    Edit1: Go figure, the answer was at the very bottom of a page on the RNG manip

    Also : i had a hard time to get a wild Porygon Shiny (and since it's genderless)

    both my TID and SID being 35162(Yes, i did manip for a Cute Charm(Male Lead) So idk if i need to start a new game or not, (since it say :require start lead Cute Charm Male) X.X

    I've never done nor attempted shiny radar abuse, but I'd say eggs are considerably easier (the only downside is it won't be in a non-standard Pokeball if you care). Anyway, that seed should work (though having a cute-charm lead won't change anything). As described here: http://www.smogon.com/ingame/rng/dpphgss_rng_part5#pokeradar

    You need to advance the frame to a little before 248 to get the shiny patch to appear, then advance the frame further near 1047 before you encounter it to get the IVs you want.

    Well, so far, with teh cute charm, i caught all the pokemon in a standard poke ball, and i jsut use them as a "shiny living dex" ... but let me tell you that shit, i will never do this chain 1 shiny patch again .... NEVER ... it was awesome that i hit the delay AND frame (518 journal flip) but then after that ... i'm no 'effing way, gonna back to that
