Sorry for the delay, had to deal with an exam and passed!

Just going to add my votes in to deal with tiebreakers:

Steel: Dilasc’s Ursaring
Steel/Rock: Origin0's Armaldo
Steel/Poison: Origin0's Garbordor

And now voting ends! Congrats to the winners- PrincessGardevoir 's Bronzong and Origin0 's Armaldo and Garbordor.

The next slate is:

Fairy, Fairy/Dragon and Fairy/Ground

Submissions end 6th of November

Pokemon: Sylveon
Type:

BST: 95/65/80/110/130/90 (BST: 570)
Abilities: Regenerator, Pixilate
New Moves: Earth Power, Boomburst, Recover
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification/Niche: Sylveon’s low physical bulk and speed and lack of coverage kept it from being very usable in OU, especially with high competition from other Fairy-types. It gains a boost to its Defense and Speed, allowing it to become a decently bulky attacker with a much better speed tier. As for its abilities, Pixilate is still a great offensive ability that allows it to spam the Pixilated Boombursts it always wanted to, and Regenerator makes it much harder to take out, being able to heal itself and its teammates together when used with Wish. Recover gives it more reliable recovery than Wish, and Earth Power allows it to hit Steel- and Fire- types that usually wall and beat it.
Sample movesets:
Pixilated-Specs-Boombursteon @ Choice Specs
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
IVs: 0 Atk
Timid / Modest Nature
- Boomburst
- Earth Power
- Hidden Power Fire
- Filler

Bulky Cleric Sylveon @ Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
IVs: 0 Atk
Bold Nature
- Moonblast
- Earth Power
- Recover / Wish
- Heal Bell

Pokemon: Musharna
Type:
/

BST: 116/55/100/140/130/29 (BST: 570)
Abilities: Magic Bounce, Magic Guard, Regenerator
New Moves: Draco Meteor, Moonblast, Earth Power
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification/Niche: Musharna‘s new Fairy/Dragon typing and enhanced Special Attack and bulk make it a force to be reckoned with. While Fairy/Dragon isn’t the best offensive typing due to the slight overlap in type effectiveness, it is a great defensive typing with plenty of resistances. Base 140 Special Attack allows STAB Draco Meteor and Moonblast to hit very hard, and its 116/100/130 bulk along with Magic Guard or Regenerator make it difficult to take down. Earth Power rounds out its coverage to allow it to hit Steel-types which resist its STAB combo. Overall, this ‘Mon is very potent on a Trick Room team, even having the ability to set Trick Room itself.
Sample movesets:
Offensive Trick Room Musharna @ Life Orb? not sure
Ability: Any of them probably
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
IVs: 0 Atk, 0 Spe
Quiet Nature
- Moonblast
- Earth Power
- Trick Room
- Moonlight

Pokemon: Slurpuff
Type:
/

BST: 100/90/100/85/95/100 (BST: 570)
Abilities: Pixilate, Guts, Sand Rush
New Moves: Flare Blitz, Fire Punch, Earthquake
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification/Niche: While its stat spread may seem unconvincing at first, this Slurpuff can potentially become a monster. Fairy/Ground typing is offensively very good but defensively mediocre, which screams for an offensive role rather than a defensive one. The boosted 100/100/95 bulk allows Slurpuff to set up a (Z-) Belly Drum to raise its otherwise average Attack stat to obscene levels in order to sweep or clean up. Its abilities all have their uses: Pixilate allows Slurpuff to use Return/Frustration as a stronger and more accurate Fairy STAB move than Play Rough, Guts prevents it from being weakened by status and especially Burns, but Sand Rush Slurpuff is the real monster here. It also gets Earthquake as its standard Ground-type STAB with Drain Punch or one of its new Fire-type STABs for coverage against ungrounded Steel- and Poison- types. Maximized Attack with doubled Speed under the sand and powerful STAB moves with good coverage options and decent bulk…this is sugary thing is scary. But that’s only if it can set up properly, and it is very vulnerable to priority attacks like Bullet Punch, Ice Shard, and Aqua Jet.
Sample movesets:
Sand-Belly Slurpuff @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Sand Rush
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant / Jolly Nature
- Belly Drum
- Play Rough
- Earthquake
- Fire Punch / Drain Punch

Pokemon: Donphan (and Phanpy*)
Type:

BST: 120/120/120/50/80/80 (BST 570)
Abilities: Sturdy / Dry Skin / Mold Breaker
New Moves: Belly Drum, Iron Head, Parting Shot
Removed Moves: none
Justification/Niche: Dunno, Donphan is the only Ground-type Pokemon learning Play Rough, so I thought this typing could be given to it, since Phanpy is pretty cute. Typing combo is amazing, Dry Skin gives it a new immunity and Speed stat was boosted to allow Scarf sets.
*Only typing changes for Phanpy
Sample moveset:
Donphan @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Mold Breaker/Dry Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Play Rough
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge/Head Smash/Ice Shard
- Parting Shot

Abilities:
Pixilate/Competitive/Sheer Force
New Moves: Moonblast, Slack Off, Nasty Plot.
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification/Niche: Yeah, i don't really want to give reasonings for the abilities or new moves or typing, i just want to make this mon at least decent. Well, lets see, I REALLY wanted to makes this guy ahard hitter due to its ridicoulously huge offensive movepool and every single one of its new abilities help it for that role: It can be a pixilate + hyper voice wallbreaker, punish defoggers and intimidate-ers with Competitive or (the best one) a Sheer Force boosted Moonblasts+almost every other coverage options.
Wigglytuff @ Life Orb

New Moves: Play Rough, Outrage, Heal Bell
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification/Niche: Well, it's a fairy because, uhh, it's... cute i...i guess, and dragon because uhh, dragon rush? NEVERMIND, this guy here is now a cool unaware tank that will make you think why the hell were you using unaware clefable all this time and if you should kill its creator.

Abilities:
Intimidate/Sand Rush/Tough Claws
New Moves: Earthquake, Swords Dance, Stealth Rock
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification/Niche: Ground because, uhh, sand rush, i guess, and fairy because play rough (i need to stop doing this shit)? Well, lets see, thanks to its new increibly good offensive typing now this guy doesn't have a large amount of checks and counters as before, and now it can perform more roles than an average Sand Rush (it can still do this even better) like, uhhh, a tough claws wallbreaker aaand... oh, that's all? Well, it can choose between a sd or cb set if it chooses Tough Claws, and thanks to its great 130 Attack, average 100 Speed and great 90/110 defenses (althought it has a horrible defensive typing), this thing will do lots of damge after dying.

Pokemon: Granbull
Type:

BST: 110/140/95/60/90/75 (BST: 570)
Abilities: Intimidate | Strong Jaws | Sheer Force
New Moves: Swords Dance, Poison Fangs, Slack Off
Justification/Niche: Gives focus to Granbull's raw power by ramping its Attack up to 140, give it a more valid bulk of 110 / 95 / 90 which can complement well with Intimidate, and Strong Jaws or Sheer Force to give an extra power for certain moves (Strong Jaws moreso for biting moves). It also needs Swords Dance to become an effective wallbreaker and Poison Fangs to deal with fellow Fairy-types, as well as Slack Off to heal off its damage. A set with Intimidate + Assault Vest is a good way to deal with threats of both worlds.

Pokemon: Drampa
Type:

BST: 108/60/100/150/111/41 (BST: 570)
Abilities: Berserk | No Guard | Filter
New Moves: Earth Power, Moonblast, Recover
Justification/Niche: Drampa is downright despite its unique Normal/Dragon typing. While scarifying its old type, the Optimized Drampa will have 150 Special Attack (before you ask, Rampardos have 165 Attack, which is still a lot), and better Abilities, better bulk and two coverage moves as well as Recover to permit its bulky sweeper or even a special wall to go. Berserk works a bit better thanks to being able to stack with Calm Mind and Drampa's better bulk and capable to recover HP.

Pokemon: Wigglytuff
Type:

BST: 140/30/80/130/80/100 (BST: 570)
Abilities: Technician | Competitive | Mold Breaker
New Moves: Earth Power, Draining Kiss, Nasty Plot
Justification/Niche: As much as I love Wigglytuff as a Pokémon, in-game it is really pa-the-tic! So to fit it more into its rabbit-like appearance, I give it Ground-type and Earth Power, and to make it quite a lightning bruiser inspired from the Guildmaster Wigglytuff from the Mystery Dungeon series (although more oriented into Special Attack). Technician to give Draining Kiss and Charge Beam extra power, Competitive is kept to punish Intimidate or Sticky Web (or accidental stat decrements from the opponent's part), or Mold Breaker to deal with threats relying on their defensive Abilities and Optimized Hariyama (cause you know why at that point).

Pokemon: Aromatisse
Type: Fairy
Old Stats: 101 / 72 / 72 / 99 / 89 / 29 (462 BST)
New Stats: 200 (+99) / 50 (-22) / 70 (-2) / 85 (-14) / 115 (+26) / 30 (+1) (550 BST)
Abilities: Natural Cure / Flare Boost / Regenerator (HA)
New Moves: Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Will-O-Wisp
Justification:

This Aromatisse fills a niche usually reserved for the two other pink blobs, Chansey and Blissey: Fat glue that has the ability to patch up an entire team's HP with a single Wishpass. With a whopping 604 HP and the ability to nearly fully heal uninvested base 85 HP Pokemon, Aromatisse comes with the bonuses of a stronger Special Attack, no reliance on Eviolite to boost defenses, and a typing that allows it to function as a tank with proper resistances.. Natural Cure gives Aromatisse the ability to shrug off Sleep and Toxic, while Regenerator gives direct HP buffs when it wishpasses and Flare Boost helps offensive sets. BoltBeam adds to Aromatisse's currently shallow as hell offensive movepool, while Will-o-Wisp allows her to check physical attackers on switchin.

It's stats have also suffered probably the biggest Rework I've done to is point for a Pokemon, to give it a niche. It's HP is now gigantic, alongside its Special Defense, rivaling Chansey in contention for dedicated Special wall. All of its other stats have become worse, physically due to a lack of offense needed and a desire to not make Aromatisse unkillable and Specially offensively in order to keep Aromatisse towards its walling abilities, rather than running too offensive sets on a such a hard to kill mon.

However, even past this, Aromatisse suffers from the downfalls of the Fairy typing, notably weaknesses to Excadrill, Greninja's Gunk Shot, and a not overly scary STAB option. With a surprising lack of Special Attack Uninvested, and no access to Seismic Toss, it can struggle to perform offensively compared to things like Calm Mind Clefable and my reworked Drampa, or even do reasonable damage whatsoever. It also has a much smaller supporting movepool, mostly just consisting of Toxic, Wish, Aromatherapy, and Will-o-Wisp. However, it's unique set of tools allow it to function as an alternative on Stall teams to the ever-popular Chansey, as well as give it a slot on balance teams for a tank.

Pokemon: Drampa
Type: Fairy/Dragon
Old Stats: 78 / 60 / 85 / 135 / 91 / 36 (485 BST)
New Stats: 95 (+17) / 40 (-20) / 115 (+30) / 165 (+30) / 115 (+24) / 35 (-1) (565 BST)
Abilities: Berserk / Fluffy / Prankster (HA)
New Moves: Trick Room, Dazzling Gleam, Taunt
Justification:

Gimmick central is what surrounds Drampa here. Fairy/Dragon gives him far more utility than the awkward Normal/Dragon, and gives him several more resistances to set up with. Berserk remains here, as it is Drampa's 'signature' and provides him with just that little dose of extra power. Fluffy gives Drampa incredible physical survivability, but turns his resistance from Fire into neutral damage, removing a good switchin. Dazzling Gleam also enters the spotlight, alongside Taunt to shut down those who would dare set up alongside the God himself.

A moment, though, to speak on these stats, like Aromatisse. He's been given a sizable rework (less than her), with buffs to just about everything. A lack of use in that Attack has resulted in it being dropped, as he has even less of a need for it, in addition to his Speed being returned to a number that people might understand. His bulk is by far much better, although just around that of Altaria-Mega. His Special Attack now hits one of the highest in the entire series, with only specific Pokemon like Deoxys-Attack, Alakazam-Mega, and Xurkitree hitting harder.

These stats all compound down and magnify the effects of three additions: Trick Room, Prankster, and it's Fairy typing. Trick Room allows Drampa to click Calm Mind once and become a terrifying cleaner, forcing teams to rely on Bullet Punch, Extreme Speed, or other options for a last resort against him. But, should a team have these options, Drampa had one final trick up his sleeve: Prankster Nature Power. Under a Terrain such as Misty Terrain or Electric Terrain, Nature Power turns from a modest Tri Attack to the best STAB option he has, Moonblast, or into a free coverage option in Thunderbolt, with priority. This allows Drampa to clean house or even revenge kill opponents under Terrains not named Psychic, giving him a fun, yet usable, gimmick.

Pokemon:
Nidoqueen
Type: Fairy/Ground
Old Stats: 90 / 92 / 87 / 75 / 85 / 76 (505 BST)
New Stats: 110 (+20) / 65 (-27) / 115 (+28) / 95 (+20) / 105 (+20) / 75 (-1) (565 BST)
Abilities: Mold Breaker / Multiscale / Sheer Force (HA)
New Moves: Moonblast, Spikes, Moonlight
Justification:

Nidoqueen isn't the Pokemon anyone else's rework before I'd get home from school, so why not rework it? Buffs to every stat besides the never used Attack mean Nidoqueen can perform its roles better than before, becoming a stronger offensive threat and a better defensive one as well. Access to Spikes and Moonlight allow it to consistently set up any hazard bar Sticky Web you could want, and Moonlight also helps the offensive set's longevity. Moonblast also is nice for a Fairy STAB, a type it can use well.

Since its stats aren't too much unfamiliar, instead the main point is it's abilities. Nidoqueen gets three fantastic abilities to abuse, including one old one familiar to anyone who's used the Nido lines before. Sheer Force boosts every coverage option and both STABs to absurd levels, in addition to removing Life Orb recoil. This allows Nidoqueen to utilize its role of a tank to the best, and providing offensive pressure if you decide to run Rocks or just giving you the ability to go fully offensive with Moonblast, Earth Power, and dual coverage moves. Multiscale nearly gaurentees it'll setup without dying, even without too many weaknesses to common offensive types, and lets you just recover HP and tank much longer than the Sheer Force set can. Mold Breaker's even nicer for setting up against Magic Bounce, ignoring Sturdy and Disguise, as well as ignoring Thick Fat and Filter. Nidoqueen's the allrounder of this bunch; you can set up hazards, tank hits until it dies, and be offensive if you feel the need to. Just don't expect Nidoqueen to do anything too special in one specific area that anything else can't do specifically better.

edit: thanks to everyone who let my Bronzong win!

Goodra

Stats: 76 / 38 / 114 / 133 / 152 / 57 (570 BST)
Abilities: Gooey, Tangling Hair, Thick Fat
New Moves: Moonblast, Recover, Healing Wish
Justification/Niche: With a great defensive typing, reliable recovery, and outstanding bulk, Goodra turns into a premier Special Wall. With outstanding coverage and great SpA, Goodra is also nowhere near passive. However, it still can't properly adress set up sweepers and can end up being a momentum drain in some scenarios.

Diggersby

Stats: 51 / 68 / 119 / 102 / 136 / 34 (510 BST)
Abilities: Guts, Magic Guard, Huge Power
New Moves: Play Rough, Belly Drum, Fake Out
Justification/Niche: Diggersby is now a phenomenal Wallbreaker thanks to Huge Power, Belly Drum, great bulk and outstanding typing. Belly Drum makes it virtually impossible to switch into as even resists such as Skarmory are 2HKO'd by Play Rough: +6 252+ Atk Huge Power Diggersby Play Rough vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Skarmory: 240-282 (72 - 84.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO. Additionally its amazing coverage and offensive typing allow it to pretty much hit anthing it wants. Swords Dance is also a mre reliable option that doesn't reduce Diggersby's HP, while an All Out Attacker set can be used with Fake Out for priority. However, speaking of priority, Fake Out, its only priority move isnt compatible with Belly Drum sets as it can't clean up due to Fake Out's properties, additionally, its low Speed means pretty much any Pokémon can outspeed it and take it down. However, it still has an amazing stall matchup being able to destroy teams on its own (except for Quagsire who has a big chance of beating it 1v1).

Justification/Niche: With a great defensive typing, reliable recovery, and outstanding bulk, Goodra turns into a premier Special Wall. Might do the others later.
You know, I was going to do the same thing with Goodra, but I found it difficult to make it reasonably better without scarifying its high Special Defense... until I realize that dumping one stat as almost as low as permitted can be allowed, and I remembered that I did the same thing with Hariyama by dumping out its already useless Special Attack.

Old Stats: 101
New Stats: 200 (+69)

Pokemon: Zangoose
Type: Fairy
BST: 100/135/80/50/80/120 (BST: 570)
Abilities: Toxic Boost/Immunity Tough Claws
New Moves: Play Rough
Justification/Niche: Lithe and vicious, Zangoose is now dangerous, incredibly so. As a fast physical attacker who lacks Ground and psychic moves to really dent Ground and poison types.

Pokemon: Druddigon
Type: Dragon/Fairy
BST: 107/125/100/70/100/68 (BST: 570)
Abilities: Rough Skin/Sheer Force Intimidate
New Moves: Play Rough, Coil, Dragon Rush
Justification/Niche: Slow yet decently sturdy, Drudd dude coils up to hit hard with some combination of Dragon Rush, Play Rough, Iron Tail, Gunk Blast and maybe even Fire or Thunder Punch, this Life Orbed Behemoth hits hard and never misses! Shame about the speed.

Pokemon: Wigglytuff
Type: Fairy/Ground
BST: 160/70/80/100/80/80 (BST: 570)
Abilities: Thick Fat/Fluffy Competitive
New Moves: Earth Power, Nasty Plot, Vacuum Wave
Justification/Niche: Wigglytuff has a few niches, either being fat, or fluffy or competitive. With Thick Fat, the Ice neutrality is fantastic with access to fire/dragon resistance as well as Thunder immunity. Fluffy goes the other direction to nix your fire damage taking to resist contact moves, and Competitive makes any Intimidators stay far, far away! A versatile pink puff indeed!

Abilities: Sturdy / Dry Skin / Mold Breaker
New Moves: Belly Drum, Iron Head, Parting Shot
Removed Moves: none
Justification/Niche: WIP
Sample moveset:

Donphan @ Sitrus Berry

EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Play Rough

- Stone Edge/Head Smash/Ice Shard
- Belly Drum
While both sets are good, I could recommend Mold Breaker for the Belly Drum set as Unaware users such as Quagsire and Optimized Hariyama, as well as Wood Hammer non-Busted Mimikyu, would potentially give it troubles.

Pokemon: Cresselia
Type:

BST: 120 / 50 / 140 / 95 / 105 / 60 (BST: 570)
Abilities: Serene Grace
New Moves: Roost, Refresh, Lava Plume
Justification: This graceful lunar Pokemon finally gets the typing that, y'know, the lunar moves get. Mono-Fairy is fantastic defensively but can need a push to maximize its offensive potential, which CM and a host of Serene-Grace boosted moves ensure. That fantastic bulk, an excellent bevy of supporting moves, and a lack of complete passivity make this new Cresselia extremely versatile in its contributions.
Sample Sets:
Cresselia @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Bold Nature
- Calm Mind
- Moonblast
- Refresh / Lava Plume / Shadow Ball
- Moonlight

Florges on steroids, basically. 120/140 invested Defense with 60% chance to lower Attack STAB is insane, especially as you're boosting up your Special Defense to Calm Mind sweep. All you really need is Moonblast, since if you're +6 you pretty much win anyway, and Refresh will keep Toxic from cutting your sweep short. Coverage to nail Steels with 60% burn rate is absurd too, though, and Shadow Ball's neutral coverage + 40% chance to lower SpD is tempting for breaking power against whatever can handle a +6 Moonblast (Unaware Clefable? Toxapex?).

Cresselia @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Quiet Nature
- Trick Room
- Moonblast
- Lava Plume / Ice Beam / Thunderbolt
- Moonlight / Lunar Dance

#FreeTrickRoomViability. Not only is this setter extremely bulky and able to recover, but it also packs a decent punch off of invested 95 special attack and can cripple with Lava Plume Burns (or use another desired coverage option). Lunar Dance is not to be dismissed if you really want to ensure a TR sweep. A bulkier spread can work too but you somewhat risk the kinds of passivity issues that plague real Cresselia and others.

You can also try status platform and more standard offensive sets if you want.

Pokemon: Slaking
Type:
/

BST: 115 / 125 / 90 / 80 / 60 / 105 (BST: 570)
Abilities: Anger Point / Stakeout
New Moves: U-Turn
Justification: The massive potential of Slaking's movepool is finally unlocked without changing its ability from Truant to Huge Power. Its stats of course needing nerfing, but don't get cocky by any means. The freedom and power granted by its actually valid abilities make this crazy ape terrifying to stop.
Sample Sets:
Slaking @ Life Orb
Ability: Stakeout
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Taunt
- Play Rough
- Earthquake
- Fire Punch / Slack Off

Hate Stall? Cripple a staller with Taunt, and either pound on them while they can't recover or crush whatever is sent to relieve them. Fire Punch gives Celesteela and friends a bad time indeed.

Slaking @ Choice Band
Ability: Stakeout
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Play Rough
- Earthquake
- Fire Punch / Sucker Punch
- U-Turn

The classic Choice set, but you don't even need to switch out after the first move! Your STABs are also much improved. Stakeout U-Turn is quite the switchin-punisher that still keeps momentum so well.

Slaking @ Normalium Z
Ability: Stakeout
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Yawn
- Play Rough
- Hone Claws / Earthquake
- Slack Off / Earthquake

Z-Yawn forces a checkmate onto your opponent. If they switch, they open themselves to a Stakeout-boosted STAB from a Slaking that has the boosted Speed to hit them again. If they don't, they become sleeping setup fodder. Decisions, decisions...

General Calcs:
+2 252 Atk Slaking Fire Punch vs. 252 HP / 132+ Def Celesteela: 248-294 (62.3 - 73.8%)
+2 252 Atk Slaking Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Clefable: 279-328 (70.8 - 83.2%)
+1 252 Atk Slaking Play Rough vs. 252 HP / 216+ Def Landorus-Therian: 171-202 (44.7 - 52.8%)

Pokemon: Dedenne
Type:
/

BST: 65 / 60 / 75 / 71 / 77 / 108 (BST: 456)
Abilities: Cheek Pouch / Pickup / Huge Power
New Moves: Earthquake, Fire Fang, Fake Out
Justification: Useless Pikachu clone? Anything but. This rodent returns to its burrows to deliver freakishly strong blows off an excellent Speed stat and a rather workable physical movepool for an originally special Fairy-type.
Sample Sets:
Dedenne @ Choice Band
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Play Rough
- Earthquake
- Wild Charge / Fire Fang
- U-Turn

Not a whole lot to say. Kill things with your STABs and coverage. Wild Charge doesn't miss and hits Celesteela/Skarm/Suicune hard, while Fire Fang keeps Super-Effective coverage on the first two while crushing Ferrothorn and Scizor. U-Turn on a Banded bruiser like this is awesome for keeping momentum.

Dedenne @ Life Orb
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly/Adamant Nature
- Fake Out / Nuzzle
- Play Rough
- Earthquake
- U-Turn / Substitute

This amount of power behind Fake Outs and U-Turns is infuriating, and the freedom to switch moves is deadly against those attempting to predict a Band set's move. Nuzzle + Substitute is a dastardly combination to cripple or eliminate switchins. Not hitting Celesteela well sucks but two Adamant Play Roughs can still chip off 25%+ each.
I think dedenne was already done at another slate :/

Winners list updated now, thanks

Pokemon: Ursaring
Type: Fairy/Ground
BST: 100/135/90/50/85/110
Abilities: Guts, Thick Fat, Water Absorb
New Moves: Icicle Crash, Slack Off, Wood Hammer
Justification/Niche: Strong, physical attacker with great coverage. Guts punishes those who wants to burn Ursaring. Thick Fat removes the Ice weakness and weakens Fire attacks. Water Absorb if you want to absorb incoming Scalds. Slack Off to heal off burn damage. Faster speed fixes up one of Ursaring's main drawbacks. It already has Play Rough and Earthquake so STABs are no problem. Other tools like Swords Dance and Bulk Up are helpful, and is only weak to priority.

Pokemon: Komala
Type: Fairy

Abilities: Comatose, Unaware, Regenerator
New Moves: Slack Off, Drain Punch, Parting Shot
Justification/Niche: Decently fast physical attacker. It can already learn Play Rough, Earthquake and Rock Slide so it has good coverage already, so I gave it some support options. Regenerator is useful if you want to make it a pivot, with Parting Shot and U-Turn as options. Unaware with those defensive stats makes it a solid check to boosting opponents.

Pokemon: Dragonite
Type: Fairy/Dragon
BST: 91/134/95/70/100/80
Abilities: Multiscale, Thick Fat, Levitate
New Moves: Play Rough, Fire Lash, Drain Punch
Justification/Niche: Mostly just changing the type to fit his Barney-esque design! Levitate if you really want grounded hazards immunity and hey, it's not as weak to Rocks anymore! Thick Fat for design and also to remove Ice weakness. Fire Lash for a slightly more powerful Fire attack compared to Fire Punch. Fairy needs more physical sweepers anyway. Since its stats are normally 700, I just deducted stats from its unused Special Attack, so the main stats are mostly the same.
