Can't open shoddy

When i try to open up shoddy a message pops up saying "application cannot be loaded" or something along those lines so I figured I need to update java as a thread in the past was made like this and he did that and it worked. Well, heres what happens when i try downloading it

Been sitting like that for over an hour

Uninstall it first (if you haven't). Then try running the bootloader again. There may be an issue with your internet connection.

Just saying I fixed it now just had to re download junk :P
