Yes, that works for me, but if it helps you out any at all, the Atk stat doesn't have to be high. If you can find a lower framed one with a lower Atk (that still must equal HP Grass 70), you can use it.
Ok, sorry I really couldn't help find a low delay with frame 6.

I will continue to look for frame 6 but is there anyway you want to increase the frame like frame > 30?
I can also assume that you have an even frame that is either 2 or 4 correct?

I need it to be on a frame of 6, but delay doesn't matter. Anyone know of any spreads?
