[SET COMMENTS]
With a threatening STAB combination alongside a great defensive profile, Rotom-W is an excellent option for teams looking for speed control that provides a blend of power and utility and can repeatedly threaten foes like Excadrill and Iron Moth lacking a Speed Booster Energy boost throughout a game. Trick allows Rotom-W to cripple otherwise great counters like Gastrodon and Amoonguss, and while this leaves it unable to provide speed control, it also prevents foes like Ting-Lu and Tapu Fini from taking advantage of it being locked into Volt Switch or Hydro Pump, respectively. Defog is useful, as it grants Rotom-W even more utility, especially for offensive teams that find it hard to fit entry hazard control, and it lets it deal with common hazard setters in Ting-Lu and Skarmory. On teams with other forms of hazard control, Will-O-Wisp can be utilized to check bulkier physical attackers, such as Iron Hands. 200 Speed EVs ensure Choice Scarf Rotom-W outspeeds Zeraora, with the rest invested in Defense. Rotom-W is utilized most effectively on offensive teams that appreciate its power and utility, but it can also be used on bulkier teams if given proper team support. Teammates like Galarian Zapdos and Hydreigon appreciate the pivot support Rotom-W provides, bringing them in on foes like Mega Venusaur and Hydrapple, while forming a pivoting core that can bring it in on their checks, like Slowbro and Tapu Fini. Rotom-W is stifled by Grass-types, especially Mega Venusaur, as Rotom-W cannot use Trick to cripple it with Choice Scarf, so checks to them like Celesteela and Scizor are appreciated. In return, Rotom-W can check Fire-types such as Iron Moth and Victini for its partners. Choice Scarf Rotom-W also suffers from a lack of longevity, as it must invest heavily in Speed and cannot utilize Pain Split or Leftovers; therefore, it appreciates faster team compositions with teammates like Enamorus, Excadrill, and Mega Tyranitar that aim to win quickly, which allows Rotom-W to leverage its defensive profile efficiently short-term to grant it and its teammates more attacking opportunities. On bulkier team structures alongside defensive options like Celesteela and Ting-Lu, Rotom-W appreciates Wish support from partners like Clefable and Chansey to allow it to stay healthy throughout the game, given its lack of recovery.

Not sure about "grab momentum" and the section of Wish support, so please advise. I'm on spring break so I'll try to move faster on this and Bee but no guarantees sorry.

- Defog / Will-O-Wisp wisp is a rly good option, and you never want to make defog mandatory on a mon in most cases since it is a role that needs to be filled, not necessarily an integral part of its kit.

With a threatening STAB combination alongside a great defensive profile, Rotom-W is an excellent option for teams looking for a Choice Scarf user speed control with a blend of power and utility that can repeatedly threaten foes like Excadrill and Iron Moth specify this is without booster speed throughout a game. Hydro Pump dissuades Ground-types like Hippowdon from switching into Rotom-W, which allows Volt Switch to grab momentum more easily. stab move, doesnt need description. when you talk about a threatening STAB combination in line 1 you could possibly weave that in there Trick allows Rotom-W to cripple otherwise great counters like Gastrodon and Amoonguss, and while this leaves Rotom-W unable to provide speed control, it also prevents foes like Ting-Lu and Tapu Fini from checking taking advantage of Rotom-W easily locked into one of its Electric- or Water-type STAB moves respectively. Defog is useful as it grants Rotom-W even more utility, especially for offensive teams that find it hard to fit hazard control mention what defoggers it does good into. Rotom-W can be used effectively on any offensive and many defensive teams so...every team? this is a pretty broad description given the utility it provides. Teammates like Galarian Zapdos and Hydreigon appreciate the pivot support Rotom-W provides, bringing them in on foes like Mega Venusaur and Hydrapple, while forming a pivotting core that can bring Rotom-W in on their checks, like Slowbro and Tapu Fini. Rotom-W is stifled by Grass-types, especially Mega Venusaur as Rotom-W cannot use Trick to cripple it with Choice Scarf, so Grass-type checks to these Grass-types like Celesteela and Scizor are appreciated, and in return Rotom-W can check Fire-types for them, such as Iron Moth and Victini. Choice Scarf Rotom-W also suffers from a lack of longevity, as it must invest heavily in Speed and cannot use Leftovers. also no pain split Therefore, it appreciates pivot and hazard support on offensive teams from teammates like Victini and Ting-Lu to wear down the opposing team wearing down the opposing team doesnt really assist in rotom-W's longevity. you could say something along the lines of how it likes faster team compositions who aim to win quickly as to not force rotom-w to play the long game or something along those lines. could def phrase it better than me, while appreciating Wish support on defensive teams to keep it healthy throughout a game from teammates like Clefable and Chansey.
