With only 2 votes, Vague is the winner this week! Congrats

Entei @ Choice Band
Ability: Pressure
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Sacred Fire
- Flare Blitz
- Extreme Speed
- Stone Edge

You know the drill. Submissions end on Friday.

Vague

Banned deucer.

Celebi @ Colbur Berry
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Energy Ball
- Psychic
- Recover
- Nasty Plot

Celebi is a very good partner for Entei, mostly under the fact that it deals with offensive and defensive Water-types incredibly well. This specific set is great for luring in Mega Sharpedo (which under normal circumstances, beats Entei). It also has the added benefit of being able to take on faster Ground-types such as Krookodie and the rare Dugtrio which gives Entei massive headaches. Recover is a pretty cool tech that gives it the capacity to continue to consistently check Waters over the course of a match and improve its longevity greatly.

Swampert-Mega @ Swampertite
Ability: Swift Swim
Happiness: 0
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 248 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Power-Up Punch
- Rain Dance
- Earthquake
- Waterfall

M-pert pairs well with band-entei, entei destroys grass types and pretty much all of the mons that run grass coverage while pert breaks through fat mons with pup and takes on krook and other grounds. 248 neutral speed beats scarf darm in the rain and doesnt miss out on anything i really need to out speed excpt scarf-ape. This core would pair very well with celebi to make a fwg core as they all have great offensive presents and check eachothers weaknesses.

Aerodactyl-Mega @ Aerodactylite
Ability: Tough Claws
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Hone Claws /pursuit
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Aerial Ace

don't know how to do sprites lol
Mega Aero appreciates entei burning bulky water types, making it easier for aero to sweep lategame. entei can also force in arcanine and chandelure which aero can double switch in and get initiative on. alternatively u can run pursuit to be a better support partner for entei rather than the other way around. das pretty much it lol

Nominating Entei itself. It's the best Pokémon and does not need anyone else*.

Otherwise, nominating Empoleon

Empoleon Bonaparte(Empoleon)@Shuca Berry
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP / 244 SpD / 12 Spe
Calm Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Scald
- Defog
- Grass Knot

Empoleon brings everything Entei could dream of. Rocks helps to keep the offensive pressure, while defog/spin is almost mandatory to keep Entei healthy.
Empoleon switches and defog on every Suicune/Alomomola out there. It resists draco meteor from Hydreigon. It checks Aerodactyl. Grass knot and 12 EVs Speed allows it to outspeed and hit hard defensive mega swampert. Coupled with the burn from sacred fire, the opposing defensive cores will just fall apart.

Leftovers and/or Roar are perfect alternatives if you don't need the shuca or gknott (which are more situational)

And with me updating this a day late, Vinc2612 is the winner! Congrats!

This week, with a particular dragon not being banned, I figured it was time to do a very popular core with it.

Conkeldurr @ Leftovers
Ability: Guts
EVs: 240 HP / 16 Atk / 252 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Bulk Up
- Drain Punch
- Mach Punch
- Knock Off

+

Hydreigon @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Dark Pulse
- Draco Meteor
- Superpower / Fire Blast
- Iron Tail

Submissions end on Friday.

Metagross @ Life Orb/Shuca Berry
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Meteor Mash
- Earthquake
- Explosion

Metagross provides Stealth Rock, a good Sylveon check and an Ice resist, what's really useful to this core since it lacks good answers to Sylveon and other Fairies. Earthquake deals with Poison-types and Explosion is a really cool option to worn down or even OHKO bulky Pokémon like Suicune and Swampert. Metagross' Dark and Ground weaknesses are easily covered by both Conkeldurr and Hydreigon.

Crobat @ Sky Plate
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 112 HP / 252 Atk / 144 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Brave Bird
- U-turn
- Taunt
- Roost

Crobat is an excellent partner for this core. First off, it patches up the weaknesses the two have spectacularly well, most notably the Fairy and Fighting weakness. It also provides a method of pivoting with U-turn and Taunt is great for keeping defensive backbones low. Overall it's a pretty darn good partner that brings a great amount of utility in 1 slot..

Nidoqueen @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 128 HP / 252 SpA / 128 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Stealth Rock
- Sludge Wave
- Earth Power
- Taunt

It's pretty obvious that the best partners for this core are Fairy resists, and Nidoqueen provides that while setting Stealth Rock, checking Fighting-types, providing an Electric immunity and being an especially good wallbreaker alongside Hydreigon and Conkeldurr. Almost everything on this set is standard; the EV spread outruns Modest Sylveon while hitting as hard as possible, Stealth Rock and dual STABs are staples on every offensive Nidoqueen. Taunt is a special tech for keeping Blissey and Cresselia from healing, which is appreciated by Hydreigon and Conkeldurr, respectively.

Sorry about taking a week off, but with SuMo coming up (and the overall lack of major activity) I feel this is winding down anyways. The winner of this week goes to Nidoqueen by LeoLancaster so congrats!

Next mon that is looking for a partner is...

Snorlax @ Choice Band
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Return
- Facade
- Earthquake
- Pursuit/Crunch/Fire Punch

Submissions end whenever I get one or feel like it :P Friday.

Celebi @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cute
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Giga Drain
- Psychic
- Dazzling Gleam / Shadow Ball
- Nasty Plot

Celebi is a rather swell partner for CB Snorlax for a variety of reasons. First off, it's typing allows it to check a slew of threats to Snorlax, most prominently, Fighting-types such as Mienshao and Conkeldurr. Secondly, Snorlax is a functional non-Superpower Hydreigon check due to its massive special bulk and Fire check towards Entei and Chandelure, the latter of which can be trapped with Pursuit. It's also worth mentioning that Shadow Ball Celebi variants are able to lure in Bronzong, a solid check to both of these Pokemon. Lastly, Snorlax is deceptively powerful and it softens up defensive teams to assist Celebi in breaking them down much more efficiently. So all in all, Celebi is a fantastic partner that really appreciates the support Snorlax offers.

Lucario @ Life Orb
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly / Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Close Combat
- Extreme Speed
- Bullet Punch

Some of Lucario's most common checks on offensive teams are Ghost-types and Cobalion. CB Snorlax can trap Chandelure with Pursuit and weaken Doublade, Cobalion, and Sableye with Earthquake, increasing the chances of a Lucario sweep vs offense. Lax also checks Nidoqueen (soft lucario check) and together the two give a nice offensively-inclined fallback vs Hydreigon. You'll still want something to break fat Psychic-types for Lucario, but otherwise the two make a nice offensive core.

Smogon's full of bullies.

Reuniclus @ Life Orb
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpA
Quiet Nature
- Trick Room
- Psyshock/Psychic
- Focus Blast
- Shadow Ball

Offensive trick room Reuniclus is a great partner for banded snorlax. Snorlax can take advantage of the trick room that Reuniclus sets to wallbreak easier, switch into stuff like most hydreigon sets, sylveon, chandelure and most spattkers that reuniclus has trouble with outside of trick room or even in trick room and can take care of these attackers with a strong stab. Reuniclus can take care of a lot of the steels that snorlax has trouble with as most don't have decent spdef and drop to focus blast or shadow ball in doublade's case. Reuniclus can switch into Fighting types ok but has to watch out for coverage. Between the two, they can break through a lot of the metagame and don't care about status between facade and magic guard. Sorry if this seems choppy I had to write it on mobile. Just wanted to get it in.

Infernape @ Life Orb
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Fire Blast
- Focus Blast
- Grass Knot / Vacuum Wave

NP Infernape is a great offensive partner to CB Lax because it can destroys basically any steel type that might check Snorlax and can use Grass Knot to weaken/kill some fat water types or Vacuum Wave to kill weakened faster mons that might revenge kill Ape like Mienshao. Snorlax can check Chandelure for Infernape and can Pursuit Trap pokemons like Cresselia for Infernape
