( This is my first time.May I know what is the set QC agreed on for mudkip?)

Overview
#####
+Water typing leaves it with only two weaknesses
+Attack stat is good
+Defenses are decent
- Very slow
- Faces stiff competition from other physical waters like Carvanha which has access to Speed Boost and is faster.

Bulky Eviolite(Suggested by The Avalanches)
#######
Name:Mini Swampert
Move 1: Waterfall
Move 2: Avalanche
Move 3: Rock Slide
Move 4: Yawn/Superpower
Ability: Torrent
Item: Eviolite
EVs: 196 HP / 196 Atk / 36 Def / 36 SDef / 36 Spe
Nature: Adamant

Moves
========

• Waterfall is Mudkip's most powerful physical STAB
• Avalanche is a reliable move that nails Grass, Flying and Dragon types which give Mudkip's Waterfall trouble super effectively
• Rock Slide hits Ice types and Bug types that the above does not hit super effectively
• Yawn is good for putting things to sleep or forcing switches
• Superpower forces you to switch out, but is a clean OHKO on Pawniard

Set Details
========

• 196 Attack with a Adamant gives Mudkip impressive power
• The 36 Def and SDef gives Mudkip slightly more bulk
• 196 HP helps the defenses
• Eviolite gives Mudkip a boost to its decent defenses

Usage Tips
========
Teams that need a check to some prominent attacks can turn to Mudkip. Its not a bad opinion to consider. It checks things like Choice Scarf Bunnelby, Fletchling and Pawniard but will be heavily damaged in the process.

Team Options
========
Things that can take grass and electric type moves will be appreciated.

Choice Scarf
########
Name: I hertz you liek me (Sorry for the bad forced meme)
Move 1: Waterfall
Move 2: Double Edge
Move 3: Rock Slide / Return
Move 4: Superpower / Ice Beam
Ability: Torrent
Item: Choice Scarf
EVs: 116 HP / 196 Atk / 196 Spe
Nature: Jolly / Naive

Moves
========
With a Choice Scarf equipped, Mudkip can fix its speed problems. Waterfall is the main STAB option; it has 80 Base Power and a 20% flinch rate, which is handy because Mudkip will outspeed many opponents. . Double-Edge is a strong move and gets neutral coverage on every Pokemon in LC, while Return serves a similar purpose without the recoil damage at the cost of a bit less power. Superpower provides good coverage and it is useful in revenge killing several Pokemon. Rock Slide hits Ice- and Flying-type Pokemon for super effective damage, which is helpful in a metagame where Pokemon like Snover are common.Aqua Tail lacks accuracy, but as a trade-off has more power. Torrent is useful in boosting Mudkip's STAB even further in several situations where Mudkip's HP is below one-third. A Jolly nature is required to hit 21 Speed, a benchmark to Choice Scarf users to outspeed most other Pokemon

Set Details
========
The specified EVs help maximize its Speed and Attack stats, while the remaining EVs are placed into HP to help it take hits slightly better.

Usage Tips

Checks & Counters
########
Mudkip hates Ferroseed. Even Superpower is a 2HKO not counting the attack drop. While Ferroseed can leech seed it and gain free health.
Powerful attackers that are faster and can OHKO or 2HKO it and Mudkip can't OHKO

I suppose you'd want a bulky attacker set.

Mudkip @ Eviolite
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 196 HP / 196 Atk / 36 Def / 36 SpD / 36 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Waterfall
- Avalanche
- Rock Slide
- Yawn(?)

Doesn't Mudkip get Aqua Tail? Which has a higher base power.

Also, this thing gets Curse, and even though I haven't checked how good it could be, I think you should check it out. It could be good. Who knows?

More reliable. I will test out curse mudkip. This thing is surprisingly bulky

The choice scarf set has an evil lite as the main item.... Uh.... You may want to fix this above all else right now

On the Bulky Eviolite set, I'd probably slash Curse with the Yawn / Superpower.

And I'm unsure about this, but Avalanche looks very out of place on the Choice Scarf set; it has a priority of -4, but I don't see something to replace it with.

Maybe run ice beam? It's not terrible off 11 attack.
It needs a +Speed, -SpDef nature to reach 21 with a scarf.
And with Curse slashed on your Bulky set, you probably don't need your third set.
