[OVERVIEW]
  • Crabominable is one of the most hard Pokémon to switch-in due to its 132 base attack and two 120 Base power STAB in Close Combat and Iron Fist boosted Ice Hammer.
  • Its dual STAB only naturally resisted by Qwilfish, Grumpig and some unviable NFEs.
  • Due to its low speed, lack of priority and terrible defensive typing, Crabominable struggles to switch-in.
  • Under Trick Room it is very hard to revenge kill thanks to its good bulk which allows it to take super effective priority such as Hitmonchan's Mach Punch.

Moves
========
  • Close Combat is Crabominable more reliable STAB with a 120 Base power and a 100% accuracy. It hit super effectively common ice resists such as
  • Ice Hammer is Crabominable second STAB, it is as powerfull as Close Combat thanks to Iron Fist.
  • Earthquake ensures Crabominable to OHKO Lanturn after Stealth Rock and 2HKO Qwilfish after Stealth Rock and Intimidate.
  • Drain Punch serves as a secohndary STAB without drawback and miss chances. It also allows Crabominable to get its health back.
Set Details
========
  • No Speed investment with a Brave Nature makes Crabominable as slow as possible. It allows it to act before slow Pokémon such as Probopass and Togetic under Trick Room.
  • 252 EVs in Attack as long as a Brave Nature maximize Crabominable's power.
  • The remainings EVs are put in bulk to allow Crabominable because doesn't need investment in Special Attack and Speed.
  • Iron First is Crabominable's best ability as it boosts by 20% Ice Hammer damages.
  • Life Orb boosts Crabominable's damage output, it allows it to OHKO offensive Mesprit after Stealth Rock. While Life Orb's recoil negates Crabominable's bulk Life Orb is prefered to Choice Band since Crabominable likes to switch between its two STAB.

Usage Tips
========

  • Due to its frailty and common weaknesses Crabominable needs to be carefully brought into the game after one of its teammates fainted or after predicting an opponent switch.
  • Crabominable should switch-out as soon as the Trick Room wears off. It can come back later in the game after the Trick Room has been resetted.

Team Options
========

  • Musharna and Carbink are excellent partners for Crabominable since they support it with Trick Room. They also allow Crabominable to safely enter into the field thanks to Healing Wish and Explosion. Carbink also provides Stealth Rock for the team and Musharna through Healing Wish supports Crabominable allowing it to come on the field after being weakened.
  • Exeggutor-A is a good team partner for Crabominable. Crabominable enjoies its Trick Room support and the fact that Exeggutor can handle with several Crabominable's counter such as Gastrodon, Sableye and Qwilfish.
  • Ursaring can absorb burns for Crabominable. One of them can weaken opponent physically bulky Pokémon in order that the other cleans.
  • Fast Pokémon such as Choice Scarf Primeape or Manectric allow the team not to be swept by faster Pokémon such as +2 Carracosta or Lilligant after the Trick Room wores off.
  • Since Crabominable only fits into Trick Room team, other slow Wallbreaker such as Wishiwashi and Marowak are welcomed in a team featuring Crabominable.

Other Options
=============
  • Crabominable can run Power-Up Punch over Drain Punch. It raises its Attack by one stage allowing it to OHKO Weezing after Stealth Rock with Ice Hammer. However it can only be used against a weakened foe because of its low base power. If Power-Up Punch doesn't kill the foe, it wastes one precious turn of Trick Room.
  • Pursuit can be run over Drain Punch. It allows Crabominable to knock out a weakened Pokémon such as Oricorio-G and Mesprit which could otherwise switch-out.
  • Crabominable can run a set outside of Trick Room but it's outclassed in most case by other Fighting-types. Passimian and Primeape outclasse it as a choice locked attacker due to their better speed tier and access to U-Turn. Gurdurr is a better slow and bulky fighting-type.
Checks and Counters
===================

**Qwilfish**: Qwilfish resists both Crabominable's STAB. It can't use Crabominable as a set-up fodder because Earthquake 2HKOes it after Intimidate but it can burn it through Scald. It can also switch-out into another Pokémon which enjoy the Attack drop from Intimidate.

**Burns**: Since Crabominable is a Physical Attacker, it becomes useless if it gets burned. Weezing can take one hit and burn it with Will-O-Wisp, Sableye can burn before getting hit thanks to Prankster, moreover Gastrodon isn't 2HKO and burn it with Scald.

**Physically bulky Pokémon**: Defensive Mesprit, Musharna, Gurdurr and Granbull can take one hit and knock Crabominale out with their super effective STAB. However they can't safely switch-in on Crabominable since they all risk to be 2HKOed by one of Crabominable's STAB.

Not QC but...

On your Physically bulky Pokemon section, i assure you that none of these pokemon (bar granbull) take 2 hits from Crabominable, as they can only take 1 at best. Even Granbull risks the 2HKO after rocks damage. So mention that none of these pokemon can directly switch into Crabominable, but can take at least 1 hit and revenge kill it.

Yeah sorry but this just really isn't good. c&c, UT and overview in particular are incredibly lacking and also happen to be the most important parts of the analysis, and this is just littered with a ton of incorrect or poorly explained information. I'm reassigning this
