EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELS

Eelektross

Stats: 85/155 (+40)/80/145 (+40)/100 (+20)/50
Ability: Superconductor (Electric Steelworker clone)
New Moves: Ice/Thunder Fangs, Tail Glow
Reasoning/Competitive Analysis: With formidable attacks and defenses that will allow it to live most neutral hits, sometimes even several, Mega Eelektross could be a scary threat, especially in TR. Ice fang adds to it's massive coverage while thunder fang is some nice flavor because I cannot think of a reason that you would take this thing without thunder punch or wild charge if you are going physical. Personally, a mixed set with T-bolt and physical coverage would do a lot of damage wherever it lands. A tail glow/ three attack set could work like xurkitree, but its not amazing.

Gorebyss

Stats: 55/84/125 (+20)/144 (+30)/85 (+10)/102 (+40)
Ability: Riptide (All trapping moves do 2x damage and last 7 turns)
New Moves: Wrap, Shore Up
While it's stats are just... well... average, aside from SPA of course, I think this ability has the power to make this thing a threat. 70BP whirlpools are nothing to laugh at, and if it gets a good trap, shell smashes will make this thing a monster.

Huntail

Stats: 55/144 (+40)/125 (+20)/84 (-10)/85 (+10)/102 (+40)
Ability: Riptide (All trapping moves do 2x damage and last 7 turns)
New Moves: Wrap, Shore Up
Similar to gorebyss, but physical. Huntail's main difference is in the move clamp, which works as it's physical version of whirlpool. Does the same thing as gorebyss otherwise.

Finally!! I have been praying for this slate for ages!! Thanks Evil Dictator Mace :)

Competitive Analysis
Mega Huntail is a very powerful Shell Smash sweeper with strong offensive presence thanks to its ability and high base Attack stat. Using Outrage means Huntail can get confused and therefore gain the boost that its ability provides and with a great Speed Tier it is pretty much bound to sweep.
Rationale
If Exeggutor is a Dragon, so is this. It has scales and everything and overall I think giving it a kooky dragon feel is just awesome tbh!

Competitive Analysis
Mega Gorebyss is also a Shell Smash sweeper that can overcome most defensive threats by poisoning them and wearing them down with critical hits and Poison damage, and thanks to its blistering Speed after Shell Smash, it is really tough to stop one on its tracks!
Rationale
I know I just won with another Merciles 'mon but hear me out... Gorebyss is even more merciless than Roserade, many Pokedéx entries claim that Gorebyss is cruel and preys its foe by draining its body fluids and what not, if that isn't Toxic and Merciless, then I don't know what is.

A great wall with great bulk and zero weaknesses, many physical attackers can still overwhelm it thanks to its not so great physical defense, specially since Eelektross can't really adress set up 'mons.

It feels like it can recover itself and Leech Life and Surf are actually pretty obvious.

New Moves: Icicle Crash

  • High attack with access to Shell Smash makes Huntail a scary Pokemon to face.
  • Huntail's decent physical bulk allows it to try and setup against weaker physical attackers
  • Dark typing is given since Huntail is kind of evil looking. It also learns four dark type moves by level up.
  • Defiant grants Huntail a massive power boost, makes the use of Defog much more risky and prevents it from being forced out by Intimidate.
  • Icicle Crash gives Huntail a moderately powerful ice type coverage move, meaning it doesn't have to rely on the weak Ice Fang.
  • Though it has access to Sucker Punch, Huntail is still slow without a boost. It also has poor special bulk meaning Huntail struggles against offensive teams.

Hydration/Swift SwimMultiscale

New Moves: Psyshock

  • Extremely high special attack with the option to boost it via Shell Smash.
  • A secondary psychic type is given to contrast Huntail. Gorebyss also learns four psychic type moves from leveling up.
  • Multiscale comes from one of Gorebyss' Pokedex entries: “Its body is built to withstand the enormous pressure of water at incredible depths. Because of this, this Pokémon’s body is unharmed by ordinary attacks.” Having Multiscale increases Gorebyss' ability to setup.
  • Psyshock allows Gorebyss to hit specially dedicated walls. Most notably, it allows Gorebyss to 2HKO Chansey after a boost.
  • Slow without a boost and lacks priority unlike Huntail. Its poor special bulk makes this even more of a problem as Gorebyss is easily revenge killed.

New Moves: Sludge Bomb, Gunk Shot

  • Excellent mixed attacking stats and wide movepool allows Eelektross to run a dedicated special attacking set a physical setup set or a mixed attacking set.
  • Eelektross is very, erm, poisonous looking and some species of lampreys are toxic to eat so viola, poison type.
  • Levitate is an amazing ability. With it, Eelektross has eight resistances and an immunity compared to a solitary weakness to psychic. Add in good bulk, an immunity to Toxic and Eelektross is quite difficult to wear down.
  • Very slow. Even with its good bulk, Eelektross doesn't like having to tank a hit every time it wants to attack.

Uhhh...Ok i'm really sad because i couldn't give EEEEElektross-mega stakeout or a trapping ability since they make sense, but here's my submission:

Mega
-Eelektross
New Typing: Electric/Water
New Ability: Sheer Force
Hp: 85 (+0)
Attack: 150 (+35)
Defense: 100 (+20)
SpA: 150 (+45)
SpD: 100 (+20)
Speed: 30 (-20)
New Movepool Aditions: Scald, Liquidation, Nasty Plot, Gunk Shot
Description: I just don't know why the hell this thing wasn't a water 'mon already, but well, you all know the reasoning of the typing. When it mega evolves it becomes a giant sea monster that can't control all its power, the reason why it has sheer force.
Competitive: It's such a very powerful mixed wallbreaker, with an useful Electric-Water typing offensibly and defensibly letting it to hit hard common annoying 'mons such as Toxapex, Celesteela and Lando-T. Also, it has an incredibly wide movepool with great coverage options with two great set up moves (Coil and Nasty Plot) and a cool offensive ability on Sheer Force. But it also gives it two extremely weaknesses on Grass and Ground, and it speed just sucks, so it should be used at Volt-Turn Teams or Trick Room Teams. Probably not OU, but it would be a great anti-meta 'mon.

Gorebiss-Mega
New Typing: Water/Psychic

New Ability: Dazzling
HP: 55 (+0)

Attack: 84 (+0)
Defense: 86 (-19)
Sp. Atk: 170 (+56)
Sp. Def: 90 (+15)
Speed:
100 (+48)
New Movepool Aditions: Psyshock, Giga Drain
Description: When it mega evolves, Gorebyss improves its psychic abiliies to make the job of catching its prey easier, gaining the Psychic type and gaining Dazzling to prevent surprise attacks from its preys trying to defend.
Competitive: Both defenses are average at best, its speed it's, well, decent, but...HOLLY CRAP WHAT THE HELL WITH THAT 170 SPATK?!?! And with Dazzling, after a shell smash is almost impossible to revenge kill.

PD: Huntail-Mega is comming soon, and it's obvious that i really love EEEEEEEEEElektross <3

SpD: 80 > 100 (+20)

New Movepool Additions: Fire Lash, Quiver Dance, Burn Up

This fiery electric worm gains a niche as a slow defensive Phys Attacker with Coil and Fire Lash, but it can go Special with Quiver Dance (because it needs the speed to try and sweep.) It doesn't get Fire Blast, but Flamethrower/TBolt is great coverage and STAB, and if it isn't enough, Super Fang can make dragons regret switching in. You could of course become electric/normal by burning up.

Mega Gorebyss
Ability:
Adaptability
Typing: Water/Ghost
HP: 55
Attack: 84 > 60 (-24)
Defense: 105 > 115 (+10)
Special Attack: 114 > 150 (+36)
Special Defense: 85 > 115 (+30)
Speed: 52 > 100 (+48)

New Movepool Addition: Moonblast, Clear Smog, Sludge Wave

Water/Ghost is a hard combo to resist. Still, there are 18 mons that resist it. Of those, only 4 of them are not part Dark, so Fairy will round your coverage nicely. Incidentally, you could try poison if you want to prevent another mon setting up on you, or if you just like Poison coverage instead.

Example Moveset:
Gorebyss @ Gorebyssite
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Shell Smash
- Surf/Scald
- Shadow Ball
- Moonblast/Clear Smog/Sludge Wave

Are you using a different moveset? Why?!

Mega Huntail
Ability:
Intimidate
Typing: Water/Poison
HP: 55
Attack: 104 > 140 (+36)
Defense: 105 > 110 (+5)
Special Attack: 94 > 65 (-29)
Special Defense: 75 > 110 (+35)
Speed: 52 > 105 (+52)
New Move: Gunk Shot, Psychic Fangs, Earthquake

Water/Poison tends to be a defensive type, but here, it isn't, although Intimidate can get you a free turn of setup. Water/Poison is good coverage, I'd suppose. Psychic Fang can catch enemy poison types, but Dark pretty much ensures nothing resists you. Choose Sucker Punch if used on a Coil set, or Crunch if you've got a Smash (or 2 somehow) for more consistent power. Earthquake also works, but be wary of Levitators that might resist your STABs which is currently only Giratina (and Shedinja but why care). Priority comes most often as Water, Steel, Ice or Fight, and Mega Huntail resists them all!

eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllls
this one was super fun, maybe coulda done better with Eelektross though.
Mega!
Type: Electric / Poison
Stats: 85/145/100/135/100/50
Ability: Corrosion
New Moves: Gunk Shot, Venoshock

Description: Eelektross develops a sac full of potent toxins below its mouth, which it can use to attack its opponents in battle. However the weight of this sac pulls Eelektross to the ground, removing its levitating capabilities and therefore making it more vulnerable to certain attacks.
Competitive: Very viable. This Pokémon would function very well with Toxic Spikes support. Has Magnet Rise as an option to help cover its new Ground Weakness.

Mega!
Type: Water/Electric
Stats: 55/154/125/84/95/72
Ability: Storm Force (This Pokémon's attacks deal 1.5x damage in Rain, but the Pokémon also takes 12.5% damage every turn while Rain is active)
New Moves: Power Trip, Thunder Fang
Description:
Mega Huntail is a huge, terrifying, frenzied eel that swims at the surface. Its tail widens, starting at the same width as its head and decreasing as it goes along, and it switches from a light to navy blue. The fin on top of its head becomes a conductor of electricity from lightning, which it uses to boost its damage output to ridiculous levels. However, Huntail's body is not at all designed to deal with such exposure to high voltage, meaning enough strikes may actually kill it.
Competitive: A fun mega. Has middling speed for a Shell Smasher, but what it lacks in agility it more than makes up for in offensive presence. Even without a Shell Smash, switching into a rain boosted 1.5x damage STAB Waterfall from base 154 attack is a very difficult ordeal. The main drawback is that it is easily whittled without even being attacked, and will faint without even needing to be touched after 8 turns in the rain. After a Shell Smash, it has access to a 140 base power Dark move in Power Trip alongside its Waterfalls and Thunder Fangs. Definitely OU, but not broken.

Mega!
Type: Water/Psychic
Stats: 55/104/95/134/105/92
Ability: Storm Surge (This Pokémon's moves have +1 priority in Rain, but the Pokémon also takes 12.5% damage every turn while Rain is active)
New Moves: Psyshock, Stored Power

Description: Mega Gorebyss is larger and more elegant than it was before. Several feeler-like tendrils appear from the bottom of the shells on its sides, and all seem to glow with some sort of psychic energy. It swims with its tail out directly behind it, rather than curled below, and a ring of shells orbits around it as it does so. During a storm, Gorebyss amplifies its powers to such a degree that it can teleport while executing other moves, allowing it to move before its opponent. Each time this occurs, however, Gorebyss seems to lose a tendril.
Competitive: Another fun mega. Its ability essentially acts as a better Swift Swim at the expense of taking damage, meaning it can set up a Shell Smash and fire off Hydro Pumps and Stored Powers without fearing being revenge killed by a surprise fast scarfer or most priority. The main drawback with it, similarly to Huntail, is how quickly it loses its health. On the turn it Shell Smashes if in rain, it loses an extra 12% on top of the opponent's attack. It will then probably faint after a few rain turns. Definitely OU, but not broken.

eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllls
this one was super fun, maybe coulda done better with Eelektross though.
Mega!
Type:
Electric / Poison

Definitely OU, but not broken.

don't you have to give code for abilities or something?

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEL

Mega Gorebyss
New Typing: Water ---> Water/Psychic
New Ability: Hydration/Swift Swim ---> Multiscale
New Stats:
HP: 55
Attack: 84 ---> 95 (+11)
Defense: 105
Sp. Attack: 114 ---> 135 (+21)
Sp. Defense: 75 ---> 125 (+50)
Speed: 52 ---> 70 (+18)
New Moves: Giga Drain (Fits dex entries perfectly), Psyshock (Most psychic types get it)
Description: Special Shell Smash cleaner. Speed and Special Attack are enough to sweep at +2, but all faster mons and priority users need to be removed. Its niche is taking one hit at full with Multiscale to set up.

Mega Huntail
New Typing: Water ---> Water/Dark
New Ability: Swift Swim/Water Veil ---> Sheer Force
New Stats:
HP: 55
Attack: 104 ---> 145 (+41)
Defense: 105 ---> 110 (+5)
Sp. Attack: 94 ---> 95 (+1)
Sp. Defense: 75 ---> 105 (+30)
Speed: 52 ---> 75 (+23)
New Moves: Iron Tail (Pretty flavorful), Thunder Fang (Electric + Ice coverage is nice)
Description: Physical Shell Smash cleaner with Sheer-Force boosted STABs and coverage. Trades ease of setting up for more power.

Mega Eelektross
New Typing: Electric ---> Electric/Water
New Ability: Levitate ---> Tough Claws
New Stats:
HP: 85
Attack: 115 ---> 125 (+10)
Defense: 80 ---> 85 (+5)
Sp: Attack: 105 ---> 145 (+40)
Sp. Defense: 80 ---> 85 (+5)
Speed: 50 ---> 90 (+40)
New Moves: Surf, Hydro Pump, Ice Punch
Description: Seeing how I made Gorebyss special and Huntail physical, I decided to make Eelektross mixed. Surf, and Hydro Pump are for Water STAB, and Ice Punch is for consistency, because seeing as it has the other two elemental punches, it should have the third one. Tough Claws is because I imagine the mega having sharper claws and teeth. The Special Attack is high enough that you can run a physical, special, or mixed set.
