Hikari and IronBullet are now administrators! Hikari will be working with Sam as tiering policy coordinator. IronBullet, on the other hand, will be heading up all things new user-related, which is bolstered by his involvement in RMT, B101, and other new user oriented facets of Smogon.

cant say and EV are also Super Moderators now! EV is returning to his position as PS Policy Admin.

Congratulations to all. Hopefully this is the last of promotion season...
