[OVERVIEW]
Despite access to Z-Forest's Curse, Phantump fails to stand out from the much better Pumpkaboo-XL and Pumpkaboo-S. Phantump has a worse stat distribution than the aforementioned Pumpkaboo sizes and a worse movepool, which prevents it from capably sweeping.

[SET]
name: Z-Forest's Curse
move 1: Forest's Curse
move 2: Shadow Claw
move 3: Horn Leech
move 4: Rock Slide / Poison Jab
item: Grassium Z
ability: Frisk
nature: Jolly
evs: 12 HP / 196 Atk / 52 Def / 36 SpD / 212 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
Phantump should try to find an opportune time to set up with Z-Forest's Curse late-game. From there, Phantump should use its coverage moves in an attempt to sweep and Horn Leech to restore its health. However, Pumpkaboo-XL and Pumpkaboo-S are more optimal setup sweepers due to their better stat distribution, better boosting Z-Move, and Fire Blast being a better coverage option.

Wasn't really sure about this set, but it ought to be the way forward. I'm assuming omni boost is GP approved, otherwise no comments.

[OVERVIEW]
The first sentence doesn't make sense because the two ideas (omniboosting z moves are limited is presented as a plus side inherently then pump being better is represented as the thing that contradicts this) are barely connected. Replace the bit about limited distribution and just say something along the lines of "Despite Z-Forest's Curse, Phantump [...]" Honestly, the second downside you listed is so incredibly minor that I don't think it's really necessary here, you really can just leave it as Phantump being outclassed by Pumpkaboo.

good

Same as in Overview, I don't think the fact that ZToT is slightly better than ZFC is relevant enough to mention.

However, using Pumpkaboo-XL or and Pumpkaboo-S is a are more optimal omni-booster setup sweepers due to its their better stat distribution, having a better omni-boosting Z move boosting Z-Move, and Fire Blast being a better coverage option.
