Okay voting ends, Sobi wins the round with his Solar Beam + Power Herb Houndoom
Since there were 4 sets, I'll pick one more winner.
That winner is MrAldo with his Liechi Berry + Natural Gift Fletchinder.
Here's the threat for week 9

Emboar @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Reckless
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Superpower
- Wild Charge
- Heavy Slam

Deadline is 5th June

Sceptile
Ability: Overgrow
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Leaf Blade
- Acrobatics
- Earthquake

luring scarf boar is kinda a weird prospect, since it's the type of mon u really got weigh ur options w/before it makes the direct switch into something (pivots into all of esca / ices / knocks all pose significant risks to it that can muddle what it's meant to be doing in the ideal late-game), meaning that it'd likely be boiling down to occa this or weirdly defensive ev'd that to do it in a conducive enough manner, but i digress. sceptile is the type of 'mon emboar users will feel at least mildly comfortable making the initial switch into, and stomaching an acro for ~70-85% comfortably sets it over the point of being not healthy enough to stifle the middling speed dudes you'd want it to be checking later (absols, ices, melo, w.e). i've messed w/this set to certain capacities b.c a non-scarf / sr-weak that rk's viriz for balance isn't gonna be bad, and not being as squeamish around venu gives it a nice boon over special variants.

also, who's using slam in the last slot of scarf boars now, yuck man

Yeah I agree with 49 that luring Scarf Emboar is really weird considering you usually don't want to switch it into much as that may hamper its ability to revenge kill stuff later in the game, especially if it switches into Knock Off. That said,

Virizion @ Choice Band
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Leaf Blade
- Zen Headbutt
- Stone Edge

Some teams rely a lot on Scarf Emboar to check Virizion (not sure why - Virizion is a big enough threat to justify better answers as well but I digress). CB Virizion can OHKO Emboar after SR with Close Combat, when it expects to outspeed and OHKO. This set can also do stuff like lure and kill standard Weezing and Garbodor after SR, and playing around a Virizion with both Stone Edge / Zen Headbutt as well as the firepower to 2HKO Poison-types can be quite difficult. It also has the surprise factor of being a lot stronger than standard Lum Virizion immediately, which you can definitely take advantage of if you play your cards right.

Shiftry @ Life Orb
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 176 SpA / 80 Atk / 252 Spe
Rash/Naive Nature
- Leaf Storm
- Knock Off
- Sucker Punch
- Extrasensory/Hurricane

This lure is pretty standard, luring in scarfboar hoping to easily absorb a minimum special attack Leaf Storm or come in for free on a Sucker Punch, but being hit by a Life Orb Hurricane or Extrasensory easily KOs it or puts it in range of Sucker Punch. Something else this set does that I really like is lure in Megalix, hitting it hard with a Life Orb Leaf Storm, and possibly KOing it after a spike or two + knock off. It also lures poison-types that want to absorb knock or leaf storm, as well as hit Hariyama for decent damage. The choice of Hurricane or Extrasensory is up to the user, but I've found Extrasensory to be more consistent, albeit a little less powerful. Maximum Special Attack also catches a LOT of stuff off guard, like Venusaur and Mlix, as previously mentioned. This makes Shiftry into a great hole-puncher that is capable of dealing with many of the tier's best pokemon.

BIG G CHOPPA

Banned deucer.

Regirock @ Chople Berry
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 248 HP / 20 Atk / 240 SpD
Careful Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Stone Edge
- Thunder Wave
- Earthquake

The focus of this is to make it think that superpower picks off when its weakened but it actually doesnt due to chople. So then eq takes care of it as the -1 is a hinderance to its bulk. Attack evs are just enough for it to ohko -1 emboar with eq assuming rocks are up. So yah its pretty straight forward.

252 Atk Emboar Superpower vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Chople Berry Regirock: 102-121 (28 - 33.3%) -- 0% chance to 3HKO
(yum)

20 Atk Regirock Earthquake vs. -1 0 HP / 0 Def Emboar: 316-372 (87.5 - 103%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock
(boppppp!)

This looks fun :)

Sneasel @ Lansat Berry
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant / Jolly Nature
- Knock Off
- Ice Punch
- Ice Shard
- Natural Gift

Emboar is a very safe switch in to offensive Sneasel because most times there is often nothing Sneasel can do to it except Knock Off, but 10/10 it can switch into a predicted Ice move. Lansat Natural Gift Sneasel aims to change this. Lansat Berry changes Natural Gift into a 100 BP Flying move, which can hit Emboar very hard. With an Adamant nature, Sneasel can Natural Gift on the switch and do about 80% to Emboar. This is why hazard support is crucial to the success of this set. Jolly Sneasel has a very safe 87.5% chance to KO after Stealth Rock and two layers of Spikes, and it is also worth mentioning that Sneasel has Ice Shard to follow up. In short, an Adamant natures is best if only Stealth Rock support is provided, and Jolly is best if both Stealth Rock support and Spikes support is provided. This also does a good job beating Virizion and hurting other assorted Fighting types. This set needs to have Ice Punch and Inner Focus to be legal.

Calcs:
252+ Atk Lansat Berry Sneasel Natural Gift (100 BP Flying) vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Emboar: 274-324 (75.9 - 89.7%) -- 18.8% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
(follow up with Ice Shard for the KO)
252+ Atk Lansat Berry Sneasel Natural Gift (100 BP Flying) vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Emboar: 274-324 (75.9 - 89.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock and 1 layer of Spikes
252 Atk Lansat Berry Sneasel Natural Gift (100 BP Flying) vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Emboar: 250-296 (69.2 - 81.9%) -- 87.5% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock and 2 layers of Spikes

Ok so we got 49's SD Sceptile, DTC's Choice Band Virizion, Drangonn.'s Hurricane / Extrasensory Shiftry, Camilas' Chople Berry EQ Regirock, and KittenGaming's Lansat Berry Natural Gift Sneasel.
Surprised how there were no mentions of HP Water Houndoom @_@

Voting ends on June 9th

Votes are in, 49 wins the round. Other winners are DTC and Drangonn.

Here's the threat for the week:

Virizion @ Lum Berry
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Swords Dance
- Leaf Blade
- Stone Edge

Deadline 16th June

Jolteon @ Life Orb
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 30 HP / 0 Atk / 30 Def / 30 SpA / 30 SpD
- Thunderbolt
- Signal Beam
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Flying]

Virizion is a pretty safe switch-in to Jolteon, because Signal Beam and Electric STAB do little damage to it. This makes LO Jolteon appealing to set up on. Jolteon can HP Flying on the switch and follow up with another HP Flying to secure the KO. If Virizion switches out, it is weakened for the rest of the match. This also 2HKOes Venusaur and Band or Rock Polish Torterra and does more damage to Gourgeist-Super and Roselia than any of Jolteon's other moves.

252 SpA Life Orb Jolteon Hidden Power Flying vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Virizion: 244-291 (75.5 - 90%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
