Moves: Lava Plume / Rapid Spin / Stealth Rock / Rest

after Torkoal comes the team's Deffoger e Specially Defensive...

Landorus Therian -

Item: Leftovers

Nature: Careful

Moves: Earthquake / U-turn / Toxic / Defog

soon after comes the team's Physically Defensive...

after that come the Sun Abusers...
