Takes relatively little from either of them and threatens them both with brutally powerful attacks. Simple shot.

Vaporeon @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Wish
- Protect
- Toxic

Silvally-Steel @ Steel Memory
Ability: RKS System
EVs: 232 HP / 216 SpD / 60 Spe
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Defog
- Flamethrower
- Toxic
- Parting Shot

common and good core, post stuff that beats it

Magmortar @ Electrium Z
Ability: Vital Spirit
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Fire Blast
- Thunderbolt
- Focus Blast
- Taunt

Magmortar naturally forces out Silvally-Steel with its typing, and Thunderbolt/Gigavolt Havoc hits Vaporeon for a lot of damage. Taunt also stops WishTect, Toxic, and Parting Shot from both of these Pokemon.

Decidueye @ Fightinium Z
Ability: Overgrow
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Spirit Shackle
- Leaf Blade
- Low Sweep

Decidueye is a p decent corebreaker, u force out vapo and kill steelvally with Z-Fight. u don't force out either unboosted however, and prolly have to tolerate toxic from vapo.

Gallade (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Steadfast
EVs: 240 HP / 76 SpD / 192 Spe
Careful Nature
- Substitute
- Drain Punch
- Psycho Cut
- Bulk Up

0 SpA Vaporeon Scald vs. 240 HP / 76+ SpD Gallade: 70-84 (20.7 - 24.9%) -- guaranteed 5HKO

Scald doesn't break sub, Sub/Bulk Up with Drain Punch eventually sets up on, and beats both members of the core. Basically Sub / Bulk Up Twice, then alternate Sub / Drain Punch, as at +2 your drain punch recovers more HP than Sub loses. Vs Vally you just win. EV spread is weird, but its basically the lowest number of evs you need to take a Scald, while maximizing speed creep, as 240+ creep is some whack stuff.

Heliolisk @ Choice Specs
Ability: Dry Skin
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hyper Voice
- Volt Switch
- Focus Blast
- Thunderbolt

Do I really have to add anything? This broken lizard (ban it pls) just obliterates both of them by clicking its electric type moves and, eventually, click the blast on steelvally if you don't need momentum and you just want to kill it as soon as possible. Dry Skin allows him not to die from water-type attacks and miracolously even steelvally can't 3hko it. The only problem is ofc toxic, but lizards aren't made for long-term sweeps and are just some kill and run shit, so it won't be a huge problem.

Banned deucer.
Medicham @ Life Orb
Ability: Pure Power
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Thunder Punch
- High Jump Kick
- Rest
- Sleep talk

Medicham requires silvally a switch and does not really switch in (does not count slowbro because it's broken), this set has for single purpose to destroy this core. Thunder punch to hit vaporeon and rest / talk to beat vaporeon and especially prevent the rest / We can put recover on rest and zen headbutt on stalk to have a bigger coverage

Comes in on Sigil if you can predict Air Slash (this is easy if you have a friendly mon that Sigil needs Air Slash to dent, ex. Pivot Incin), and easily OHKOs Sigil, while dealing 86% min to Incin with Surf, and 64% Min to Incin with Hyper Voice, both easily KOing it with after Stealth Rock, and Minimal Chip respectively.
