Uninstall issue

I installed Shoddy Battle on my sister's laptop, and now that she moved out I can't seem to be able to uninstall it. I'm using windows 7 and when i go to uninstall programs on the control panel and click uninstall a message pops up saying that it is unable to fully uninstall the program.

This happens when it is trying to remove files that don't exist. It returns an error. If it is not on that list, you are Good.
