I know this is a wip, but part of the revamp involved changing the EV spread. Enough speed for blastoise is a good benchmark since it allows a weakened malamar to rest on it before getting hit, while not compromising its special bulk. A faster EV spread can be mentioned as an alternative.

252 HP / 104 SpD / 152+ Spe (hits 242) could be mentioned as the faster alternative which actually lets you outspeed some notable things like xatu, magneton, hoopa, exploud, and scrafty while also outspeeding bu gallade. i wouldnt consider this creep in regards to the other spread mentioned in the speed tiers because it actually outspeed the things mentioned
