Umm yeah. I'm running Weather Ball on my 270 SpA Victreebel on my Sun team, and it's doing way too little damage in the Sun. Probably a glitch to check out.
It does 52% to a Steelix in the Sun when the smogon damage calculator says it should do 93.2% min. During that turn, the sun was still shining (it faded after the move was hit.
Also it did 29% to a Registeel which would take at least 46.7%.
