I'll take Mega Mewtwo Y if no one else is doing it yet.

Edit: WIP
Edit2: Ready for QC 0/3
Edit3: QC 1/3, Ready for 2/3
[OVERVIEW]

- Mega Mega Mewtwo Y has the highest unboosted Special Attack in the game with a great 140 base Speed to boot, outspeeding key sweepers such as Mega Mewtwo X, Mega Rayquaza and Mega Gengar.

- It is cursed with a poor defensive typing and low defenses, giving it a weakness to U-turn and Knock Off, forcing it out very often against even defensive and support Pokemon. making it hard for it to switch in any many pokemon without defensive support.

- Offensively, it struggles against common Steel walls such as Registeel, Aegislash, Solgaleo, and Dialga, forcing it to rely on coverage moves to defeat them.

- It can utilize various offensive sets; however, these individual sets need their own checks to them.

Psychic Surge

Mewtwo-Mega-Y @ Focus Sash / Life Orb / Safety Goggles / Terrain Extender / Choice Specs / Spooky Plate

Ability: Psychic Surge

EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpA / 252 SpD / 252 Spe

Timid Nature

IVs: 0 Atk

- Psystrike / Psycho Boost

- Moongeist Beam / Judgement

- Secret Sword / Blue Flare / Moonblast

- Shell Smash / Volt Switch

Set Comments

Moves

- Psystrike is the main STAB, dealing a huge amound of damage to anything that doesn’t resist it. Psycho Boost can also be used for more power, but lowers its own special attack by two stages when it is used.

- Moongeist Beam is to hit Shedinja, other Psychic types such as other Mega Mewtwo Ys, Mega Mewtwo X, and Solgaleo, and physically defensive walls like Giratina and Aegislash.

- Ghost-type Judgement functions the same way as Moongeist Beam but sacrifices hitting Shedinja in exchange for better imposter-proofing Mega Mewtwo Y.

- Secret Sword or Blue Flare is to hit Steel types such as Kartana, Solgaleo, and Registeel.

- Moonblast hits Dark types such as Mega Gyarados, Mega Tyranitar, and Yveltal

- Shell Smash can be used against passive walls to make Mega Mewtwo Y even more powerful.

- Volt Switch is to pivot if Mega Mewtwo Y is facing walls or sweepers that it cannot handle.

Set Details

========

- Psychic Terrain disables priority moves and boosts the power of Mega Mewtwo Y's STAB attacks.

- Focus Sash makes sure Mega Mewtwo Y lives a hit from full health.

- Safety Goggles is used against common Spore users such as Deoxys-Speed, Deoxys-Attack, and Regigigas, as well as Imposter Chansey if you have Spore yourself.

- Life Orb is used to further boost its attacks, although it can wear Mega Mewtwo Y down quickly if it can't sweep fast enough.

- Choice Specs boosts Mega Mewtwo Y’s Special Attack even more, but locks it into one move.

- Spooky Plate makes Judgement Ghost-type, which is useful because Imposter Chansey usually doesn’t run it itself.

- Terrain Extender makes Psychic Terrain last for three more turns, allowing it and the rest of the team to be safe from priority longer, and boosts them as well if they use Psychic-type moves. However, this item should only be used to support teammates, and is a subpar option otherwise.

Usage Tips

========

- Mega Mewtwo Y will most likely be OHKO'd if it switches into a powerful or super-effective attack, so a slow pivot is optimal to prevent it from being KO’d.

- Once Psychic Surge wears off, be weary of priority as it will most likely OHKO you.

- If you're using Focus Sash, try to get rid of hazards before you switch in so it isn't wasted.

- Mega Mewtwo Y works great against Mega Gengar as long as it doesn't have Shell Smash or Spore.

- Mega Mewtwo Y’s Psychic Surge prevents the use of priority moves, so it is great to send out against Triage and -ate ability users.

- Mega Mewtwo Y should be switched out if the opponent sends in Imposter Chansey, Deoxys-S (if you don't have Safety Goggles), and specially defensive Steel tanks such as RegenVest Dialga and Solgaleo.

- Use Safety Goggles if you use Spore to not get bounced by Magic Bounce or Magic Coat, as well as lure Imposters.

- Be aware that if you switch out and Psychic Terrain is still up you prevent your own teammates from using priority moves against grounded targets.

Team Options

========

- Mega Mewtwo Y works well with Dark types such as Yveltal and Mega Tyranitar-Mega as they resist each other's weaknesses and deal with each other's checks.

- Hazards are particularly useful to break Sashes, especially against sweepers such as Shell Smash sweepers, such as other Mega Mewtwo Ys, Deoxys-A, and Mega Gengar.

- Mega Mewtwo Y is very vulnerable to Imposter Chansey, so make sure to Imposterproof it with teammates such as RegenVest Dialga and Defensive Yveltal.

- Hazard removers are crucial to protecting Mega Mewtwo Y's Focus Sash, if it has one.

- Pursuit users such as Mega Gyarados and Solgaleo are helpful to chip Imposters Chansey transformed into Mewtwo.

- Rapid Spin or Defog users are important to remove hazards which can render Mega Mewtwo Y's Sash useless (if it has one) and wear it down quickly. A steel-type teammate, for example, can provide this service and potentially imposterproof it.

Sheer Force All-Out Attacker

Mewtwo-Mega-Y @ Life Orb

Ability: Sheer Force

EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def / 252 SpA / 252 SpD / 252 Spe

Naïve / Modest Nature

- Psychic

- Blue Flare / Earth Power

- Ice Beam

- Bolt Strike / Volt Switch / Moongeist Beam / Tail Glow

Set Comments

Moves

- is Mega Mewtwo Y's main STAB powering it to 180 BP (counting STAB).

- Blue Flare hits Steel walls such as Solgaleo and Aegislash

- Bolt Strike, while being a physical move, has good attack power and hits Water and Flying types like Mega Gyarados, Kyogre-Primal, Yveltal, and Celesteela.

- Ice Beam takes care of Mega Rayquaza and Zygarde-Complete.

- Earth Power hits Dialga and Groudon-Primal.

- Moonblast hits Dark types such as Mega Gyarados, Yveltal, and Mega Tyranitar.

- Tail Glow is used to boost Mega Mewtwo Y’s Special Attack even higher against passive walls.

- Moongeist Beam hits Shedinja, other Psychic types like Mega Mewtwo X and Y, and Ghost types like Giratina and Aegislash.

- Volt Switch is to pivot if Mega Mewtwo Y is facing walls or sweepers that it cannot handle.

Set Details

=========

- A Naive nature maximizes its possible speed while keeping its Attack high. However, if Bolt Strike is not used, a Modest nature is much better.

- Life Orb is good for boosting its move power, especially that Sheer Force negates residual damage.

Usage Tips

=========

- Make sure that Mega Mewtwo Y comes in safely or else it will most likely be fainted. This can be accomplished by using slow pivoting partners such as Registeel, Solgaleo, Zygarde-Complete, or Mega Audino.

- Mega Mewtwo Y should be switched out against priority users such as Aerilate Mega Rayquaza, faster sweepers like Deoxys-Attack. If you don’t have Moongeist Beam, Sturdy Shedinja becomes a problem as well.

- Watch out for enemies that might have Focus Sash like Deoxys-Attack and Mega Gengar, as they usually also carry Shell Smash and can sweep you if you’re not prepared.

- Mega Mewtwo Y is good at breaking cores in the early to middle game, and should be switched in often at that time to apply heavy pressure.

Team Options

==========

- Hazards are useful for breaking the opponent's Focus Sashes, especially if you don't have one yourself.

- This set is particularly Imposter prone so it needs solid proofing such as Sturdy Shedinja. Specific partners can also be used for specific sets – for example, Primal Kyogre can be used with a Mewtwo lacking Bolt Strike.

- Mega Mewtwo Y is great at punching holes through bulky cores, so a late game sweeper such as a Contrary or Shell Smash user makes a good teammate.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]

Other Options

========

- Mega Mewtwo Y can also hold a Choice Scarf on the Psychic Surge set to outspeed Imposter Chansey and Deoxys-A.

- It can also use Spore, but then it needs to run Safety Goggles for Magic Bounce users and Imposter Chansey.

Checks and Counters

========

- Steel Types: Tanks like Solgaleo, Dialga, and Aegislash can take hits with ease, but they need to watch out for its coverage moves.

- Dark Types: Walls like Yveltal, Mega Gyarados, and Mega Tyranitar are immune to Psychic type moves though they don’t appreciate attacks like Secret Sword and Moonblast.

- Priority: If Psychic Terrain isn’t up, Galvanize Zekrom, Pixilate Mega Diancie, Refrigerate Kyurem-Black, and Aerilate Mega Rayquaza will easily eliminate Mega Mewtwo Y with their priority attacks.

- Bulky Walls: Walls such as Giratina, Mega Audino, and Arceus can take at least one hit from Mega Mewtwo Y and dent it with Knock Off or U-Turn.

- Prankster: Destiny Bond users such as Registeel can bring Mega Mewtwo Y down with it.eeee

- Residual Damage: Stealth Rocks can nullify its Focus Sash and wear Mega Mewtwo Y down, allowing it to be picked off with ease. If Mega Mewtwo Y is holding it, Life Orb can additionally deal steady damage, unless Mewtwo is running the Sheer Force set. Walls can exploit this by stalling until Mega Mewtwo Y faints itself.

for the first sets, life orb should be the first option. not saying the others are bad, in fact i myself run specs. however, life orb is just much more flexible and more useful in general.
imo the second set should be moved to other options. not only the simple z-geomancy set can be used by other pokemon more effectively, but also the whole set can be countered easily by experienced players, making it not that effective. i would recommend it to be moved to other options.
Thanks for the feedback, will edit.

Good start, but I feel u need to mention some more sets, @ me when ur done to get the QC stamp
[OVERVIEW]
- Mewtwo-Mega Y has the highest unboosted Special Attack in the game with a great 140 base Speed to boot, outspeeding key sweepers such as Mewtwo-X, Mega Rayquaza and Gengar-Mega.
- Although it is cursed with a Psychic typing and subpar defenses, it has acceptable 106/120 special defenses. I mean I guess you can mention this, but MMY really should not be switching into to any powerful moves in general, even if they are special.
- Because of its Psychic typing, it struggles against Steel walls such as Registeel, Aegislash, Solgaleo, and Dialga. These Steel walls can also take advantage of Psychic Terrain, which can turn the tide against it. How do they take advantage of Terrain exactly? All of them resist common form of priorities anyways and iirc Solgaleo usually does not carry Psychic STAB anyways, so I would not mention this.
- Due to its fragility (specifically its puny 70 defenses), it needs some support by defensive pivots such as pokemon like Yveltal, Tyranitar, or Registeel to check common check to it while also providing it momentum.
- Mewtwo-Y functions best as a lead, sent in and quickly overpowering opposing leads and sweepers. MMY can also work late game tho, especially Quiver Dance sets. Just mention that the All-Out-Attacking sets work well early game.
- I would also emphasize that it can use various offensive sets that each require their own specific checks to it.

Psychic Terrain Sweeper
Mewtwo-Mega-Y @ Focus Sash / Life Orb / Spooky Plate / Safety Goggles (mention in Set details imo)
Ability: Psychic Surge
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Psystrike
- Moongeist Beam
- Secret Sword / Aura Sphere / Blue Flare / Moonblast
- Spore (should be OO in Moves section) / Shell Smash / Tail Glow / Volt Switch / Earth Power / Judgement (should be like second or third slash)

Set Comments
Moves
- Psystrike is the main nuke, at least 2HKOing anything that doesn't resist it and 3HKOing max defensive Zygarde-Complete.
- Moongeist Beam is to hit Shedinja, other Psychic types such as other Mewtwo-Ys, Mewtwo-X, and Solgaleo, and physically defensive walls like Zygarde-Complete, Giratina, and Aegislash.
- Secret Sword and Aura Sphere is to hit Steel types such as Kartana and Registeel
- You can also use Blue Flare if Focus Blast is too inaccurate.
- Spore is used if you cannot KO the opponent fast enough; however, Tail Glow can be used against walls to make Mewtwo-Y even more powerful.
- Volt Switch is to pivot if Mewtwo-Y is facing walls or sweepers that it cannot handle.
- Earth Power lets Mewtwo-Y hit Groudon-Primal and Solgaleo.
- Judgement: Ground type hits Solgaleo, Groudon-Primal, and Registeel; Fairy hits Yveltal. This also helps Imposterproof Mewtwo-Y, though you need to use a plate. Ghost type is much better imo, as it still allows it to hit Solgaleo but also can target Giratina and can pseudo improof itself as well. The other mons you mentioned get blowned away by MMY's coverage moves anyways.
- Shell Smash should be mentioned as main setup move due to it working very well with Terrain up, allowing MMY to outspeed and likely KO the majority of the meta after one boost.

Set Details
========
- Psychic Terrain block priority moves and boots MMY's STAB.
- Maximum Speed investment with a Timid nature makes sure Mewtwo-Y outspeeds the 130 speed tiers.
- Maximum Special Attack takes advantage of its huge base stat for a high offensive presence.
- Focus Sash makes sure Mewtwo-Mega-Y lives a hit from full health.
- Safety Goggles is used against Spore leads such as Deoxys-Speed. (and can lure in Imposters as well)
- Life Orb is used to further boost its attacks, although it can wear Mewtwo-Y down quickly if it can't sweep fast enough.
- Spooky Plate for Ghost Judgement

Usage Tips
========
- Mewtwo-Y will mostly be killed if it switches in, so slow pivots such as Mega Gyarados, Registeel, and Mega Audino are optimal to give it switchin opportunities.
- Once Psychic Surge wears off, be weary of priority as it will most likely OHKO you. Additionally, when you switch back in, Psychic Surge will re-activate.
- If you're using Focus Sash, try to get rid of hazards before you switch in so it isn't wasted.
- Mewtwo-Y works great against Gengar-Mega as long as it doesn't have Shell Smash, Triage Mewtwo-X, Refrigerate Kyurem-B, and Triage/Aerilate Rayquaza-Mega.
- Mewtwo-Y should be switched out if the opponent sends in Imposter / Innards Out Chansey, Deoxys-A Pheromosa, Deoxys-S (if you don't have Safety Goggles), and specially defensive Steel-type tanks such as RegenVest Dialga and Solgaleo.
- Use Safety Goggles if you use Spore to not get bounced by Magic Bounce or Magic Coat and to lure in Imposters.
- Be aware that if you switch out and Psychic Terrain is still up you disable other pokemon on you team from using priority moves.

Team Options
========
- Mewtwo-Y works well with Dark types such as Yveltal and Tyranitar-Mega as they resist each other's weaknesses and can break down eachothers common checks.
- Hazards are particularly useful to break Sashes, especially against sweepers such as Deoxys-A, Pheromosa, and Mega Gengar.
- Mewtwo-Y is very vulnerable to Imposter Chansey, so make sure to Imposterproof it with teammates such as RegenVest Dialga and Defensive Yveltal.
- Hazard Removers to ensure Sash stays intact.
- Pursuit users such as Mega Gyarados and Solgaleo are also nice to chip the Imposters.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options

========
- Dazzling/Queenly Majesty can also work to bluff the prio immunity since it does not reveal it unlike Psy Terrain does, potentially leading to sweeps more often surprisingly.
- Mewtwo-Y can also run a Contrary set with Psycho Boost, Fleur Cannon, Leaf Storm, and Overheat. Having only one STAB, however, other pokemon are probably better using it. (This really should have its own set and move out of OO, but idk if rest of QC agrees).
- All out Attacking Sheer Force with Bolt Strike should also be mentioned. (can also get its own set tbh).

- Mewtwo-Y can also hold a Choice Scarf to outspeed Imposter Chansey, Pheromosa and Deoxys-A.
- Mewtwo-Y can run Tinted Lens to handle Steel types; however, it then because vulnerable to priority attacks.

Checks and Counters
========
- Residual Damage: Stealth Rocks can nullify its Focus Sash and wear Mewtwo-Y down, allowing it to be picked off with ease. If Mewtwo-Y is holding it, Life Orb can additionally deal steady damage which can be exploited by walls. (move this to one of the last mentions)
- Deoxys-A: Deoxys can live a hit thanks to its Focus Sash and counterattack with strong attacks, killing Mewtwo-Y if it doesn't hold a sash as well. Pheromosa is a better example in this instance due to them usually carrying multi-hit moves to break sashes.
- Priority: If there isn't Psychic Terrain up, Galvanize Zekrom, Pixilate Diancie-Mega, Refrigerate Kyurem-B, and Aerilate Rayquaza-Mega will easily eliminate Mewtwo-Y.
- Imposter Chansey: Chansey can easily switch into Mewtwo-Y and if they win the speed tie, can proceed to sweep the rest of the team, especially with the Set-Up Sweeper set. Although if MMY is carrying Ghost Judgement or Spore Safety Goggles, then it can win the 1v1 more often then not.
- Bulky Walls: Walls such as Primal Groudon, Zygarde-Complete, and Lugia Mega Audino, Giratina, and Arceus can take at least one hit Mewtwo-Y's attacks fairly easily and KO it with moves such as Metal Burst, wear it down with Toxic, or cripple it with Nuzzle, Spore, or Lovely Kiss. and can threaten to dent MMy with Knock Off or U-turn.
- Solgaleo: Specifically RegenVest Solgaleo resists Mewtwo-Y's STAB 4x, and can takes hits from even Earth Power and Moongeist Beam. Just mention Bulky Steel-types in general such as Dialga, Registeel, and Solgaleo, although they need to be weary of MMY's coverage moves. (move to one of the first mentions)
- Dark-types: Dark-types such as Mega Tyranitar, Yveltal, and Mega Gyarados are all immune to MMY's main STAB moves, and can threaten it with Pursuit. Although MMY can hit them back hard with appropriate coverage like Secred Sword and Moonblast. (again move up the list)

- Prankster: Destiny Bond users such as Registeel can bring Mewtwo-Y down with it. (I guess but not that reliable tbh)

Wait, I already implemented those checks; I revised it at least a month ago.
Look through it again, you missed a bunch of things. In the overview alone you missed mentioning Mray, the entirety of the changes to the pivot bullet, the change from lead to early game, the mentioning of sets...

One of the most important 'mons you have right there.

Comments are bolded.

[OVERVIEW]

- Mewtwo-Mega Y has the highest unboosted Special Attack in the game with a great 140 base Speed to boot, outspeeding key sweepers such as Mewtwo-X, Rayquaza-Mega and Gengar-Mega.
- It is cursed with a Psychic typing and low defenses, making it hard for it to switch in any many pokemon without defensive support. If I were you, I would be much more specific with this Mewtwo's typing. You are missing a lot of benefits and hindrance on Mewtwo being Psychic-type in this generation. Mention stuff like:
* The highest Special Attack stat in the game along with Psychic-typing turns Mewtwo into the most dangerous attacker in the metagame along with Psychic Terrain (Surge)
* The single Psychic-typing leaves Mewtwo often walled against common Steel-types such as Registeel and Solgaleo and this leaves Mewtwo reliant on coverage moves to defeat them
* Weakness to U-turn and Knock Off forces out Mewtwo very often, even against support 'mons
* ETC

- Because of its Psychic typing, it struggles against Steel walls such as Registeel, Aegislash, Solgaleo, and Dialga.
- Due to its fragility (specifically its puny 70 defenses), it needs some support by defensive pivots like Yveltal, Tyranitar, or Registeel to check common checks while also maintaining momentum.
- Mewtwo-Y functions best as a lead, sent in and quickly overpowering opposing leads and sweepers. The All-Out Attacking set works well in the early game as well, while a Quiver Dance set functions well in the late-game.
- It can utilize various offensive sets; however, these individual sets need their own checks to them.

- Moongeist Beam is to hit Shedinja, other Psychic types such as other Mewtwo-Ys, Mewtwo-X, and Solgaleo, and physically defensive walls like Zygarde-Complete, Giratina, and Aegislash.
- Secret Sword or Blue Flare is to hit Steel types such as Kartana and Registeel.
- Moonblast hits Dark types such as Gyarados-Mega, and Tyranitar-Mega and Yveltal.
- Spore is used if you cannot KO the opponent fast enough; however, Shell Smash can be used against walls to make Mewtwo-Y even more powerful.
- Judgement: Ghost type Judgement hits important walls such as Solgaleo, Aegislash, and Giratina. This also helps pseudo-imposterproof Mewtwo-Y, though you need to use a plate. Don't you think this kinda repeats with Moongeist Beam? If you need plate - Judgment for imposter-proofing purpose, I would say Earth Plate or Flame Plate does the best job.
- Volt Switch is to pivot if Mewtwo-Y is facing walls or sweepers that it cannot handle.
- Earth Power lets Mewtwo-Y hit Groudon-Primal and Solgaleo.

Overall, I am not sure if Solgaleo is relevant example or not because without Life Orb or Choice Specs (which is significantly important item that can be used along with Trick but was not included for unknown reason) MMY can't even do over 50% to Solgaleo with super-effective moves, and 90+% of them are AV Regenvest forms... I will leave this to QC.

Set Details
========
- Psychic Terrain disables priority moves and boosts Mewtwo-Y's STAB.
- Maximum Speed investment with a Timid nature makes sure Mewtwo-Y outspeeds the 130 speed tiers.
- Maximum Special Attack takes advantage of its huge base stat for a high offensive presence.
- Focus Sash makes sure Mewtwo-Y lives a hit from full health.
- Safety Goggles is used against Spore leads such as Deoxys-Speed.
- Life Orb is used to further boost its attacks, although it can wear Mewtwo-Y down quickly if it can't sweep fast enough.
- Spooky Plate gives it Ghost type Judgement.
* Terrain Extender makes Psychic Terrain last for 3 more turns, letting Mega Mewtwo Y's teammates be safe from priority moves and gain additional power if any of them are Psychic-types.

Usage Tips
========
- Mewtwo-Y will most likely be killed if it switches in, so a slow pivot is optimal to prevent it from being eliminated. There is difference between "Mewtwo has fainted!" and "Mewtwo has died!"
- Once Psychic Surge wears off, be weary of priority as it will most likely OHKO you. Additionally, when you switch back in, Psychic Surge will re-activate. If the opponent relies on priority and is aware that you have MMY to activate Psychic Surge, they might predict switch-in's. Keep in mind this is not reliable strategy at all times.
- Mewtwo-Y should be switched out if the opponent sends in Imposter / Innards Out Chansey, Pheromosa, Deoxys-S (if you don't have Safety Goggles), and specially defensive Steel tanks such as RegenVest Dialga and Solgaleo.
- Use Safety Goggles if you use Spore to not get bounced by Magic Bounce or Magic Coat, as well as lure Imposters.
- Be aware that if you switch out and Psychic Terrain is still up you prevent your own teammates from using priority moves.

Team Options
========
- Mewtwo-Y works well with Dark types such as Yveltal and Tyranitar-Mega as they resist each other's weaknesses and deal with each other's checks.
- Hazards are particularly useful to break Sashes, especially against sweepers such as Pheromosa, other Mewtwo-Ys, and Gengar-Mega.
- Mewtwo-Y is very vulnerable to Imposter Chansey, so make sure to Imposterproof it with teammates such as RegenVest Dialga and Defensive Yveltal.
- Hazard removers are crucial to protecting Mewtwo-Y's Sash, if it has one.
- Pursuit users such as Gyarados-Mega and Solgaleo are helpful to chip Imposters.
* Keep hazards away because Focus Sash must be kept intact if MMY is holding it or Life Orb and Stealth Rock will wear it down super fast

Moves
-Psychic is Mewtwo-Y's main STAB powering it to 180 BP (counting STAB).
-Blue Flare hits Steel walls such as Solgaleo and Aegislash
-Bolt Strike, while being a physical move, has good attack power and hits Water and Flying types like Gyarados-Mega, Kyogre-Primal, and Yveltal.
-Ice Beam takes care of Rayquaza-Mega and Zygarde-Complete.
-Earth Power hits Dialga and Groudon-Primal.
- Moonblast hits Dark types such as Gyarados-Mega, and Tyranitar-Mega.
- Focus Blast hits Dark types with more power, but at the cost of less accuracy.
* Thunderbolt simultanteously hits Mega Gyarados, Yveltal, Primal Kyogre, and Celesteela

Set Details
=========
- Max Speed investment makes sure that Mewtwo-Y outspeeds the 130 tier.
- A Hasty nature maximizes its possible speed while keeping its attack high.
- Max Special Attack investment gives Mewtwo-Y the highest offensive presence.
- A Focus Sash lets Mewtwo-Y survive at least one hit from full health.
- Life Orb is good for boosting its move power, especially that Sheer Force negates residual damage.

Usage Tips
=========
- Make sure that Mewtwo-Y comes in safely or else it will most likely be killed. Why does Pokemon lead to the matter of life and death? I don't think QC team or GP team likes this wording lol
- Mewtwo-Y works well against many sweepers and tanks that don't have priority, such as Gengar-Mega, Kyogre-Primal, Zygarde-Complete, and Aegislash.
- Mewtwo-Y should be switched out against priority spammers such as Aerilate Rayquaza-Mega, faster sweepers like Pheromosa, and Sturdy Shedinja.
- If you're using a Focus Sash, you should keep hazards off your side of the field before switching it in.
- if you're using a Life Orb, watch out for enemies that might have Focus Sash like Pheromosa, Deoxys-Attack, and Greninja-Ash.

Team Options
==========
- Hazards are useful for breaking the opponent's Sashes, especially if you don't have one yourself.
- This set is particularly Imposter prone so it needs solid proofing such as Sturdy Shedinja.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options

========
- Mewtwo-Y can use Quiver Dance to become more of a late-game sweeper.
- Mewtwo-Y can also hold a Choice Scarf to outspeed Imposter Chansey, Pheromosa and Deoxys-A.
- Mewtwo-Y can run Tinted Lens to handle Steel types; however, it then because vulnerable to priority attacks.
* Contrary sets involving V-Create will let it break through its usual checks (Steel-type AV Regens) but makes imposter-proofing much harder
* No Guard suicide lead with Zap Cannon and Stealth Rock can be a surprise to opponent... this is up to you or QC about including in OO

Checks and Counters
========

Order bullet points from the most common -> the most relevant -> the most dangerous ones. I will leave this up to you and QC.

- Pheromosa: Pheromosa can take a hit thanks to Focus Sash and retaliate with Pin Missile, breaking a Sash and killing Mewtwo-Y.
- Steel Types: Tanks like Solgaleo, Dialga, and Aegislash can take hits with ease, but they need to watch out for its coverage moves.
- Dark Types: Walls like Yveltal, Gyarados-Mega, and Tyranitar-Mega are immune to Psychic type moves though they can't tank moves like Secret Sword and Moonblast.
- Priority: If there isn't Psychic Terrain up, Galvanize Zekrom, Pixilate Diancie-Mega, Refrigerate Kyurem-B, and Aerilate Rayquaza-Mega will easily eliminate Mewtwo-Y.
- Imposter Chansey: Chansey can easily switch into Mewtwo-Y and if they win the speed tie, can proceed to sweep the rest of the team; however, if Mewtwo-Y is carrying Spooky Plate and Judgement or Spore and Safety Goggles, it will most likely win the 1v1.
- Bulky Walls: Walls such as Giratina, Audino-Mega, and Arceus can take at least one hit from Mewtwo-Y and dent or even kill it with Knock Off or U-Turn.
- Prankster: Destiny Bond users such as Registeel can bring Mewtwo-Y down with it.
- Residual Damage: Stealth Rocks can nullify its Focus Sash and wear Mewtwo-Y down, allowing it to be picked off with ease. If Mewtwo-Y is holding it, Life Orb can additionally deal steady damage which can be exploited by walls.

Bit late, but here's another check

[OVERVIEW]
- Mewtwo-Mega Y (It's "Mega Mewtwo Y") has the highest unboosted Special Attack in the game with a great 140 base Speed to boot, outspeeding key sweepers such as Mewtwo-X ("Mega Mewtwo X"), Rayquaza-Mega (Mega Rayquaza) and Gengar-Mega (Mega Gengar).
- It is cursed with a Psychic typing and low defenses, making it hard for it to switch in any many pokemon Pokemon without defensive support. just say "poor defensive typing", saying "Psychic Typing" doesnt make it immediately apparent that defensively psychic is poor.
- Offensively, it struggles against common Steel walls such as Registeel, Aegislash, Solgaleo, and Dialga, forcing it to rely on coverage moves to defeat them.
- Defensively, Mewtwo-Y (Mega Mewtwo Y) also has a weakness to U-Turn (U-turn) and Knock Off, forcing it out very often even against defensive and support mons (Pokemon). this point can be merged with the one where you describe how mewtwo's type is poor, since they're pretty much the same.
- Due to its fragility (specifically its puny low 70 defenses), it needs some support by from defensive pivots like Yveltal, Tyranitar Mega Tyranitar, or Registeel to check common checks while also maintaining momentum. What does this mean? It needs teammates? I don't understand what point this is making. please describe it more clearly or remove it altogether.
- Mewtwo-Y functions best as a lead, sent in and quickly overpowering opposing leads and sweepers. The All-Out Attacking set works well in the early game as well, while a Quiver Dance set functions well in the late-game. really weird few sentences here. doesnt tell the reader why mewtwo should be used. this sort of stuff can be talked about later, this is not the right section for it. please remove this bullet point.
- It can utilize various offensive sets; however, these individual sets need their own checks to them. why? specify imposter exists, and that players need to teambuild carefully to make sure imposter mmy doesnt sweep them back. when flint told you to add this sentence dont just literally copy / paste the comment. understand what the problem is and make sure any details you've missed out are edited into the analysis in a way that looks authentic. having said that, order the overview, with pros first, then cons after.

Psychic Surge
Mewtwo-Mega-Y @ Focus Sash / Life Orb / Safety Goggles / Terrain Extender CHOICE SPECS WHERE
Ability: Psychic Surge
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpA / 252 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Psystrike / Psycho Boost
- Moongeist Beam
- Secret Sword / Blue Flare / Moonblast
- Spore / Shell Smash / Volt Switch / Earth Power
flint told you to remove spore from the set and mention it in the moves section. also where is judgment? Spooky Plate? please implement these checks properly.

Set Comments
Moves
- Psystrike is the main STAB (move), at least 2HKOing anything that doesn't resist it and 3HKOing max defensive Zygarde-Complete. Psycho Boost can also be used for more power, but lowers its own special attack by two (stages) when it is used. (3hkoing something is not a good selling point, and 2hkoing everything is a very bold statement. its best to use phrases like "dealing a huge amount of damage to anything that doesn't resist it". remove mentions of 3hkoing zyg.)
- Moongeist Beam is to hit Shedinja, other Psychic types such as other Mewtwo-Ys, Mewtwo-X, and Solgaleo, and physically defensive walls like Zygarde-Complete, Giratina, and Aegislash. (moongeist beam does fuck all to zyg, please remove it from the list.)
- Secret Sword or Blue Flare is to hit Steel types such as Kartana and Registeel. and solgaleo
- Moonblast hits Dark types such as Gyarados-Mega, Tyranitar-Mega, and Yveltal.
- Spore is used if you cannot KO the opponent fast enough; however, Shell Smash can be used against walls to make Mewtwo-Y even more powerful.
- Volt Switch is to pivot if Mewtwo-Y is facing walls or sweepers that it cannot handle.
- Earth Power lets Mewtwo-Y hit Groudon-Primal and Solgaleo. (redundant. groudon takes much more from a psycho boost, and psystrike only does a tiny bit less. also moongeist + blue flare hit solg harder. replace this with judgment)

Set Details
========
- Psychic Terrain disables priority moves and boosts the power of Mewtwo-Y's STAB attacks.
- Maximum Speed investment with a Timid nature makes sure Mewtwo-Y outspeeds the 130 speed tiers.
- Maximum Special Attack takes advantage of its huge base stat for a high offensive presence. dont need this and the above bullet points, since the evs are maxed out anyway
- Focus Sash makes sure Mewtwo-Y lives a hit from full health. vs what? how does this help? give us an example.
- Safety Goggles is used against Spore leads such as Deoxys-Speed. also comes in handy vs other users of spore, including imposter if u have the move urself. its more useful than u give it credit for.
- Life Orb is used to further boost its attacks, although it can wear Mewtwo-Y down quickly if it can't sweep fast enough.
- here would be a good place to mention specs and spooky plate
- Terrain Extender makes Psychic Terrain last for three more turns, allowing it and the rest of the team to be safe from priority for longer, and boosts them as well if they use Psychic-type moves. mention how this should only be used to support team mates, and is a sub par option otherwise.

Usage Tips
========
- Mewtwo-Y will most likely be OHKO'd if it switches into a powerful attack, so a slow pivot is optimal to prevent it from being eliminated KO'd.
- Once Psychic Surge wears off, be weary of priority as it will most likely OHKO you. Additionally, when you switch back in, Psychic Surge will re-activate. However, if the opponent knows that your Mewtwo-Y has Psychic Surge, they can predict the switch-in, so this is the not the most reliable strategy. you dont need to mention that psychic surge re actives upon switching in, that's common sense. also the last sentence doesnt make sense. why is psychic surge the thing that makes the opponent want to predict the switch? i dont understand. please remove that.
- If you're using Focus Sash, try to get rid of hazards before you switch in so it isn't wasted.
- Mewtwo-Y works great against Gengar-Mega as long as it doesn't have Shell Smash, Triage Mewtwo-X, Refrigerate Kyurem-B, and Triage/Aerilate Rayquaza-Mega. just condence this to "psychic surge mmy is good vs triage users, and this is why..."
- Mewtwo-Y should be switched out if the opponent sends in Imposter / Innards Out Chansey, Pheromosa, Deoxys-S (if you don't have Safety Goggles), and specially defensive Steel tanks such as RegenVest Dialga and Solgaleo. why should it be switched out? its forced out for different reasons by Deo than it is by Regi. also remove mentions of pheromosa.
- Use Safety Goggles if you use Spore to not get bounced by Magic Bounce or Magic Coat, as well as lure Imposters.
- Be aware that if you switch out and Psychic Terrain is still up you prevent your own teammates from using priority moves. only vs grounded targets.

Team Options
========
- Mewtwo-Y works well with Dark types such as Yveltal and Tyranitar-Mega as they resist each other's weaknesses and deal with each other's checks.
- Hazards are particularly useful to break Sashes, especially against sweepers such as Pheromosa, other Mewtwo-Ys, and Gengar-Mega. remove mentions of pheromosa, replace it with deo-a.
- Mewtwo-Y is very vulnerable to Imposter Chansey, so make sure to Imposterproof it with teammates such as RegenVest Dialga and Defensive Yveltal. why is it vunerable? specify that it cannot fight imposter one on one and that forces it out.
- Hazard removers are crucial to protecting Mewtwo-Y's Focus Sash, if it has one.
- Pursuit users such as Gyarados-Mega and Solgaleo are helpful to chip Imposters. chip Imposter Chansey transformed as Mewtwo.
- Rapid Spin or Defog users are important to remove hazards which can render Mewtwo-Y's Sash useless (if it has one) and wear it down quickly. mention a team mate that can provide this service. a steel for instance can do this and also improof potentially.

- Focus Blast hits Dark types with more power, but at the cost of less accuracy.
- Thunderbolt is a special alternative to Bolt Strike.

talk about tail glow, moongeist + volt switch here.

Set Details
=========
- Max Speed investment makes sure that Mewtwo-Y outspeeds the 130 tier.
- A Hasty nature maximizes its possible speed while keeping its attack high.
- Max Special Attack investment gives Mewtwo-Y the highest offensive presence. again, dont need to talk about evs when they're all maxed out. change the hasty mention to naive.
- A Focus Sash lets Mewtwo-Y survive at least one hit from full health. idk why you'd use this item over LO
- Life Orb is good for boosting its move power, especially that Sheer Force negates residual damage.

Usage Tips
=========
- Make sure that Mewtwo-Y comes in safely or else it will most likely be OHKO'd. mention pivoting partners and how they help mmy accomplish this.
- Mewtwo-Y works well against many sweepers and tanks that don't have priority, such as Gengar-Mega, Kyogre-Primal, Zygarde-Complete, and Aegislash. you've listed a bunch of random pokemon from all different categories here as things mewtwo beats. this is usage tips, you aren't telling the reader how to use mewtwo, ur just telling them how good it is vs stuff. please remove this.
- Mewtwo-Y should be switched out against priority spammers such as Aerilate Rayquaza-Mega, faster sweepers like Pheromosa, and Sturdy Shedinja. again, remove pheromosa. also mention how if the set has moongeist, u dont need to switch out vs shed. also dont use the word "spammers", just "users" suffices.
- If you're using a Focus Sash, you should keep hazards off your side of the field before switching it in.
- if you're using a Life Orb, Watch out for enemies that might have Focus Sash like Pheromosa, Deoxys-Attack, and Greninja-Ash. gren and pheromosa are worthless. a better example could be gengar. also mention HOW sash screws over mewtwo.
- mention how mewtwo is good at breaking cores in the early to mid part of the game, and should be switched in often at that stage of the game to apply heavy pressure.

Team Options
==========
- Hazards are useful for breaking the opponent's Focus Sashes, especially if you don't have one yourself.
- This set is particularly Imposter prone so it needs solid proofing such as Sturdy Shedinja.
you could have elaborated a bit more here. sf mewtwo is good at punching holes through bulky cores, so a partner that can clean in the late game vs weakened teams such as a contrary mon or a smash sweeper makes for a nice team mate. also specify how specific partners can improof specific sets (like solg vs mewtwos lacking blue flare or something).

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options

========
- Mewtwo-Y can use Quiver Dance to become more of a late-game sweeper. with what ability?
- Mewtwo-Y can also hold a Choice Scarf to outspeed Imposter Chansey, Pheromosa and Deoxys-A. again, what ability? what set? please be more specific.
- Mewtwo-Y can run Tinted Lens to handle Steel types; however, it then because vulnerable to priority attacks. i dont think this is worth mentioning. it has better sets to lure in and handle steels. please remove this
- A Contrary set with V-Create allows Mewtwo-Y to break through its checks such as RegenVest steel-types, but is much harder to imposterproof. THIS NEEDS TO BE ITS OWN SET PLEASE MAKE IT HAPPEN.

Checks and Counters
========
- Pheromosa: Pheromosa can take a hit thanks to Focus Sash and retaliate with Pin Missile, breaking a Sash and killing Mewtwo-Y. no longer relevant.
- Steel Types: Tanks like Solgaleo, Dialga, and Aegislash can take hits with ease, but they need to watch out for its coverage moves.
- Dark Types: Walls like Yveltal, Gyarados-Mega, and Tyranitar-Mega are immune to Psychic type moves though they can't tank moves like Secret Sword and Moonblast. dont use the word "tank", say something like "though they don't appreciate attacks like...."
- Priority: If there isn't Psychic Terrain up, Galvanize Zekrom, Pixilate Diancie-Mega, Refrigerate Kyurem-B, and Aerilate Rayquaza-Mega will easily eliminate Mewtwo-Y with their priority attacks.
- Imposter Chansey: Chansey can easily switch into Mewtwo-Y and if they win the speed tie, can proceed to sweep the rest of the team; however, if Mewtwo-Y is carrying Spooky Plate and Judgement or Spore and Safety Goggles, it will most likely win the 1v1. u have yet to mention spooky plate once in this entire analysis, so this is not something the reader would think imposter would need to watch out for. also
- Bulky Walls: Walls such as Giratina, Audino-Mega, and Arceus can take at least one hit from Mewtwo-Y and dent or even kill it with Knock Off or U-Turn. theres no way mmy dies from a giratina's uturn. remove "or even kill it".
- Prankster: Destiny Bond users such as Registeel can bring Mewtwo-Y down with it. please elaborate on how registeel can accomplish this.
- Residual Damage: Stealth Rocks can nullify its Focus Sash and wear Mewtwo-Y down, allowing it to be picked off with ease. If Mewtwo-Y is holding it, Life Orb can additionally deal steady damage which can be exploited by walls. not if it has sheer force. how can walls exploit this? please specify.
There are a few things missing that you have yet to add from Flint's check months ago, and the analysis is also outdated at parts so you'll need to carefully read this post to edit your analysis correctly. Seeing as how there's a lot to do (Like adding a Contrary set), I'd like to see these changes before giving you a check. Just PM me on Showdown or tag me here once you're done.

- Defensively, Mewtwo-Y (Mega Mewtwo Y) also has a weakness to U-Turn (U-turn) and Knock Off and spectral thief (don't just c/p this in, i talk informally in my qc checks unlike scarf), forcing it out very often even against defensive and support mons (Pokemon). this point can be merged with the one where you describe how mewtwo's type is poor, since they're pretty much the same.
- Due to its fragility (specifically its puny low 70 defenses), it needs some support by from defensive pivots like Yveltal, Tyranitar Mega Tyranitar, or Registeel to check common checks while also maintaining momentum. flint told you to remove spore from the set and mention it in the moves section. also where is judgment? Spooky Plate? please implement these checks properly.
why would i ever run spooky plate judgment mmy on a set that already has moongeist beam that's disgusting. revelation dance should be slashed with psychic stab and spore (2 psychic stab is ok, rev dance can't really threaten stuff as well as pboost) because it allows mmy to check normalize gengar. stored power should also be mentioned on shell smash sets. vcreate should be slashed with secret sword because it can threaten avregen steels more effectively due to it being physical, mmy has a nice base 150 attack so even with a timid nature it can still deal tons of damage to these threats. life orb vcreate sets however should run naive/hasty for the power to ko solgaleo after rocks.

talk about tail glow, moongeist + volt switch here.
volt switch is cool for free switchins. however moongeist literally only hits shed (and other psychics but besides mmy those are rare), giratina is hit harder by ice beam/moonblast and gengar loses to psychic. unless you really want it gone, wynaut run leech seed or something for more utility while also hitting shed? mention that tail glow can't just be slapped on the set, it requires specialization so you don't lose to imposter.

Checks and Counters
========
- Pheromosa: Pheromosa can take a hit thanks to Focus Sash and retaliate with Pin Missile, breaking a Sash and killing Mewtwo-Y. no longer relevant. pheromosa is still ok but pin missile is not, change to "bug stab" or "faster stuff"
- Steel Types: Tanks like Solgaleo, Dialga, and Aegislash can take hits with ease, but they need to watch out for its coverage moves.

- Imposter Chansey: Chansey can easily switch into Mewtwo-Y and if they win the speed tie, can proceed to sweep the rest of the team; however, if Mewtwo-Y is carrying Spooky Plate and Judgement or Spore and Safety Goggles, it will most likely win the 1v1. u have yet to mention spooky plate once in this entire analysis, so this is not something the reader would think imposter would need to watch out for. also spooky plate judgment fails to outdamage neutral judgment against eviolite chansey with imposter even if you choose to forgo moongeist, spooky judgment is bad don't use it. [252 SpA Spooky Plate Mewtwo-Mega-Y Judgment vs. 248 HP / 252 SpD Eviolite Chansey: 166-196 (23.6 - 27.8%) -- 86.7% chance to 4HKO; 252 SpA Chansey Judgment vs. 252 HP / 252 SpD Mewtwo-Mega-Y: 103-122 (24.7 - 29.3%) -- 100% chance to 4HKO] mention that imposter is usually the only thing people have that doesn't get 2hkod by sheer force sets so if you can remove it with pursuit or something that's fantastic.
-Bulky Walls: Walls such as Giratina, Audino-Mega, and Arceus can take at least one hit from Mewtwo-Y and dent or even kill it with Knock Off or U-Turn. theres no way mmy dies from a giratina's uturn. remove "or even kill it". also say that booster mmy fears spectral thief, but these walls lose to specs surge pboost.
-Prankster: Destiny Bond users such as Registeel can bring Mewtwo-Y down with it. please elaborate on how registeel can accomplish this.
Just PM me on Showdown or tag me here once you're done.
a e s t h e t i c

edit: some people couldn't see the hide tag contents so i took it out of the hide tag

EDIT2: after thinking about it, my opinion is that spooky plate is only good in conjunction with leech seed to beat imposter more easily, even then it's kinda sketchy tho

2nd AM QC because both QC team and I know S-rank 'mons have to be done ASAP.

At this point, I would also mention MMY's vulnerability against Pursuit users such as Mega Gyarados, Mega Tyranitar, and possibly Yveltal.

- Offensively, it struggles against common Steel walls such as Registeel, Aegislash, Solgaleo, and Dialga, forcing it to rely on coverage moves to defeat them.

- It can utilize various offensive sets; however, these individual sets need their own checks to them. This doesn't imply anything to readers who lack knowledge towards the metagame. Mention some examples such as Sheer Force or Contrary, which are the most relevant sets to get past its usual checks.

Psychic Surge

Mewtwo-Mega-Y @ Focus Sash / Life Orb / Safety Goggles / Terrain Extender / Choice Specs / Spooky Plate

I would say it should be ordered as: Choice Specs / Life Orb / Safety Goggles / Terrain Extender
* Focus Sash is not relevant unless you are running Shell Smash, and it is no longer a set that outclasses other sets because revengest Solg can take +2 Moongeist Beam
* You will most likely lose 1v1 against Imposter even if you carry Spooky Plate, and it is completely subpar option considering you can rather chip imposter on the switch using Choice Specs set and switching out to imposter-proofing Steel-type afterwards. Moongeist Beam outclasses Spooky Plate Judgment in almost every way because of the former's ability to hit through Sturdy Shedinja.

Ability: Psychic Surge

EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpA / 252 SpD / 252 Spe

Timid Nature

IVs: 0 Atk

- Psystrike / Psycho Boost

- Moongeist Beam / Judgement

- Secret Sword / Blue Flare / Moonblast / Fleur Cannon

- Shell Smash / Volt Switch re-order them by putting this way: Volt Switch / Shell Smash

Set Comments

Moves

- Psystrike is the main STAB, dealing a huge amound of damage to anything that doesn’t resist it. Psycho Boost can also be used for more power, but lowers its own special attack by two stages when it is used. It forces MMY to switch out afterwards, and conclusively the team will end up losing momentum.

- Again, Imposterproofing is much better using other 'mon which saves a moveslot for MMY while acquiring your team a support which will wall other MMY variants

- Secret Sword or Blue Flare is to hit Steel types such as Kartana, Solgaleo, and Registeel.

- Moonblast hits Dark types such as Mega Gyarados, Mega Tyranitar, and Yveltal

- Fleur Cannon is much better move at this point because it OHKOs Gyarados and Yveltal, and unlike Moonblast, the move does not give them second chance if they switched in at the wrong moment.

- Shell Smash can be used against passive walls to make Mega Mewtwo Y even more powerful.

- Volt Switch is to pivot if Mega Mewtwo Y is facing walls or sweepers that it cannot handle.

Set Details

========

Mention Spore in the orignal set or remove the statement about imposterproofing yourself using Spore

From here, there are some stuff to fix so I will leave this to SW

Usage Tips

========

========

Set Details

=========

- A Naive nature maximizes its possible speed while keeping its Attack high. However, if Bolt Strike is not used, a Modest nature is much better.

- Life Orb is good for boosting its move power, especially that Sheer Force negates residual damage.

Usage Tips

=========

==========

- Explain how you are going to handle this MMY with Tail Glow... using walls with unique typing, Unaware wall, possibly carrying Sturdinja, etc.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]

Other Options

========

========

- Imposter Chansey: Chansey can easily switch into Mega Mewtwo Y and if they win the speed tie, can proceed to sweep the rest of the team; however, if Mega Mewtwo Y is carrying Spooky Plate and Judgement or Spore and Safety Goggles, it will most likely win the 1v1.

^ Although this is true, this doesn't need a mention since this applies to every attacker in BH meta. I was told to not to make this section too in my analysis.

Here are some of my comments you've missed:
why? specify imposter exists, and that players need to teambuild carefully to make sure imposter mmy doesnt sweep them back. when flint told you to add this sentence dont just literally copy / paste the comment. understand what the problem is and make sure any details you've missed out are edited into the analysis in a way that looks authentic. having said that, order the overview, with pros first, then cons after.

vs what? how does this help? give us an example.

why is it vunerable? specify that it cannot fight imposter one on one and that forces it out.

"- is Mega Mewtwo Y's main STAB powering it to 180 BP (counting STAB)." [Missing Psychic]
[Just CTRL + F to find where these comments are]

Also, I forgot to mention this last time but shorten the first set's items down to just "Choice Specs / Spooky Plate" in that order, you can still mention the other items in the following sections though. Also, you need to add a contrary set, which you've forgotten to do. Please put effort into it, I hope you know this is a very important analysis so try your best.

Sorry for the sloppy work, I'm just having a pretty hectic month. I'll work on it as soon as I can, and will make it better. Hope you understand.

[OVERVIEW]

- Mega Mega Mewtwo Y has the highest unboosted Special Attack in the game with a great 140 base Speed to boot, outspeeding key sweepers such as Mega Mewtwo X, Mega Rayquaza and Mega Gengar.
Write more about how it is capable of running loads and loads of different offensive sets that make it almost impossible to predict at team preview. Also it has base 154 attack so it can lure stuff or run a mixed set. Really that first bullet doesn't do its pros justice, especially when you have three bullets below it talking about cons.

This sentence is kind of vague. I mean a lot of threats don't have blanket checks in this metagame.

Psychic Surge

Mewtwo-Mega-Y @ Focus Sash / Life Orb / Safety Goggles / Terrain Extender / Choice Specs / Spooky Plate
I would change the item choice to Focus Sash / Choice Specs / Spooky plate. MMY really hates life orb recoil, most users of Spore will die to a coverage move anyway, terrain extender is kind of superfluous since MMY can find plenty of opportunities to switch in. And I am not even sure about SpookyPlate. I actually like the idea of Pixie Plate better since you can hit Dark type walls and they can't hit you back.

Moves

- Psystrike is the main STAB, dealing a huge amound of damage to anything that doesn’t resist it. Psycho Boost can also be used for more power, but lowers its own special attack by two stages when it is used.
Psycho boost is best used with specs since only 4x resists can avoid a serious crippling after rocks.

I really question the spooky plate judgment on this set. You're giving up both your item slot and your ability-avoiding move. Pixie judgment is really useful, since you can improof it with Mega Tar/Mega Gyara/yveltal if you set up your coverage correctly.
- Secret Sword or Blue Flare is to hit Steel types such as Kartana, Solgaleo, and Registeel.
Secret Sword also blasts mega tar and mega gyara.
- Moonblast hits Dark types such as Mega Gyarados, Mega Tyranitar, and Yveltal
Mention earth power for pdon, Flash Fire steels, and Diancie
- Shell Smash can be used against passive walls to make Mega Mewtwo Y even more powerful.
Can ignore lowered defenses because of psysurge
- Volt Switch is to pivot if Mega Mewtwo Y is facing walls or sweepers that it cannot handle.
Best used on choice specs

Set Details

========

Deoxys-A does not generally run spore, You don't leave MMY in against Regigas unless it's boosted because it will just knock you off anyway and you will be heavily damaged and unable to really function for the rest of the game, Spore was not listed in the moves section. Really there's no need for goggles unless you are hyper scared of spore.
- Life Orb is used to further boost its attacks, although it can wear Mega Mewtwo Y down quickly if it can't sweep fast enough.
The power bost isn't worth the wearing down
- Choice Specs boosts Mega Mewtwo Y’s Special Attack even more, but locks it into one move.
Makes it a nuke, definitely worth using
- Spooky Plate makes Judgement Ghost-type, which is useful because Imposter Chansey usually doesn’t run it itself.
Switch to pixie plate
- Terrain Extender makes Psychic Terrain last for three more turns, allowing it and the rest of the team to be safe from priority longer, and boosts them as well if they use Psychic-type moves. However, this item should only be used to support teammates, and is a subpar option otherwise.
Yes

Usage Tips

========

- Mega Mewtwo Y will most likely be OHKO'd if it switches into a powerful or super-effective attack, so a slow pivot is optimal to prevent it from being KO’d.
MMY has enough bulk to live a single hit but it will be heavily damaged and can then only attack if it is guaranteed to KO
- Once Psychic Surge wears off, be weary of priority as it will most likely OHKO you.
Wary
- If you're using Focus Sash, try to get rid of hazards before you switch in so it isn't wasted.
Move to teammates section
Mention that Specs MMY is best use to scout and chip walls down with Volt Switch, as compared to actually sweeping through stuff, until late game.

- Mega Mewtwo Y works great against Mega Gengar as long as it doesn't have Shell Smash or Spore.
I would never switch in MMY on Gar since it threatens a near OHKO with Spooky Judgment

- Use Safety Goggles if you use Spore to not get bounced by Magic Bounce or Magic Coat, as well as lure Imposters.
remove from here
- Be aware that if you switch out and Psychic Terrain is still up you prevent your own teammates from using priority moves against grounded targets.

Team Options

olt Strike / Tail Glow/ Moongeist Beam

Set Comments

Moves

-Psychic is Mega Mewtwo Y's main STAB powering it to 180 BP (counting STAB).
It's actually 228 bp counting STAB, but that is just fluff. It dents neutral targets
- Blue Flare hits Steel walls such as Solgaleo and Aegislash
Move Earth Power up to here to match the set
- Bolt Strike, while being a physical move, has good attack power and hits Water and Flying types like Mega Gyarados, Kyogre-Primal, Yveltal, and Celesteela.

- Ice Beam takes care of OHKOs Mega Rayquaza and Zygarde-Complete.

An edge case. I'm not sure if this move is worth including. You give up coverage this way. Including Earth Power and Blue Flare allows you to hit a wider range of targets. Also mention that Steam Eruption OHKOs Groudon-p, whereas Earth power only 2hKOs it. Still, that's the only thing Steam Eruption is used for.
- Volt Switch is to pivot if Mega Mewtwo Y is facing walls or sweepers that it cannot handle.

- Make sure that Mega Mewtwo Y comes in safely or else it will most likely be fainted. This can be accomplished by using slow pivoting partners such as Registeel, Solgaleo, Zygarde-Complete, or Mega Audino.

- Mega Mewtwo Y is good at breaking cores in the early to middle game, and should be switched in often at that time to apply heavy pressure.
Mention that a single predicted switch can be devastating to the opponent, and that keeping moves hidden is the key to success. Imposters remove any surprise factor you would have, but also introduce an additional mind game now that your opponent has to decide whether he will switch or not on subsequent sightings of your MMY.

Team Options

==========
Provide examples for all of these. Please.

Add contrary set. It's common enough that it warrants its own set and can definitely pull its weight. The set is psycho boost/Overheat +2 fillers, usually V-Create, Superpower, Judgment, a recovery move, Spore, or Trick if carrying a Choice item

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]

Other Options

========

- Mega Mewtwo Y can also hold a Choice Scarf on the Psychic Surge set to outspeed Imposter Chansey and Deoxys-A.
Also outspeeds unburdened bdrum groudon
- It can also use Spore, but then it needs to run Safety Goggles for Magic Bounce users and Imposter Chansey.
Other sets to mention: No Guard antilead with Safey Goggles, Psychic Surge Shell Smash + Stored Power

Checks and Counters

========
Mention that MMY has no universal counters due to its sheer offensive power, so scouting its moveset is of paramount importance

Mention that both Steel- and Dark-Types are almost required to run AV in order to take repeated hits from MMY. By wearing an AV, one can also prevent OHKOs from special coverage moves, such as Blue Flare against a Solgaleo. AV also permits the use of a strong u-turn to chip MMY down, Knock Off to remove its item and half its health (or more if STAB), or Spectral Thief to steal its boosts.
- Priority: If Psychic Terrain isn’t up, Galvanize Zekrom, Pixilate Mega Diancie, Refrigerate Kyurem-Black, and Aerilate Mega Rayquaza will easily eliminate Mega Mewtwo Y with their priority attacks.
I'm pretty sure Pixilate Mega Diancie requires a damage roll to kill MMY with fake-speed from full health.
- Bulky Walls: Walls such as Giratina, Mega Audino, and Arceus can take at least one hit from Mega Mewtwo Y and dent it with Knock Off or U-Turn.
Move up to the first section
Add faster revenge killers. Mega Sceptile outspeeds MMY and can Spore non-Goggles sets, dealing 60+% with Draco Meteor or 70+ with SF+LO Seed Flare. Deoxys-A can force MMY out with the threat of Spectral Thief. More obscure RKers like Pheramosa/Mega Beedril can OHKO MMY with stab U-Turn (may not be worth mentioning). Once FlameOrb is activated, QF Mega Rayquaza outspeeds and can deal massive damage with Moongeist or put it out of commission with spore, but must be wary of Ice Beam.

- Prankster: Destiny Bond users such as Registeel can bring Mega Mewtwo Y down with it.

Walls really have a hard time stalling MMY.

Good start!
