Gliscor is an effective user of Stealth Rock, being able to set it up against slower Pokemon such as Chansey, Clefable, and Toxapex due to its natural bulk and pseudo-immunity to status. Earthquake provides Gliscor with a reliable STAB move that allows it to avoid remaining passive, threatening prominent offensive Pokemon such as Heatran and Tapu Koko. U-turn allows Gliscor to pivot out to wallbreaking teammates such as Kyurem-B and Tapu Lele as bulkier Pokemon switch into Gliscor, and it allows Gliscor to pivot out of Ground-immune Defog users such as Tornadus-T and Landorus-T. Roost lets Gliscor stay healthy throughout the match, letting it switch into threatening Pokemon reliably, namely Heatran, as well as allowing Gliscor to set up Stealth Rock multiple times throughout the game.

Set Details
========

112 Speed EVs with a Jolly nature allow Gliscor to outspeed Heatran and effectively check it. 244 HP EVs allow Gliscor to hit a HP number divisible by 8, maximizing the amount of HP it regains every turn. 44 Defense EVs allow Gliscor to survive Play Rough into Sucker Punch from Mega Mawile if Toxic Orb has been activated, and the remaining EVs are placed into Special Defense to allow Gliscor to tank special attacks such as Heatran's Magma Storm and Tapu Koko's unboosted Hidden Power Ice. Toxic Orb in conjunction with Poison Heal allows Gliscor to heal 12.5% of its HP every turn, giving it access to very strong passive recovery as well as a pseudo-immunity to status.

Usage Tips
========

Set up Stealth Rock early in games against Pokemon that don't threaten Gliscor or are forced out, such as Clefable without Calm Mind and Heatran, so that the opponent's Pokemon are worn down quicker; however, be wary of Ice Beam and Inferno Overdrive from each of these Pokemon, respectively. Use U-turn liberally so that Gliscor can pivot into wallbreakers often and they can decimate the opposing team. Use Roost after switching into Pokemon like Heatran so that Gliscor can check them later on in the match. Avoid staying in and using Earthquake too much with Gliscor, as it gives free momentum to Pokemon such as Choice Scarf Landorus-T and Mega Latios, but use it if need be. Most of the time, you should use U-turn when you believe a Ground-immune Pokemon such as Landorus or Mega Latios is coming in to maintain offensive pressure.

Team Options
========

Gliscor is usually used on offensive teams that want a Stealth Rock user that switches into Heatran and can act as a status absorber that doesn't lose momentum. Wallbreakers such as Kyurem-B and Ash-Greninja appreciate Gliscor's ability to slowly pivot into them without needing them to take damage as they switch in. Late-game cleaners such as Mega Lopunny and Swords Dance Mega Pinsir appreciate Gliscor's ability to wear down the opposing team with both Stealth Rock and repeated U-turns into wallbreakers. Additionally, other users of U-turn and Volt Switch, such as Tapu Koko and Mega Scizor, can form a VoltTurn core with Gliscor and maintain offensive pressure throughout the game.

Gliscor is an effective user of Stealth Rock, being able to set it up against a myriad of slower opponents.
this feels very vague and doesnt provide any info to the reader really, id try to explain why its such an effective rocker (ability, recovery, etc) and give some examples of stuff it sets u
access to very strong passive recovery.
add immunity to status

this looks pretty good content-wise but some statements feel kinda vague so try adding examples when needed, just reread your bullets and you’ll get an idea, other than that good job 1/3

  • Roost lets Gliscor stay healthy throughout the match, letting it switch into threatening Pokemon, namely Heatran, throughout the match.
Mention that Roost also lets it set rocks very consistently.

  • 44 Defense EVs allow Gliscor to survive Play Rough into Sucker Punch from Mega Mawile and the remaining EVs are placed into Special Defense to allow Gliscor to tank special attacks such as Heatran's Magma Storm and Tapu Koko's unboosted HP Ice.
If Toxic Orb has been activated already.

such as Clefable without Calm Mind
Some Clefable have also opted to run Ice Beam recently so I feel that's worth a mention.

QC 2/3, very nicely done.

U-turn allows Gliscor to pivot out to wallbreaking teammates such as Kyurem-B and Tapu Lele as bulkier Pokemon switch into Gliscor.
Mention that it lets it pivot out against Ground-immune defoggers, most notably Tornadus-T and Scarf Landorus-T.

[Usage Tips]
Avoid staying in and using Earthquake too much with Gliscor, as it gives free momentum to Pokemon such as Choice Scarf Landorus-T and Mega Latios, but use it if need be.
Make sure to talk a bit about using U-turn against Ground immunities so they don’t just come in for free.

Nice job bro :)

112 Speed EVs with a Jolly nature allow Gliscor to outspeed Heatran and effectively check it. 244 HP EVs allow Gliscor to hit a HPoison Heal number divisible by 8 (more clear), maximizing the amount of HP it regains every turn. 44 Defense EVs allow Gliscor to survive Play Rough into Sucker Punch from Mega Mawile if Toxic Orb has been activated, (AC) and the remaining EVs are placed into Special Defense to allow Gliscor to tank special attacks such as Heatran's Magma Storm and Tapu Koko's unboosted Hidden Power Ice. (how does koko boost its hp ice? Might just be me but i cant think of a way koko boosts it) Toxic Orb in conjunction with Poison Heal allows Gliscor to heal 12.5% of its HP every turn, giving it access to very strong passive recovery as well as a psueudo-immunity to status.
