[OVERVIEW]
Wigglytuff's poor bulk for a defensive Pokemon means it is completely unviable within SS ZU. Wigglytuff is ultimately outclassed as a defensive Fairy-type by Alcremie, outclassed as a defensive Normal-type by Miltank, and outclassed both as a special wall and as a Wish pass user by Clefairy.

[SET]
name: WishPort
move 1: Wish
move 2: Teleport
move 3: Knock Off
move 4: Protect
item: Leftovers
ability: Frisk
nature: Careful
evs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD

[SET COMMENTS]

Wigglytuff aims to wall special attackers and pass Wish through Wish + Teleport while dissuading switch-ins with Knock Off. However, despite its access to Knock Off, its lack of meaningful bulk means it isn't worth using in this role, as more often than not Wigglytuff needs to use Wish for itself; use Clefairy if you want a Wish pass user or special wall - otherwise use Alcremie or Miltank.

Wigglytuff's poor bulk for a defensive Pokemon and lack of meaningful resistances means (dark and ghost are two insane resists to have in zu) it is completely unviable within SS ZU. Wigglytuff is ultimately outclassed as a defensive Fairy-type by Alcremie, outclassed as a defensive Normal-type by Miltank, and outclassed both as a special wall and as a Wishpasser by Clefairy.

Wigglytuff aims to wall special attackers and pass massive wishes through WishPort while dissuading switch-ins with Knock Off. However, despite its access to Knock Off, its lack of meaningful bulk means it isn't worth using in this role, as most often than not Wigglytuff needs these Wish for itself; use Clefairy if you want a Wishpasser or special wall - otherwise use Alcremie or Miltank.
