Lumiose City Flower Park
Within the dense city jungle of Lumiose City, with its dizzying, dazzling, bustling urban life, lies an area of quiet and nature very few know about. This small park, as verdant and fresh as if it had been plucked straight from a forest, harbors a lot of odorant flowers and attracts many bugs and other Pokémon looking for a lush respite in the shade. Rumor has it an especially beautiful flower hides within, but so far it's been very elusive...

Easy step summary
1. Smokescreen gets Magic Coated (10 EN), -2 Acc now lol

I can't catch this any more, I'd have to go back to clefairy to set a screen but you can order calm mind every step and I have no counterplay to keep your stats negative, -2 stat moves are lv2.
(I might try to KO with sableye in the actual facility and keep going, but honestly can't be bothered for a test. Moon Ball as only 8 option is pretty frustrating I'm afraid.)
 
...Soundly defeated with no way to catch this, you resign from catching this hypno, as it looks at you walking off. Trudging through the fields of flowers, you swear you saw one moving around... But in such sorrow, you ignore it and head on back to the Pokemon Center.
