Gen 3 Help Building Wish Team

Hello all ye Gen 3 experts.
I'm coming over from mostly random games, doubles and singles. I've been playing for some time but I first started as a kid on Gen3 and can see the popularity of the old format is on the rise.
My notable observation is that there is a certain lack of healing moves in the format, and it makes me wonder if wish passing to skarmory and swampert can help with the longevity of the defensive core, and help with the spikes damage Swampdaddy and others will pick up.
Who are the best and most viable wishpassers in Gen3? What teammates do they like? Should I consider a healbeller to take toxic off the wishpasser (toxic seems pretty strong vs two turn heals)?
Hopefully I can get started with a team I like and tweak and tune from there.
Does anyone have links to other RMT that meet this, or just a basic team outline that might be there?
