Sorry, if this message shouldn't be sent here, instead of another thread/PM, but i still have questions.
If person gets disconnected when the match is about to end(i once got a disconnect, when my pokemon was about to unleash its final attack), should the person who was just about to win be marked as a winner?
Does this tournament have Loser and winners brackets. I mean that when person loses first time, he then battles an another loser, and someone who loses at the losers bracket, gets out of the tournament.
I'm pretty sure i had more queestions, but i forgot the last one.

Nope this is GameFreaks meta meaning smogon has no influence.
Since there are a lot more participants than I expected (good thing) and we're approaching 64 (currently at 62) i'll cut off there and list anyone after as substitutes!
I'll post a bracket in about 1-2 days from now.
