Hello.
I'm a Japanese player who is a specialist in Nintendo Cup 2000(NC2000) of Gen2.
I know the 20-year history of NC2000, was involved in the development of the latest tactics, and wrote and managed the following Wiki.
https://seesaawiki.jp/pbs-thread/
I have an idea to post an NC2000 article on smogon, so please check the idea and tell me the specific steps to realize the idea.
1. background
NC2000 is a format that had never been played seriously in the international community, but it has become seriously played since this year, and a monthly ladder was held in October of this year, and a RoA Spotlight Tournament was also held.
The value of this format is gradually being recognized, and Siatam, who won the RoA Spotlight Tournament, left such a comment.

It is also a pleasure for Japanese NC2000 players that international players have played NC2000 seriously.
In the international community, there are systems suitable for the development of metagames (advanced organization of smogon and excellent features of Pokemon Showdown!).
And the international players are very kind, enthusiastic and highly skilled.
This will undoubtedly take the NC2000 metagame to the next step.
However, there is the problem with NC2000.
It is a competitive format in which 20 years of knowledge has been accumulated, but almost all of the knowledge has been accumulated in Japanese.
In order to take the next step in the international community, it is necessary to share knowledge in English.
For that, I want you to lend me the power of smogon.
2. Content of the idea
I would like to post the following text to smogon.
2-1. Format description
The NC2000 format description does not exist on the smogon page.
NC2000 being played in the current international community has a more competitive rule by adding OHKO Clause and Evasion Clause to NC2000 being adopted in the official tournament.
(And much of NC2000's 20-year knowledge has been accumulated on the premise of OHKO Clause)
However, that is not stated on the smogon page, and the organizers of the tournament wrote and published the following documents only in the smogon forums.
https://image01.seesaawiki.jp/p/d/pbs-thread/l8fu1hjVgB.pdf
(This is a document created by Beelzemon 2003. I personally keep it.)
Also, NC2000 has different characteristics from the mainstream format in the international community such as OU, so I think it is necessary to explain in that sense as well.
Therefore, I would like to add a description of NC2000 to the following page.
https://www.smogon.com/dex/gs/formats/
2-2. Competitive article
In NC2000, we play by L50-55 Pokemon.
Therefore, I want to write the another Speed Tier.
In addition, in NC2000 format, there are characteristic restrictions, such as "use L50-55 Pokemon in the team" "After showing each other's 6 Pokemon in the team preview, select 3" "The total level of 3 Pokemon is 155 or less", and a different strategy from the OU that fights with 6 level 100 Pokemon is required, so I would like to write the following article as well.
- Techniques for fulfilling roles with only 3 Pokemon (prediction of selection, team building method that enables flexible selection)
- Team leveling techniques (Should we divide into L50 and L55? Should we use L51-53 in a well-balanced manner? And if we should divide into L50 and L55, how many L55 should we prepare?)
I would like to post these articles on the following pages.
https://www.smogon.com/gs/articles/
2-3. Each species analysis
I would like to include a description of the major species in NC2000.
As I wrote in section 2-2, NC2000 has different restrictions from OU, so it is necessary to prepare a new explanation.
I want to put it on the following page.
https://www.smogon.com/dex/gs/formats/
3. things I would like to ask you a favour
If you have any comments about the idea explained in section 2, I would like to hear it.
Also, please tell me the procedure necessary to realize the idea explained in section 2.
(I can write content, but I don't know the specific procedure.)
