Congratulations to Eclipse for winning the round with Z-Double Edge Offensive Rock Miltank at 5 votes, with UBERSkitty being a close second with Swords Dance Z-Wood Hammer Abomasnow at 4 votes.
Although I guess Taskr technically would've won.

Week 7

Magmortar @ Assault Vest
Ability: Vital Spirit
EVs: 60 HP / 252 SpA / 196 Spe
Modest Nature
- Fire Blast
- Focus Blast
- Thunderbolt
- Earthquake

From Assault Vest to Assault Vest, next up is Magmortar who has solidified itself as a top tier threat due to it's strong wallbreaking potential. Despite this, it's still able to run assault vest to enhance it's above average special bulk, maintaining it's role as a breaker whilst also becoming a more reliable fire and grass resist. Luring Magmortar is appreciated for slower, bulkier teams since it's coverage is very difficult to switch in on.

I'm constantly late, so i'm gonna try something new.
Voting starts on Thursday 16th November
I'll then aim to end the week on Monday 20th November
Happy Luring!

Gourgeist @ Ghostium Z
Ability: Frisk
EVs: 96 HP / 252 Atk / 160 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Trick-or-Treat
- Phantom Force / Shadow Sneak
- Seed Bomb
- Rock Slide

Under normal circumstances, Gourgeist cannot touch Magmortar. Foul Play will 3HKO it after Rocks at best, it can't burn it, and it immediately gets scorched by Fire Blast in return. With the combination of omniboost and super-effective coverage, it can easily eliminate Magmortar which otherwise comes in for free. The speed is for everything up to Zebstrika's speed.

252+ Atk Gourgeist Rock Slide vs. 60 HP / 0 Def Magmortar: 194-230 (63.3 - 75.1%) -- 6.3% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock

+1 252+ Atk Gourgeist Rock Slide vs. 60 HP / 0 Def Magmortar: 292-344 (95.4 - 112.4%) -- 75% chance to OHKO (Guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock)

Bonus: Abomasnow is another threat Gourgeist can possibly eliminate. Because it forms a nasty wallbreaking core with Magmortar, it's not rare to see the two on the same team. Being able to eliminate them both is pretty sweet.

252+ Atk Gourgeist Rock Slide vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Abomasnow: 178-210 (55.4 - 65.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

+1 252+ Atk Gourgeist Rock Slide vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Abomasnow: 266-314 (82.8 - 97.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock

Abomasnow @ Life Orb
Ability: Snow Warning
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Mild / Hasty Nature
- Blizzard
- Giga Drain
- Ice Shard
- Earthquake

I'm gonna take a page out of UBERSkitty's book and go with Abomasnow this week, albeit with less puns and a less fun set. This is pretty popular set for Abomasnow, but it does it's job very effectively being able to lure in AV Magmortar with a potential Giga Drain or Blizzard only to fire off an Earthquake. Earthquake is able to OHKO Magmortar after Stealth Rock damage or can KO into Ice Shard from full if one gets a high enough damage roll, so it is almost 100% reliable if predicted right. Aside from being a lure, Abomasnow also boasts fantastic STAB that many bulky teams will have a tough time switching into and taking hits from making it a great wallbreaker in its own right.
(I made it through with out one tree pun! Can you beleaf it?)

4 Atk Life Orb Abomasnow Earthquake vs. 60 HP / 0 Def Magmortar: 244-289 (79.7 - 94.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
4 Atk Life Orb Abomasnow Ice Shard vs. 60 HP / 0 Def Magmortar: 36-43 (11.7 - 14%) -- possible 8HKO

Leafeon @ Groundium Z
Ability: Leaf Guard
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dig
- Swords Dance
- Leaf Blade
- Knock Off

So, Magmortar proved kinda difficult to lure, but this is what I came up with. Magmortar usually switches in since it can take a Knock Off and doesn't fear much else. Z Dig KO's Magmortar 100% while also helping out with other stuff such as Skuntank, Qwilfish, and Togedemaru and doing big damage to them as well.

252+ SpA Magmortar Fire Blast vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Leafeon: 542-638 (200 - 235.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Victreebel @ Poisonium Z
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Rash Nature
- Solar Beam
- Weather Ball
- Sleep Powder
- Poison Jab

I'm not saying this set is good but it does have some merit. Assault Vest Magmortar is one of the better stops to sun teams as it resists Solar Beam and Weather Ball and is immune to Sleep Powder. If it gets a free switch-in, it tends to kill sun's momentum and make it very difficult for it to win. That's where this set comes in! With Poisonium Z Poison Jab, you bop Magmortar after Stealth Rock and keep the momentum, swinging the match in your favor. It's a pretty effective Mag lure.

0 Atk Victreebel Acid Downpour (160 BP) vs. 64 HP / 0 Def Magmortar: 249-294 (81.1 - 95.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock

Changed to Silvally-Fairy:

Silvally-Fairy @ Fairy Memory
Ability: RKS System
EVs: 48 HP / 208 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Multi-Attack
- Rock Slide
- Flamethrower
- Parting Shot

AV Magmortar normally finds itself as a pretty good switchin to Silvally-Fairy as Multi-Attack is only a 4HKO with no prior damage, so Rock Slide is used to take out AV Magmortar which is 2HKOed by it.

208 Atk Silvally-Fairy Multi-Attack vs. 60 HP / 0 Def Magmortar: 79-93 (25.8 - 30.3%) -- guaranteed 4HKO

208 Atk Silvally-Fairy Rock Slide vs. 60 HP / 0 Def Magmortar: 178-210 (58.1 - 68.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Simisear @ Life Orb/ Rockium Z
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Fire Blast
- Focus Blast
- Rock Slide

Mag is a pretty easy switch in to simisear and heavily dent it back with basically any move it has due to its poor bulk. Rock slide is always a 2HKO on mag even with min attack and if you opt to run a crystal then CC will always OHKO after rocks or if no rocks are up the fire blast into CC will nab the ko (that is if fire blast connects).

0 Atk Life Orb Simisear Rock Slide vs. 64 HP / 0 Def Magmortar: 190-226 (61.8 - 73.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252 SpA Simisear Fire Blast vs. 64 HP / 0 SpD Assault Vest Magmortar: 51-61 (16.6 - 19.8%) -- possible 6HKO

0 Atk Simisear Continental Crush (140 BP) vs. 64 HP / 0 Def Magmortar: 274-324 (89.2 - 105.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock

Mesprit @ Choice Specs
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Psyshock
- Ice Beam
- Energy Ball
- U-turn

Magmortar is in general a very good switchin into Mesprit, cause it eats Psychics and Ice Beams for days and U-Turn is also not that big of the deal. Psyshock paired with Choice Specs takes advantage of Magmortar's poor defense and does a huge amount of damage. This set is also really effective against AV Hitmonchan and AV Eelektross.

252 SpA Choice Specs Mesprit Psyshock vs. 60 HP / 0 Def Magmortar: 235-277 (76.7 - 90.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock

Reserving Lilligant

Lilligant @ Focus Sash
Ability: Leaf Guard
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Sleep Powder
- Dream Eater
- Quiver Dance
- Light Screen

Lilligant was a hard Pokemon to work with but I have found a solution. Magmortar's Fire Blast Easily OHKO's Lilligant. But with Focus Sash it can survive the attack and then put it to sleep with Sleep Powder. Now it does have a 75% accuracy but it will surely hit. And then set up light screen, And then a few Quiver Dances and then Dream Eater to regain it's health back after the Fire Blast. And it will always it First because of Lilligant's Nice Speed!

+3 252+ SpA Lilligant Dream Eater vs. 60 HP / 0 SpD Assault Vest Magmortar: 185-218 (60.4 - 71.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252+ SpA Magmortar Fire Blast vs. +3 0 HP / 4 SpD Lilligant through Light Screen: 97-115 (34.5 - 40.9%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

252+ SpA Magmortar Focus Blast vs. +3 0 HP / 4 SpD Lilligant through Light Screen: 35-42 (12.4 - 14.9%) -- possible 7HKO
AV Magmortar has Vital Spirit so it can't be put to sleep, which is half of your strategy. One of the main reasons AV Magmortar came to be is that it's one of the best checks to Lilligant.

Closing submissions now to prevent usum submissions, will update this post when I get home but until then start voting.

Can't accept Lilligant because of what Baguette said, also won't accept Pyroar because specs has a chance to 2hko anyway, aka mags not a pyroar resist. Sorry buds.

e: won't start voting until I update it so tagging Eclipse and Cofaiclus just in case you want to change your submission, will also include Taskrs post. Sorry for how sloppy this is, I need to get in a routine of refusing submissions sooner
