Tier Shift Conquest!
The Rules:
To start each round, each participant will be randomly assigned four fully evolved pokemon. This process will be 100% random out of the pool of 418 fully evolved Pokemon, due to the underdeveloped nature of the Tier Shift metagame and therein, the unreliability of the viability rankings. Some Pokemon may be selected more than once per round (as in; Myself and The Immortal may both get Hippowdon, it's all luck).
For the last two slots: you must use untiered NFEs (this specifically secludes: Chansey, Gligar, Doublade, Porygon2, Fletchinder, Gurdurr, Sneasel, Ferroseed, Rhydon, Vigoroth, Scyther, Togetic, Monferno, Tangela, Golbat, Piloswine, Haunter, Combusken, Vigoroth, Pikachu, Misdreavus, Clefairy, Gabite, Kadabra, Machoke, Metang, Pawniard, Prinplup, Vullaby, which will be available for random generation). This allows two things: even more room for discovery, and your input on patching team holes!
All standard Smogon Tour rules still apply as well.
Please present all replays! This tour will be both for fun and research. We could very well discover the next big TS mon here, so we need to see the battles!
