Shiftry has a really good matchup versus this team, the only two real stops to it are mesp and chan both of which can be dealt with by rotom who burns chan and easily dispatches of mesp with a couple of hexes. chan's ice punch is a bit problematic for rotom but if you play it right you shouldn't have too much of an issue.

Shiftry @ Life Orb
Ability: Early Bird
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Knock Off
- Sucker Punch
- Leaf Storm
- Explosion

Rotom @ Colbur Berry / Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Pain Split
- Will-O-Wisp
- Hex
- Volt Switch

Shiftry @ Life Orb
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance

Mesprit @ Choice Specs
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk

- Ice Beam
- Signal Beam
- Healing Wish

Shiftry pretty much takes care of the whole team but is still stopped by Hitmonchan that Mesprit handles very well. They both offensively pressure the team a lot.

Basically, the idea behind the core is that Mega-Audino lures in, and KOs rhydon with a surf, while mesprit pretty much sets up half the team, and once set up, plows through it. Pokemon it can set up on for very low risk include Mesprit, Hitmonchan, and Lanturn, as it takes low damage from all 3 of them, and either threatens out, or just easily gets a safe sub up vs them, and proceeds to have a good chance to beat the rest of the team, being able to outplay xatu's sucker with sub.

Simisage is sick and when supported by some good old volturn it has the potential to really give this squad some trouble. Nothing really wants to switch into stab leaf storm and the team is pretty grass weak in general which is something people have already picked up on. Lanturn and Xatu help to combat the teams main ways to revenge simisage in Aurorus and Hitmonchan, they also make good partners for Simisage in general. Without aggressive plays with aurorus the team would fold pretty easily to this core.

While this core doesnt actually break the team, the team cant actually break this core since bronzor walls 4/6 of the team and and the other 2 are walled by sliggoo and since the team doesnt have any knock off users these 2 have nothing to worry about. They can just whittle down the team and just be anoying in general.

Haven't made a post in 6 months but here goes! Cool dual grass core that really dumpsters this team. Essentially Mixed Shiftry near ohko's every member of the team outside of Vileplume, which drops to Knock + Extrasensory after SR. In a similar vein, once Ludicolo gets a Rain Dance up (which it does pretty freely against half the team) it out-speeds and runs right through the team. Although this core might not be quite as potent against other squads, it definitely has fun with this team.

This team gets absolutely demolished by Archeops. 5/6 mons get OHKOd by it and Rhydon is easily worn down or taken advantage of. I couldve put Archeops alone in here since it handles with the entire team pretty much, but Rhydon can take 2 EQs and kill it back so I decided to add another sick mon. Shiftry can pretty much also OHKO any mon on this team apart from Vileplume, which is earth's main switchin to Shiftry and gets 2HKOd by Knock Off + Hurricane. The core speaks for itself pretty much. If you mispredict and Rhydon stays in on Shiftry as it goes for Knock Off, not much harm done since it'll now be 2HKOd by Earthquake from Archeops.
