Regarding the stuff you posted in Simple Requests, you could use pokécheck to send pokémon from generation 4 to generation 5. The way pokécheck works is you send pokémon from your actual cartridge to an internet database from which you can associate pokémon with your account. One feature present in pokécheck is the ability to send pokémon from gen 4 games to gen 5 games. The pokémon received in gen 5 will technically be copies, but they're exact clones and will not transfer their items to gen 5. VM me back if you need more help with this.
