs Acselsior13 - Should be a fun one, they're both good and I can't say for sure who's better.
SS DOU: TTT444 vs Shadowmonstr4 - Another rematch from 2019! Just like last year I think TTT takes this.
SS MONO: henguinie vs Floss - Both have been doing really well, this is def the hl mono match for this week, giving a slight edge to bandrizzlelol. Seriously, why is drizzle not banned yet?

SS OU: Stareal vs Roginald - This is a personal highlight for me, giving an ever so slight edge to rogi
SS OU: Decem vs Attribute - Both are staff in mono room and both have a 1-2 record in this tier, huh... another match I'm really looking forward to and I think attribute takes this. Maybe its just a feeling, if you asked me who's better I wouldn't even be able to answer that.
SS UU: GunGunJ vs kythr - Tis the way of the goat.
SS RU: SolarflareRo vs Feliburn - Both have been pretty impressive so far and wouldn't be surprised if this goes either way, but I'll say feli cause I'm pretty sure not bolding feli in ru is still considered a crime.
SS NU: ToastedBunzzz02 vs PrinceOfAllTacos - This match is making me hungry with all these tacos and steaming hot buns, but toasted seems better overall.
SS LC: parivard vs EternalSnowman - This should be a pretty good one, but favoring pari here. The snowman is eternal but the win streak is not.
SS DOU: SMB vs I want Atago to sit on me - The amount of heat this matchup contains makes lava look cool in comparison, and though I think this will be an extremely close game, I'm giving that edge to SMB.
SS MONO: gorex vs Havens - Overall better player.

Hammerlocke Hatterenes vs Black City Bolts

SS OU: Ewin vs APW001 - I hate to say it but, I think this is where apw's winning streak ends... never bolding against him again if he wins this.
SS OU: Abyssal Ruins vs halaman95 - Kii's been more impressive and has awakened my new biggest fear in ou: lurantis stall.
SS UU: 100%GXE vs Trade - Trade has traded tiers once again, and though he has been very impressive, one does not simply beat gxe.
SS RU: EpicBoost vs PokemonCestDur - Better player overall, epic boost is not very epic.
SS NU: Confide vs Not Miyan - Overall better and has done very well.
SS LC: Jack In My Box vs Mikaav - Mikaav is the lc goat.
SS DOU: Z Strats vs lightning1870 - I feel bad for neg, dou is just way too stacked this year.
SS MONO: DugZa vs RichardPepper - I could see this going either way, I just really don't know who wins this.
