Hey all! Welcome to the first of our movepool updates for the prevo Pokemon! I have decided to start with Scratchet as he seems like he will be the easiest Pokemon to finalize this for!

Name: Scratchet
Typing: Normal / Fighting
Base Stats: 55 HP / 85 Atk / 80 Def / 20 SpA / 70 SpD / 40 Spe
Evolves Via: Level Up at Level 23
Abilities: Scrappy / Prankster / Vital Spirit
Height: 1' 08" / 0.5m
Weight: 44.0lbs / 20.0kg
Dex Entries:
Species: The Scratch Cat Pokemon

Black: Though playful and restless by nature, they treat Tomohawk with rare respect.
White: They are often seen chasing Sigilyph, and are deeply inspired by Sigilyph's ability to fly.
Tomohawk only had a few movepool changes, so I hope we don't have too much change here for Scratchet to argue over. Earth Power was never in Scratchet's Movepool, so no issues there. Reflect also needs to be removed.

Additions to Tomohawk's movepool are as follows: Scratch, Sky Attack, Steel Wing (TM), Fly (TM [was HM]), Confide (universal TM), Secret Power (BW/ORAS Transfer), Incinerate (BW/ORAS Transfer), Retaliate (BW/ORAS Transfer) (Already in Scratchet's movepool - Please edit as necessary), Flash (BW/ORAS Transfer), Rock Smash (BW/ORAS Transfer), Strength (BW/ORAS Transfer), Power-Up Punch (ORAS Transfer), Snore (Tutor), Iron Tail (Tutor), Aqua Tail (Tutor), Helping Hand (Tutor)

Please use Tomohawk's Movepool as a base to work from! You do not need to add anything if you do not want to, but you must remove Reflect. Otherwise, this works basically the exact same way as a normal movepool submission thread. I am allowing Final Submissions from the start of this thread, and you guys have a few days to discuss how you want things to be put together! Obviously do not add any other new moves other than those listed above.

I'll probably be trying to get all the CaPs which only need movepool updates out the way rapidly so they can be added to the main update listings when the whole lot is updated on PS!

Since I updated the evo's movepool, why not do the same for the prevo?

Final Submission

- Fury Swipes
4 Scratch
9 Harden
13 Focus Energy
18 Rock Smash
23 Roar
27 Work Up
32 Submission
36 Hyper Voice
40 Bulk Up
45 Retaliate
49 Taunt
53 Rest
57 Superpower

Not too crazy of changes, but some few key differences. First Scratch was finally added to the poor bugger, as it was pretty much a given because of its name and access to Fury Swipes. The other major change was switching the position of Retaliate and Superpower, as it was incredibly odd that it got its strongest Fighting type STAB (besides Focus Miss) before a moderately powered Normal type move, not to mention this moderately powered Normal move was its last move. It just seemed too odd to keep it that way. Otherwise, I didn't change anything to the moveset.

Baton Pass
Confuse Ray
Focus Energy
Haze
Memento
Nature Power
Rapid Spin
Roost
Stealth Rock
Yawn

No touchie.

TM01 Work Up
TM05 Roar
TM06 Toxic
TM08 Bulk Up
TM10 Hidden Power
TM11 Sunny Day
TM12 Taunt
TM17 Protect
TM18 Rain Dance
TM19 Roost
TM20 Safeguard
TM21 Frustration
TM27 Return
TM31 Brick Break
TM32 Double Team
TM39 Rock Tomb
TM40 Aerial Ace
TM42 Facade
TM44 Rest
TM45 Attract
TM46 Thief
TM48 Round
TM49 Echoed Voice
TM52 Focus Blast
TM54 False Swipe
TM56 Fling
TM60 Quash
TM78 Bulldoze
TM80 Rock Slide
TM86 Grass Knot
TM87 Swagger
TM90 Substitute
TM94 Rock Smash
TM100 Confide

Did the required stuff in adding Confide and axing Reflect, and had to change the number of Work Up due to Generation changes, so did that. Also added Roost since it can now recieve it.

Secret Power (BW/ORAS)
Retaliate (BW/ORAS)
Flash (BW/ORAS)
Rock Smash (BW/ORAS)
Strength (BW/ORAS)
Power-Up Punch (ORAS)

Pretty much the same as Tomohawk's transfer list except it doesn't get Incinerate. Power-Up Punch also remains due to its Fighting typing.

Snore
Iron Tail
Helping Hand

Removed Aqua Tail since Scratchet doesn't have weather powers yet, and weather heavily correlates with its inclusion on Tomohawk.

Final Submission

There are a couple of instances in this movepool have TM / Tutor moves locked away in Egg Moves or Level Up, but I don't think there are any cases where a Generation 7 Pokemon gets moves by Level Up / Egg Move and are locked out of TM / Tutor methods as well.

- Scratch
4 Harden
9 Rock Smash
13 Focus Energy
18 Fury Swipes
23 Roar
27 Work Up
32 Submission
36 Hyper Voice
40 Bulk Up
45 Superpower
49 Taunt
53 Rest
57 Retaliate

Since we're so determined for Scratchet to have Scratch, I just want to point out that never does a Pokemon get Fury Swipes before Scratch. Therefore, I added Scratch to Level 1, moved Fury Swipes to later, and moved Harden and Rock Smash earlier. Superpower remains at Level 45 to remain consistent with Tomohawk's movepool, as Tomohawk learns it at Level 50, and Retaliate is fitting as a capstone move because Scratchet is a primary Normal-type.
Baton Pass
Confuse Ray
Focus Energy
Haze
Memento
Nature Power
Rapid Spin
Roost
Stealth Rock
Yawn

Quarantine.
TM01 Work Up
TM05 Roar
TM06 Toxic
TM08 Bulk Up
TM10 Hidden Power
TM11 Sunny Day
TM12 Taunt
TM17 Protect
TM18 Rain Dance
TM19 Roost
TM20 Safeguard
TM21 Frustration
TM27 Return
TM31 Brick Break
TM32 Double Team
TM39 Rock Tomb
TM40 Aerial Ace
TM42 Facade
TM44 Rest
TM45 Attract
TM46 Thief
TM48 Round
TM49 Echoed Voice
TM52 Focus Blast
TM54 False Swipe
TM56 Fling
TM60 Quash
TM78 Bulldoze
TM80 Rock Slide
TM86 Grass Knot
TM87 Swagger
TM90 Substitute
TM94 Rock Smash
TM96 Nature Power
TM100 Confide

Confide is universal. Nature Power and Roost are an Egg Moves, so they should be a TM moves too.
Flash (Gen 5 / Gen 6 TM70)
Power-Up Punch (Gen 6 TM98)
Rock Smash (ORAS HM06, Gen 5 / XY TM94)
Secret Power (ORAS TM94)
Strength (Gen 5 / Gen 6 HM04)
Helping Hand
Iron Tail
Snore

Stealth Rock

Snore is universal. Stealth Rock is an Egg Move, so it makes sense for it to be a Tutor Move also.
Additions:
Confide added to TM List
Helping Hand added to Move Tutor
Iron Tail added to Move Tutor
Scratch added to Level 1
Snore added to Move Tutor

Within Movepool:
Fury Swipes moved from Level 1 to Level 18
Harden moved from Level 9 to Level 4
Rock Smash moved from Level 18 to Level 9
Work Up changed TM number

Duplications:
Nature Power duplicated from Egg Moves to TM List
Roost duplicated from Egg Moves to TM List
Stealth Rock duplicated from Egg Moves to Tutor Moves
