Voting time, same as previously - 48 hours, list the usernames of your top 2 choices in order.

I also want to note that all of these subs will automatically have universal TMs like Hyper Beam, Substitute, and Rest added regardless of them being listed.

Hi all! Sorry I'm late! The winning submission is WildCard782.

This means we have completed the competitive aspects of this mon! As a reminder:
Typing: Fire/Poison
Stats: 93/105/82/95/81 (454 BST, 549 with doubled special)
Notable Moves: Confuse Ray, Haze, Screech, Fire Spin, Body Slam, Double-Edge, Hyper Beam, Mega Drain, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Reflect, Fire Blast, Rest, Explosion, Substitute

It also has a Poison-type Signature move with 90 BP, 24 PP, 90% accuracy, and a 33% chance to lower the foe's special.
It was discussed in the RBY discord that naming this move should be reserved for the flavor parts.

Speaking of flavor parts...

Slate 1 Part 5A: Name/Art
You will have 72 hours to name the mon and (if you want) come up with art for it. The art can be either a concept or a picture/sprite. You can submit just a name, just art, or both if you want. If the winning submission is one that submits both, we will immediately move on. If the winning submission is just a name or just art, then we will have a second round for the part that's missing.

Blastpath the Giant Scorpion Pokémon

93 HP, 105 ATK, 82 DEF, 95 SPC, 81 SPE

An elusive giant scorpion, the holes underneath Blastpath's palms are powerful cannons that it uses to kill prey or to excavate large tunnel systems underneath the desert sands. Despite prefering to keep a distance it's still a very powerful combatant in melee combat due to its venomous stinger and muscular body. It's said that when you're stung it feels like your entire body is on fire from how powerful its venom is.

A toxic chemical Pokemon based on burning chemicals as either a form of exhaust or a defense against predators (or both). It would probably integrate gaseous elements like Koffing and I feel like it would have flames that come out like the Cyndaquil line's flames do. I'm visualizing a quadrupedal mon with some elements that almost come off as robotic or artificial like a gas mask or cables that act as pipelines for chemicals. It could also be something in the general vein of Varoom/Revavroom (theme of being toxic/bad for the environment and also has an engine) since Steel didn't exist yet and something with an engine would, y'know, burn chemicals. This is based on the existence of Fire- and Poison-types in the Pokemon manor, basically. Tentatively going with Fumiscorch for this one.

Reminant
The waste pokemon. May be found in the power plant after you beat the pokemon league. The scorches from its toxic fumes never go away.

Since there's so many kaiju esque mons in rby, I made an homage to hedorah. Inherits some of the traits of grimer and koffing lines whilst staying unique.

Surprising absolutely nobody, the winner is Corupcake!

Slate 1 Part 6A: Remaining Flavor
You will have 72 hours to submit the remaining flavor for this Pokemon. This means: Pokedex entries, Height, Weight, usually useless moves, and its learnset (what levels or methods it learns the moves it gets, both the viable moves and the useless ones). This is basically filling out the rest of the Pokemon's lore and non-battle relevant stuff! Have fun!
